Harbor Landing 104A was very spacious and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room for our group of 9 and it was great having 3 bathrooms/showers. The deck was wonderful and also spacious with a great view of harbor and boats. It was nice to have a large table in dining room for meals and playing games. We enjoyed our vacation here and would definitely stay again!

Excellent condo - plenty of space - great porch seats 8 to 10 - if your kids like a pool better than beach this is for you - best pool in Destin. Corner unit - easy access - luggage carts in garage. Park one car but there’s an overflow lot next door. Quiet hours 10 to 10. Good location for restaurants. Publix and Winn Dixie close - Target too. We will definitely book again.

Compass responded well to early parking issue and AC repair. Compass is customer oriented and the buffer between HOA and renter. The property is very large, clean, and well cared for. Large pool and short walk to the beach. It has a Harbor view with the ocean across the street. Overall great location and property.

We loved the location! Condo was very roomy and we'll equipped. The only disappointment was that the beautiful pool was not heated. But the spa was great and nice and hot!

Loved this property! Condo very clean and spacious and in great location within walking distance to beach. Easy check in and out. Loved how easy it was to reach host when had questions and had speedy response.

Let me start off saying even the beautiful pictures does this place no justice. It was very clean, super spacious and the best view of the lake ever!! The kitchen was stocked with all appliances and cooking needs. We had to grocery shop of course. They were remodeling outside but we didn’t hear a peep inside the condo. The neighbors that were actual residents were nice and accommodating as well. Our family absolutely loved this place. The kids rather stayed in the condo and pool than go anywhere else, lol. There was an issue with the washer and Compass was very accommodating and speedy with clean towels and linens. They even offered to have our personal clothes picked up, washed and returned. We travel every year and this was by far one of the most beautiful places we stayed with top notch customer care. Thank you guys and girls for everything. We will definitely rent again!!!

Clean and very spacious Main living area space is huge. Closets need hangers. Great property but nothing to really walk to. Beach access is 5min walk down the street

Spring Break 2023 Condo was perfect for 2 families of 4. Spacious, had 2 masters and kids had plenty of room in third bedroom. Great location!

Condo was absolutely stunning and great location right on Destin Bay and just across the street from the beach with private access. Was much larger than the pictures seem with a large deck overlooking the bay ,and a second deck off the front bedroom with a slight gulf view. Only items that need addressing are the dryer is slow and takes multiple cycles to dry Ceiling fan in master bedroom needs replacement as well as the one in the living room Outside door to the deck in master will not lock. Overall this place is amazing and we can’t wait to stay there again.

This condo was perfect! We chose this specific one because it looked spacious enough for two families to be comfortable and it did not disappoint! It was even roomier than we expected, nicely decorated, with a fully stocked kitchen for our needs. I was mildly concerned that walking to the beach would be too much with four kids but it was a short and easy walk that we didn’t mind a bit. The large balcony and view of the harbor were also greatly appreciated! Overall, very pleased and we all agree we would definitely stay again!!

The property was gorgeous! We loved our time there. Some confusion on the codes for the different gates, but it was worked out without too much trouble. No dishwasher, but we survived! I recommend this property and would definitely consider staying there again."

Overall a great experience. The condo is much bigger than it looks in pictures which was a nice bonus. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware, but a lot of the bowls/lids did not have matches. The dishwasher stopped working and Compass sent someone up within a couple hours. He wasn’t able to fix it and I was told someone would contact me to have a technician come out and no one ever contacted me. Other than that, we have no complaints! We had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

The Millers at the beach! First off, this place was so spacious! The pictures don’t do it justice. The living/great room is HUGE!! Tons of room for our family (party of six: mom, dad and 4 kids..) Also plenty of bathrooms for people to get cleaned up. Probably the perfect amount of space. The decor was very nice and well done, and the view of the harbor was very nice with a ton of patio space. The kitchen was very big with a large island and well equipped. We did not have to buy any kitchen equipment and we cooked 4 meals while we were there for a week. If you have a family of 6 you know how much it cost to feed to have a decent meal, it ain’t cheap. The walk to the beach was pretty easy, down the sidewalk and crossed a two lane street, less than a hundred yards to the gate that takes you right down to the beach. The beach access is pretty good, as soon as you get to the sand there is a big development where you are not allowed to set up, but if you walk 30yards to your right there are private homes and the owners are cool with you setting up your camp. So you don’t have to compete with hundreds of people. We went the second week of July, so we were expecting a loaded beach area but we had no competition for front row access to the water. Nothing beats the emerald green and clean waters of the gulf and the powder white sands. One thing to call out is that this place is up towards the more touristy part of Destin, very close to the main road but lots of traffic. There are benefits, the harbor area has a ton of great restaurants, shopping and. Things for the kids to do in the evening. It is a good 30+min drive to seaside and the more bougier part of Destin. The property and building was very clean and we always bumped in to cleaning personnel. The pool area was very nice and very clean as well. The kids enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach, A great time to just chill. One other thing I was worried about was parking, there was plenty of space and always had a spot. One last thing….we hope the owner sees is this: they HAVE to replace the washer and dryer. We washed towels and basic clothes and it took 3-4 cycles to dry one small load. The heating element is completely shot. For what they charge , a $600 dryer would not be a big ask, it is absolutely needed . If you rent from this owner make sure they updated the dryer and washer! We saw this comment in several reviews and stilll had an issue. That said, Overall we would rent again!!

Thanks for the great week with our kids. Condo was spot on clean and looked exactly like the photos. Plenty of towels, dishware, cookware. and laundry room. There was a hiccup with the a/c the first night but Compass fixed the problem and reimbursed us a small fee. Great stay enjoyed it very much and will definitely go back again.

First time renting through Compass Resorts. We rented in the same condo we have been staying in the last 5 years, but a different unit. We were happy with the new unit and the rental company. Loved the keyless entry/soft check in. Plus, we were able to check in a few hours early. Thanks

Overall my stay was very nice. The home was large and clean. The beds where comfortable as well as the couch. We did have an issue at check in the gate code given did not work for any of the gates but we called the manager and it we were given new codes. Something about a system update. Over all no complaints.
