West 206 is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the second-floor lobby level, West 206 offers breathtaking views of the gulf from your balcony. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. From the moment you enter West 206, you will feel as if you are in paradise!

This is located on the second floor.

West 206 offers a seaside feel with nine-foot trey ceilings and an inviting open-concept living area. As an end condo, you’ll find more than enough space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV as there's additional space inside and out. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished wrap-around beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for five with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets, Corian countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen and is complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV with game hook-ups. The third guest bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom, the third guest bedroom, and the living area is a full guest bathroom with a large tub/shower combination.

Some of the other guests were rude and loud at night, and smoking on their balcony so we weren’t able to enjoy sitting outside like we would’ve liked to. That being said, the place was nice, we were comfortable and had a great stay. Would definitely consider another trip in the future.

It was an absolutely wonderful way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with children and grands. Made us want to go for another 50?!! I think I lost my Kindle reader somewhere in the condo. This was a very well kept and comfortable condo. The pool, beach area, grilling area and lawn provided many areas to get outside and enjoy. All of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Great location! A few interior/exterior items that need updating. Patio furniture needs updating- the cushions were torn, filling exposed. The beds, especially in the bunk rooms, we’re squeaky. Overall we were very happy and would return again.
