This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the ninth floor. As an end unit, St. Croix 901 features more living space and balcony space than interior units. This vacation rental offers private beach access. The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Croix 901 have been tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. An expansive open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The extra spacious beachfront balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for eight with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.
The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and two separate vanities. Both guest bedrooms face the north side of the resort and offer unbeatable views of the resort grounds. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, private bathroom, and private access to the north balcony. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, a closet, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps away from the second bedroom and the living room is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Disappointed
We definitely did not get what we paid for. We have been vacationing at Silver Shells for over 20 years and have never had an issue. We were informed via text the day before our arrival that the blinds in the living room had come off the window. That was the only thing we were made aware of. This unit clearly was not ready to be rented. The bedroom with the en suite had sheers that stopped 24 inches from the bottom of the window. The bathroom in the hallway had a piece of the tile missing that had a piece of packing tape over it. The shower door in that bathroom was off the track. Two panels of the blinds in the living were missing upon arrival and were not replaced during our stay. That wasn't much of a problem. The master bedroom was missing a panel of blinds. After two days of going back and forth with Compass Resorts about resolving the issue, maintenance installed a paper shade. The only closet in the master bedroom was a bifold door with wire shelves. The day after our arrival I was notified that the A/C needed maintenance. I was not informed that the A/C unit would be replaced and we would not have A/C for 3 hours. I had to contact Compass Resorts about all of the issues. They never reached out to us to offer any resolutions. We are very disappointed with the condition of the condominium and how Compass Resorts managed this. We will definitely return to Silver Shells; just not booking this unit.
