We love Silver Beach. We have stayed there multiple times but this was by far the nicest condo we've rented.

The entire experience was great. The registration and check-in processes were efficient and convenient. The property was in excellent condition. It was clean, neat, and well decorated and stocked. I would definitely book again.

Great experience overall. This was our first time staying with Compass Resorts, and it was so nice to have concierge available for phone calls in advance, excellent security/fob system, a family-oriented (non-party) environment, underground parking, and good Compass Club partners. We had a wonderful time at Silver Beach Towers, and will definitely be back!! A family vacation that we will cherish for years to come:) We did have a few minor issues with our unit, but nothing that hindered our stay...we did report a couple of these to you, and appreciate the responsiveness. The wifi was good, not great, and one day the internet was out for several hours, while one family member was working remote. The view was amazing, and having a full bathroom for each bedroom was a huge bonus. Thank you!!

Best beach vacation location First I was amazed at the honesty of the cleaning crew after we left the condo. I realized once I got home I accidentally left my new 20 year anniversary wedding ring! I called and they were able to put the cleaning crew on high alert immediately. They found it and mailed it back to me. Our condo was roomy, clean and nice. We love the location of the condo, the pools and the hassle free check in/check out

Great space for family Enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo. The view of the Gulf was spectacular. Easy access to the beach. Parking was easy and convenient. Recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax and slow down a bit.

We have stayed at SBT about 12-15 years and it is the best! This year our unit 1704W was very clean and appointed very well. We were in this unit a couple of years ago and it was in need of some tender loving care. Apparently others felt the same way and the owners have upgraded it to very nice standards. The check in staff at the desk were exceptional. We had a very great week and will be back.

Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Overall the condo was beautiful and fit our family of 7 with plenty of space for everyone. The parking garage was a nice touch. Location was wonderful as was the ocean views. Family friendly. Building very secure. Desk staff were polite and helpful.

Very smooth and easy. The resort has worked out a very efficient system for anticipating and responding to their customers needs. I would like to commend an employee named Melissa, with whom I had multiple conversations about questions and problems. She was always helpful, patient, and friendly.

We had 9 people staying together, 6 adults & 3 kid aged 4 & below. The penthouse 1704 W was perfect. The bedrooms were roomy and we found beds comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the living room for all to be together. The balcony was comfortable and the view priceless. We enjoyed both the beach and pools. The kids loved the sand and gulf. The water was calm enough most of the time for the kids to get out and enjoy the water, with parents of course. After lunch we would head to the pool for an hour or two then off to nap. The condo was very clean. Sheets & towels were bright white. Kitchen was small but it did contain a lot of cooking utensils. The washer & dryer were a huge bonus. We did buy Tide Pods but we used it almost daily. Was everything perfect? No, we had to purchase extra trash bags. They resort provides only one for the kitchen trash can. Nine people create A LOT of trash. There was only one roll of paper towels as well so we picked up another at the store. I would have liked to have some cleaning supplies. Three little ones can put dirty fingerprints on everything. This condo had a lot of glass from windows to dining table to end & coffee tables. I did call to see if I could get some glass cleaner but they did not want to provide guests with chemical cleaners. I appreciated that, however. So we did the best we could with soap & water. If you stay here and want to cook, make sure you bring some spices & salt & pepper with you. There wasn’t any of those items. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!!!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. There were 9 of us which included 3 toddlers. Bedrooms & bathrooms were comfortable and enough for each couple and a couple for kids. Kitchen had the necessary cooking supplies and the separate ice maker was a real bonus. The pictures represent the property well. There is only 1 trash bag per can, one roll of paper towel and no spices to speak of. If you will need these, bring some more. I would definitely come back to this place. It was perfect for us.

This penthouse was absolutely perfect! Incredible view, clean, and spacious. We had two families plus a few extra teens and there was plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend!

We have all been friends for years and vacation together almost every Spring. This was our first time in Destin. The accommodations were perfect since we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space for all. The balcony was so nice for relaxing and watching dolphins. Had a wonderful time!

