Located on the 15th floor of the St. Croix building, St. Croix PH 3 boasts many unique features to create a truly memorable vacation. The Gulf-front balcony looks out onto the resort’s private beach and large lagoon pool. A spiral staircase on the balcony leads to the penthouse’s private rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying the scenery and watching the Gulf. Back inside, the condo has comfortable furnishings and updated features throughout.

St. Croix PH 3 features an open-concept floorplan and looks out onto the Gulf through floor-to-ceiling windows. The Gulf-front balcony is accessible from the living area, master suite, and the King guest bedroom. In addition to the comfortable Gulf-front balcony, there is also a private rooftop terrace that overlooks the resort’s beautiful lagoon pool and private beach. Back inside, the dining area has seating for six and there is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features custom countertops and a double oven, and comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware needed to make your family’s favorite meals.

The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and has private access to the Gulf-front balcony. The master bathroom features a spacious double vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and tiled walk-in shower. The king guest bedroom is Gulf-facing with private access to the balcony and has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both the second and third guest bedrooms have access to the north facing balcony that overlooks the sparkling resort grounds.

Family vacation of 7 adults. This unit was very spacious and had one of the best equipped kitchens I've ever stayed in. The resort was immaculate. The pool was large and clean. Beautiful view from balcony and roof top. Short walk to the beach. Right across the street from Wal-Mart and a couple lights from Destin Commons. Also about 10 minutes from Harbor Walk Village. GREAT location. Compass management was great. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was with the Umbrella service. They did not like coming out of their little hut to adjust your umbrella. They could be a little more accommodating.
