East 702 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the seventh floor, East 702 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 702’s modern features and coastal furnishings are the perfect combination to complement your next Destin vacation.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

East 702 offers an elegant, seaside feel with travertine tile flooring and an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Just off the kitchen is the laundry area equipped with a full-size washer and dryer so you can keep your clothing and beach towels clean and dry throughout your stay.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a large jacuzzi bathtub, tiled walk-in shower with built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

No need to look further!

We loved our stay at Silver Beach Towers, and we will definitely return! Our unit, 703E, was very clean, everything was in working order, and there were plenty of towels for our use. The beds were comfortable, the showers were large and looked like they were recently upgraded, and the view of the Gulf was spectacular. We had no reason to contact the property manager for assistance during our stay. The overall property was also very nice, well maintained, and well organized. The key fob system worked well, as did the reservation system for beach chairs and umbrellas. The elevators were easy to use and we never had to wait long. We used the grills for lunch one day, and found them to be clean and in good working order. The only suggestion we have for our unit is to provide cushions for the two lounge chairs on the balcony, which were very uncomfortable. We could not sit in them without sliding down. Obviously, this is a very minor item, but it's an easy fix. We are certainly looking forward to our next visit, and we will recommend Silver Beach Towers to our friends and family.

702E it should be noted that the master bathroom toilet does not run well and that the bedrooms don't get as cool as the main family room (even with the drapes closed). They are not cowboy warmer. This is the second time we've returned to 702E and the third time we've returned to Silver Beach towers. We love it.

We had a wonderful experience and Silver Beach Towers is now our "go-to" location in Destin. Everything about our stay was excellent! Our unit was clean and well-stocked with towels; the overall property was also clean and well run; the key fob system for access works well; parking was easy and convenient; we never had to wait long for elevators; the grills were clean and in good working order; great location.

Wonderful Vacation

Wonderful Vacation We took a late spring break trip to Destin this year. The property was well maintained and very clean. We have a child that has some difficulties walking longer distances but the pool and beach were no problem. The unit was one of the nicest beach condos weâ€™ve ever stayed in. It was modern, comfortable, well-equipped, and had a great balcony. Added to a near perfect weather week and it couldnâ€™t have been better. I would highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed the condo: well appointed except for no dresser in the guest room. The view was great, the pool was nice, and the overall resort grounds were satisfactory. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to Stay

We come down to Destin some times twice a year. We have stayed at silver beach towers before but the the condo we stayed at this time (E-702) was perfect. It was clean, he had everything you could need and more. It doesnâ€™t tell you that I top of the complimentary beach service you can also use their beach chairs and skimmers that are in the closet. While we did not use these, they would have been nice to have if we had more guests. The room was great, each room had a huge TV. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were so nice. We hope to stay in this room again next year as this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in!

Getaway

This is a very nice complex and we enjoyed being there in the off season. Kitchen is well equipped and the only problem was we bought Keurig coffee because the property description said that was available. Ended up being Cuisinart requiring a return trip to the grocery.

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay at your condo! Everything was as stated. As I saw in other reviews, this unit is not stocked with spices or coffee or anything in the kitchen. Also, there are no coolers or beach towels. It was ok for us because we were only there just the two of us for the weekend. Some might want to know:) overall a beautiful place and we would stay again!

Loved this condo.

Loved this condo. Rented this condo with 5 other friends for a birthday celebration. Arrived late but was left great instructions on how to access our condo. The balcony over looking the beach was wonderful to wake up to every morning. Condo was very neat and clean. Had everything we needed. Only issue we had was ice maker did not work and door in living room to balcony is a little difficult to open. Still would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed every thing about Silver Beach Towers, and our unit was tastefully decorated and spacious, the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean! We were very pleased! Weâ€™ve been to Silver Beach towers 4 times and have always had an awesome experience. We arenâ€™t a fan of the traffic in Destin, but that super soft, sugary white sand brings us back!

Wonderful Vacation

The condo is exactly as pictured in the photos. It is well maintained and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We were able to capture a beautiful picture of the sunset, from our balcony, on our first night. The kitchen is well equipped and they even included device adapters in the bedrooms. Although this is not a critique of the unit, I will include it just for reference. The sliding glass doors are heavy and you can hear every time the people above open/close the doors; it sounds like thunder. If you are looking for a quiet/peaceful week, please know the resort is very family oriented and there are a lot of children. Compass Resorts was very friendly and easy to work with. They are extremely organized and you will have all the information you need before/during your visit. The complimentary beach service mentions that no private chairs are allowed, but that was not the case. A lot of people bring their own little chairs and set them up in front of the first row of reserved chairs/umbrellas. Although this isn't really an issue because the view is expansive, it is a little bothersome to have someone setup right in front of you when you reserved early for the front row...minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Overall, this is a wonderful unit and the few issues were with services outside control of the unit.

It was a wonderful stay, i will admit it was barebones in the kitchen when it comes to cooking. Yes they have essentials like pots, pans cookware, but no salt or pepper?! This is not the first time using VRBO, and this was a shock to me. However not terrible I just would have planned better when packing had I known. There were dirty dishes in dish washer, not a big deal... I just ran it, no problem. My biggest complaint is that there isn't anywhere to put clothes. No dresser. No luggage rack. I totally understand no dressers... but at least give us some luggage racks then. We could hang a few things but there isn't enough hangers. I love the modern updates. It felt so nice and fresh. We were able to early check in by a few hours which was also nice. My kids 5&3 loved the pool. Beach was clean and well maintained. We would definitely book again.

Lovely Stay
