This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the third floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access, and St. Lucia's building private pool.

St. Croix Cabana 1 is also included as a great escape from the heat and is located next to the resort lagoon pool. The cabana features a living area, mini-fridge, and a half bathroom. Check-in time for cabanas is earlier than regular check-in time for vacation condos. You can start enjoying your cabana rental at 10 a.m. on your arrival day and get a head start soaking up the Florida sunshine before you checking into your condo. Cabanas are available to enjoy each day until 10 p.m. when the pool area closes. Overnight sleeping in cabanas is not permitted. St. Lucia 305 is the perfect location for your next Destin beach vacation!

The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals. Right off the kitchen is a laundry closet complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom has incredible views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the primary bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The primary bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
