As a rental manager, Terri works hard protecting her homeowner's investment properties. By working with internal departments and outside vendors, she's able to keep her properties in the best condition possible so her owners can achieve the highest returns possible. As the direct point of contact for her owners, she aims to approach the busy job of a rental manager with the reflexes of a switchboard operater, the talent of a circus juggler, and a touch of Fonzie's cool. Terri's favorite things about her role with Compass is making investment home ownership easier and being able to add personal touches in her properties that enhance the guest experience.

Terri was born during a midwest blizzard, and after three years of being constantly cold her mother moved the family to the Destin area. She has spent most of her life as a local. She is passionate about working in her yard and spending time with family. Her proudest moments have been seeing both of her daughters graduate from college. “Marketing and Mathematics, both ends of the spectrum!” Terri proudly states. Her second favorite job in the world would be working as an Imagineer for Walt Disney World and pointing to things with two fingers.

How do you spend your free time? "I visit Disney World Several times during the year. This motivates me to get through the busy season!"
