A bright open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows showcases panoramic Gulf views. Unwind with family and friends around a 65"4K QLED TV in the living area, or step out onto the furnished twelfth-floor balcony to take in the sights and sounds of Destin’s sugar-white sand and emerald waters. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with full-size appliances and all the cookware and dishware you’ll need. Share meals around the dining table that seats four, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. A convenient laundry room just off the kitchen includes a full-size washer and dryer. The primary suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The primary bathroom features a double vanity, soaker tub, and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps away, a full guest bathroom includes a walk-in shower. For added convenience, this condo features an in-unit washer and dryer, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and complimentary secured WIFI. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

Just perfect!

Would visit again

Easy to get into and out of resort with a light at entrance. Our condo 1205W was newly renovated and it was beautiful and had a great view of the ocean and 2 pools. Would visit again!

If you plan to use the beach service be sure to go online 14 days prior to your visit to reserve your chairs. Also, if you plan to cook bring your own salt and pepper. For coffee you need to bring coffee filters. Depending on how long you stay you need to bring extra toilet paper. Knowing these details now, I would come prepared in the future.

Beautiful We absolutely loved this condo ! Very clean and very comfortable beds! The only thing is the breakfast table had very wobbly legs. Thought it would break on us! Iâ€™m sure itâ€™s an easy fix or replace! Other than that this place is a 5 star! We will definitely stay here again at 1205 West !

Excellent. The condo was clean, well equipped and had a great view of the beach from both bedrooms. The condo was also walking distance to The Back Porch. Check in/out was easy and seamless. We extended our stay and were able to do that with one phone call to guest services.

We had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed; the pack and play and beach toys in the closet were a very nice addition that we didnâ€™t know we were getting. Very clean condo, no complaints besides the door sticks so you have to make sure you really shut it when you leave.

By far the best condo we've ever stayed at in destin

We have stayed at emerald towers and sun destin. Both were great. You overlook the quality of the condo because you are there for the view and location. But you dont realize how great of an experience you could have until you stay here. It doesnt feel like a rental. It looks and feels like it is owner-occupied and you are the first to ever stay there. The finishes are a level up. The layout has not one but two master suites with ocean views. The showers are tiled and massive. The jetted tub is similar to what we've seen at the ritz carlton. The balcony is deeper and bigger than the other places we've stayed. The parking is underground and assigned. The flooring is upgraded. The elevators dont require a 30min wait like sun destin. The pillows and mattresses are higher quality. The little things make it feel like a luxury hotel like beautifully folded towels and complimentary soaps and shampoo. There was a large cooler that came with the unit. We bought a smaller one and left it for future guests. This condo is worth every penny. Do not hesitate is you see this unit available!

Perfection!

We had everything we needed. Was clean, beds were very comfortable and has a view to die for. The balcony was also clean with plenty of room. Thatâ€™s where we spent 98% of our time. The only complaint we had was that we wished they had another safety device on the door to stop someone from entering. These days you canâ€™t be too careful. We highly recommend 1205W as your choice to stay.

Recharging batteries after 18 months of darkness

As we entered the apt, my reaction was "we can live here". Bright, sunny, spectacular views from the 12th floor. Quiet and relaxing. The beds are foam with firm support. Had nice sleeping nights. Master bath very spacious. Kitchen is well stoked w appliances and utensils. There are extra beach chairs and a cooler. Acces to the beach is easy and the chairs and umbrella service very efficient. The sand is sugary white crunching under your steps. The water was great and we enjoyed sunny days with very calm water. We spent our days at the beach reading, swimming, walking and going out for dinner. Perfect!

Absolutely AMAZING!! I booked this condo for my family summer vacay. As a previous review stated, the photos of this condo are right on point. The condo looks exactly like the photos. The check in process went smoothly. We arrived after 8pm and obtained our welcome packed from the locker. The packet had everything we needed. The condo was clean (kudos to the cleaning team). The beds were comfortable and has the perfect size televisions. The view from the balcony is amazing!! The tower lobby was clean every day and there was really no wait for the elevators. The luggage cart and grocery carts were very helpful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to book this condo again next summer.

This was my third time to stay at SilverBeach Towers and we absolutely love the property. Our unit was immaculate, well-stocked, and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We love the layout of the property and plan to return as soon as possible.

Wonderful Winter Week

We arrived late at night and the check-in process was extremely easy compared to other places I have stayed. I drive a large SUV and the covered parking garage was spacious and the parking spaces were large and not too tight. The luggage carts were sturdy and plentiful. Or condo was very clean and well laid out. We loved the access to the balcony from both bedrooms. We were able to watch the sun rise and set from the balcony. There was easy access to the beach and it was located near many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the linens were plentiful. The bathrooms were very nice, though the lighting in the guest bathroom could use some improvement. The only small snag was that we extended our stay an extra night and when we tried to get in the condo the door code that we were originally given didn't work. Luckily it was during business hours so we called and got the code re-set. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Is the daily beach setup included when we book with your office? We are 2 senior citizens and our son and daughter-in-law coming to stay in your rental. We read that it could be as much as $60 a day each, and we cannot pay this fee.

Beach Service is available at a rate of $30 per day for the first setup. For an additional setup, it would be an extra $65 per day. While guests are welcome to bring their own chairs to the beach, we kindly request that guests refrain from setting up directly in front of the Silver Beach Towers Beach Service chairs.
