We absolutely loved this condo and resort! Everything you could possibly need is all here in one spot! The resort has it all; the ocean view, the on site spa, The Sand-Bar by the beach, and even a Ruth’s Chris for the more formal nights! The condo itself tops it off! The decor is wonderful, all the amenities are fantastic quality and the owners are wonderful! Book it now!

We had such a great stay at Silver Shells St. Lucia 1102! The condo is absolutely beautiful — the décor is stunning, the beds are super comfortable, and the views are amazing. The kitchen was also really well stocked, which made it easy to feel right at home. We especially loved that everything you need for a great vacation is right onsite. Beach chair service, the beach bar, beautiful pool, hot tub, fitness center and plenty of other amenities. It was so nice not having to leave the resort unless we wanted to! Of course, we did make a nightly trip to The Candymaker for something sweet. 😂🍫 It became one of our favorite little vacation traditions! Beautiful condo, great location, gorgeous views and everything you need for a relaxing Destin vacation. We would definitely stay at St. Lucia 1102 again!

This is the most stunning condo we have ever stayed in at SS and we have been coming for years. The details in every room was beyond anything you can imagine. Not only that the condo was very clean and well stocked which is hard to find. We will definitely be staying in this condo again in the future. If I could give it a 10 * review I would!

Our stay at St. Lucia 1102 was absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautiful, clean, and well-appointed the space was. The views were breathtaking—perfect for morning coffee and relaxing evenings. The condo had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. The furnishings were stylish yet comfortable, and everything was in pristine condition. Location was perfect—easy access to the beach, great dining, and local attractions. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a fun-filled trip, this place checks all the boxes. We will definitely be back and highly recommend St. Lucia 1102 to anyone looking for a top-tier stay!

Our stay at St. Lucia 1102 at Silver Shells (Mermaid Memories) was absolutely wonderful! The beautiful coastal decor made the condo feel warm, luxurious, and perfectly in tune with the beach setting. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating such a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with more than just the necessities, which made preparing meals easy and enjoyable—something you don’t always find in a vacation rental. And the stunning view was simply breathtaking… waking up to the Gulf each morning and enjoying sunsets from the balcony was unforgettable. This property exceeded our expectations in comfort, style, and amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Mermaid Memories to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway!

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. We loved watching the sunset from our balcony. The two bedrooms with king beds were very comfortable and great views of the water. The kitchen was well equipped including a drip and pod coffee maker. My only suggestion is to add a kettle for tea drinkers or hot water for porridge.

Very clean and well appointed. We would have liked drapes over the patio windows to shield the living room from the bright sun in the afternoon. We are used to 55in TV screens at home so the small TV in the living room didn't out for us. We retreated to the guest bedroom because that TV was able to receive Netflix.

We had the absolute best time! The condo is BEAUTIFUL and so is the ocean view from the condo. The condo must have been updated recently. It was like being at our own home. It wasn’t your classic old style looking condo from the 80s. The kiddie pool and playground were perfect and the place was not over crowded with people. We were able to get a great spot for beach chairs and pool loungers. We will definitely re book this place! The also had a child’s booster seat, plates and cups!!!! A very pleasant surprise! We loved this place! The only recommendation was that there be additional mirrors in the unit due to multiple family members needing showers.

We had a great experience at this condo! The unit was very, very clean and had most everything that we needed. Even though it is not one of the beachfront buildings, there is a great ocean view! We were very comfortable here. The resort is amazing. We enjoyed the included beach chairs and private beach. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book this rental again! My only complaint is that the bed in the master is very soft. It did not bother my husband but I found it hard to sleep on and needed my chiropractor by the time we got home. The bed in the 2nd room is more firm. Overall, we highly recommend!

Everything was fine we enjoyed the stay . Only thing that we were hesitant on was being charged a $200 fee for clean up. We had to take out all trash and load dhishwasher. I’m not sure what the fee is for since we left the home in the condition we got it.

We appreciate you leaving the home in the same condition you found it, but after every guest leaves we still have cleaners go throughout each vacation condo and home to do a thorough clean to prepare for the next guests. The cleaners clean the entire condo/home, including bathrooms, kitchen, and kitchen accessories. The cleaners also have the linens professionally laundered and brought in for the next guests. Because of the thoroughness of each clean, our clean fee is the same for every reservation regardless of how long a guest stays. We hope this provides some clarity to the charge. Had the best time we’ve had in years. So relaxing and peaceful. Kids loved everything about it. Highly recommend this place. We found a new home away from home. Will definitely be going back.
