The condo was perfect like the photos! Everything was clean, views were beautiful and restaurants were easily walkable. The resort is in a great location and it wasn’t crowded at all! The Sandbar was conveniently located right on the beach for great cocktails and food! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Destin condo

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was airy, spacious, clean, very comfortably furnished (beds, couches, balcony furniture) and laid out, with the bedrooms separated from common areas for quiet. Great TV options, fast and accessible WiFi throughout complex. Actually enforced the 'no reserving pool chairs' policy, which we greatly appreciated. Beach was beautiful. Water in late March was a little cold for swimming; had one purple flag due to high density of jellyfish. Two tips on beach chair service: check in with the attendant as soon as possible as your two chairs & umbrella location will be assigned for the week. 2 additional chairs would have been 275/week, but you can bring your own (we bought 2 at the stores across the street for 10). No pool/beach accessories or towels provided. One experience we were looking forward to was the Henderson Park artificial reefs, but sadly learned they are too far offshore to reach. Several high-quality tennis & pickleball courts, well-furnished gym. Great central location--ask about the 'tricky' route to 98W

Wonderful- 4th time booking here

I love this property so much. The reason we stay here as opposed to other places is because of the large pool, close proximity to the beach, chair rentals, and the sand bar! My only complaint from this stay was the dryer in the room we were staying in would not dry clothes in one cycle. I had to run it 2-3 times to dry our clothes.

Daughters 30th.

She said it was the best birthday ever. It was my daughter’s 30th bday and we surprised her with a trip to Destin. The biggest surprise for us all was how awesome the condo was. The pool and pool side waitress was awesome. We spent time at the tiki bar and it was definitely a vibe. The music was right and the drinks were cold. We will definitely book here again.

Fantastic condo many strengths

We have rented several similar size and priced units in Silver Shells; this condo delivers--this was our second stay here. Fantastic view and balcony, super clean and comfortable beds and living space. We love having both the large pool and ocean access and on most day spend time in both areas.

A great property. Well kept grounds and pool. The only drawback is there is really no way to easily contact property management with needs. We needed a few extra items and left a voicemail but no response all week. That’s the only negative.

Great area. Close to alot of local things to do. From parking, to beach access, I don't think you could find a beer stay. Well decorated, and we'll stocked for just about anything you could need for your stay. Very roomy, and great balcony with a phenomenal view. We'll definitely stay here again!!

Perfect!

1st time to Destin, very last minute, and everything was perfect! Condo had so much space and the view was incredible! We were at the beach everyday and the chair team, Eli, along with the bartenders, Katie, are wonderful. Can’t wait to go back!

Comfortable beds

Love those beds! The most comfortable of all condos I have been rented! Got wonderful sleeps! The view also beautiful! They have 2 separate balconies, one look out to the ocean, and one look out to the tennis courts at 2 separate bedrooms! It’s would be perfect if I didn’t lost the door badge and have to pay them the 53 dollars extra! They don’t provide extra trash bag beside the bad that already in the trash can so you will have to buy them yourself! No soap for laundry but just 1 single load bag. I guest it’s ok but I’m used to with other condos will provided you with all of that and more! But we enjoyed the stay.. like the beds.. a lot better then other condos bed! But then I have to spent much more for this condo though!

June 2019 - Destin Vacation for 8

We had a fantastic time as a family in Destin this year. The Silver Shells St Croix condo/resort was amazing. The condo, grounds and beach were top notch. The only thing I would recommend for a more comfortable stay is a new king mattress in one of the secondary bedrooms. Other than that, 5 stars! We will definitely be back to this property.

Loved our stay!

We have stayed a Silver Shells numerous times but never this unit. The unit was well equipped and accommodated our family perfectly. The only complaint we had was we were unable to turn the thermostat below 68 and the condo was warm especially at night.

Great for our family.

Spectacular!!! High Praises!!!

Denton, FL is my family’s new yearly vacation spot. The Emerald Coast Hwy, which runs in front ofThe Silver Shells Resort, was full of all of the shops, stores, and restaurants that we needed. The Silver Shells Resort was beautiful! Everything was excellent...the condo, the facility, the well maintained grounds, the awesome pool and the beautifully clean, soft-sanded beach! The condo was very comfortable, stylish, and exactly what we needed for a week of comfort and relaxation. We will definitely be returning every year!

Great location, clean and recently updated. Very nice!

We actually stayed during Irma though Destin was not affected. We had rain and strong wind, but also enjoyed a couple nice days. We love this property and have stayed in the St. Maarten building as well as St. Croix. You can't beat the proximity to the beach as well as all the other necessary amenities such as local shopping. Whole Foods, Publix, seafood market, and Walmart are all very close as well as Destin Commons for shopping and The Back Porch for grouper sandwiches, yum. This unit was recently updated with new decor and we enjoyed it very much, ESP the king bed with the mattress pad ... I slept sooo well. Great stay!

Great condo!

Great condo with lots of room! It had tons of towels and they were very nice ones which you don't always find in condos. Very comfortable beds too!

Silver Shells complex is beautiful!! This was our 2nd visit.

The condo location was perfect... faced the pool & beach. However, the condo itself needs some updates. Dishwasher didn't clean dishes good & master bathroom toilet needs repair.