Silver Beach W1704 is a great family home base on the Emerald Coast. 4.5 stars. Penthouse is exactly as pictured. Views are fantastic. Pools are clean and large and well-maintained (the east one appears to be heated). Two fenced-in lawns are great for ball games. Convenient access right on the beach, great beach service. The sun sets on the north side of the building. Would return. You would be very happy here. Very convenient to everything. Consider the rather constant and busy traffic flow when traveling (for example, it took us 25-35 minutes to get to Baytowne Wharf shopping district). We've stayed at two other beach resorts in the area, and found this penthouse to be the most well-stocked. We loved the glass coffee cups and crystal beverage glasses in particular. The *functioning* ice machine was awesome. The kitchen had every item we needed to make meals, including more than enough dinnerware, 3 coffee machines (one is a Keurig), casserole dishes, utensils, two 4-slot toasters, barware including multiple wine openers, toaster oven, electric can opener, etc. Furnishings are alignment with the capacity -- the dining room table seats 10 or 12, as does the living room. Spacious pantry, largest refrigerator to accomodate perishable food for 8+. The only thing we (always) bring with us is a knife sharpener. We didn't experience any maintenance issues. Parking is clearly numbered/reserved (big bonus), adequate and spacious -- no tight competition with cement columns and enough room to back out and make turns with SUVs. Minus a half-star for missing instructions in the after-hours packet: our parking tags were for spaces 26 and 27...which are not marked. Our penthouse came with a two-car garage in the parking structure (very nice!), so look for "W1704" way on top of the garage door instead. There is an external garage door key pad (code is not provided in instructions) and one garage door opener (which is not for the parking structure door, which was randomly closed on two of our 7 days--use your key fob for that). Three key fobs were provided, so we coordinated (family of 8). Key fobs are needed for all doors (parking structure, lobby, beach-side entrances) *except* the entrance to the penthouse, where the physical key is required and does not open the deadbolt lock (we found out the hard way). Again, minus a bit on the rating for absent instructions. Rubber bracelets are provided; we didn't notice anyone checking for them at the entrances to the beach or pool area. The penthouse provides generous "starter" items (minus a tiny bit on the rating for an inaccurate and much shorter list provided via phone call by Compass Resorts). 2 rolls of single-ply toilet paper, 2 facial soaps and 2 bath soaps in each bathroom. 2-ounce bottle of dish soap, scrubbie, 3 dishwasher detergent tabs and 3 trash can liners in the kitchen. I think there may have been 1-2 rolls of paper towel as well. We missed a broom, and found the vacuum cleaner to be on its way out. We did find dirty dinner plates half-way through the stack; in the dishwasher they went. 5 bedrooms are all very clean, comfy and well-appointed. Linens are white and clean (although we found one used towel in one bathroom). Only the master suite is on the beach side. 2 kings, 1 queen and 1 two twins are on the north side; one king and the two twins is upstairs. The kings have en-suite bathrooms. Each floor has one bathroom not in a bedroom. Kings also have balconies (I didn't check the other two rooms). The downstairs king shares a wall with the kitchen; I didn't notice any noise. The downstairs queen has a tad too much furniture. Road noise was not disturbing unless a particularly loud car or semi drove by. Air conditioning functioned very well, with a control on each level.

Penthouse ViewWe celebrated my husbands 60th birthday, our anniversary and friends anniversary. This suite accommodated 5 couples very comfortably so that everyone had their own bathrooms. Spacious balcony with great view to watch the dolphins and drink coffee in the mornings, big frig and pantry . When we booked there were 2 separate beds in one bedroom that ended up being bunk beds. The pool and hot tub areas were beautiful, clean and fun. Walking distance to activities and restaurants. Great experience! Thank you!

We came with a total of 8 adults for our yearly Friendcation. The condo fit us all perfectly! Loved that we could walk right out to the beach and the location of the condo was close to shopping, restaurants and golf. Would definitely recommend!

This Penthouse is beautiful. The view is spectacular! We would rent here again. My brother is in a wheelchair and there was plenty of room for him to get around. The staff is very accommodating as well.

Amazing This property was amazing, I don’t think the pictures did it justice. Very clean, and all of the its pans/cooking utensils needed. 10/10 would stay again!
