West 1203 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the twelfth floor, West 1203 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. The moment you step into Silver Beach Towers West 1203 you will feel your relaxing vacation truly begin!

West 1203 offers an inviting open-concept living area. The condo has been professionally decorated and features all the comforts of home. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and granite double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the stunning resort grounds. The private bathroom has granite countertops and a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and also overlooks the resort grounds. Just steps away from the second guest bedroom and the living area is a guest bathroom that includes a granite vanity and walk-in shower.

family vacation
The overall experience was great from check in to location of room. The room was clean and nice but skillets need to be replaced (to scraped up) and washing machine sounds like a plane engine.

We absolutely enjoyed our condo. The view from the balcony and from the master bedroom is spectacular. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and included everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Amazing View of the ocean
Property is at an amazing location. So close to the ocean it was convenient and soothing. Condo was well equipped with towels and cleaning supplies. Property has 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis. Friendly neighbors during our stay. We checked in after hours it was pretty dark, I was unaware I had to use my key fob to open the garage and there was no sign. Maybe that might help your stay but other than that the place is perfect.

We were only given 2 trash bags for a week and we are a family that cooks and cleans. We asked for more and weren’t given any. The toilet ran in main bathroom bon stop so the loud train sounding pump would come on randomly waking us from sleep. But other than those two things, it was immaculate, a lot of room, ample kitchen utensils and pans, wonderful balcony for sunsets. The view can not be beat. I would highly recommend, just bring trash bags lol.

Enjoyed our 1st stay at Silver Beach Towers. Our condo was just like advertised and for a family of 6, it was just right. The views were awesome and plenty of things to do within a short distance. We will definitely book here again for next year; we’ve finally found our “home away from home”.
