Enjoy your own private pool with gentle slope entry and large spa with water jets spraying out of the deck, or relax inside in the game room. Castle by the Sea is situated within the exclusive gated beachfront community of Dunes of Destin in a breathtaking coastal setting that is just steps from the Gulf of Mexico.

FIRST FLOOR
A grand foyer welcomes you as you enter Castle by the Sea. The first floor living space includes a game room with an air hockey table and plenty of comfortable furniture around a large flat-screen TV--perfect for the whole family. The guest bedroom on this floor has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and connects to the first floor bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a bunk area with two sets of bunk beds capable of sleeping eight people. There are two queen sleeper sofas located in the living area to accommodate all your friends and family.

The one-of-a-kind pool deck is accessible from the first floor and includes amenities that you will not find elsewhere. The private pool has a gentle slope entry, multiple jets and fountains, and LED lights to illuminate your nighttime swim. The spa is connected to the pool and is perfectly situated to enjoy the outdoor television. Slightly cooler than a hot tub, the spa is warm enough to let you relax and unwind. The other pool deck amenities include a full outdoor kitchen, private gas grill, and plenty of lounge furniture. The pool can also be heated for $50 a day upon your request. Please call us at 850-269-1005 to put in a request to turn on the pool's heating system.

SECOND FLOOR
The second floor has a large, open floorplan that includes the living area, dining area, kitchen, and wet bar. With windows on every wall, the space is filled with natural light and invites you out onto the balcony with plenty of seating perfect for outdoor dining. The living area is comfortably furnished and a great place to relax and watch the large flat-screen TV after a day on the beach. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes stocked with all the cookware and dishware you need to prepare and serve meals for families of all sizes. The large dining table can seat up to 16 people and has unique bench seating. There are five custom made bar stools at the breakfast bar and a small breakfast table for four that provide additional seating. A wet bar area just off of the kitchen features beautiful granite, bar-ware, and a unique martini glass-shaped sink.

One of the home’s two master bedrooms is located on this floor. The bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, a private master bathroom, and private access to a balcony overlooking the pool deck. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and double vanity.

THIRD FLOOR
The third floor features three large bedrooms, one of which is the main master bedroom, and a large balcony with a wet bar and rooftop terrace access. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the third floor balcony. The adjoining master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, jetted tub, and custom double vanities. This floor also features a king guest bedroom with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and access to the balcony. Additionally, there's a third guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

My family recently stayed at Castle By The Sea, a beautiful home in the Dunes of Destin complex. The house was incredible, and it was only a three minute walk to the beach. This was a very unique home, with a bathroom for each bedroom, plenty of room to hang out together or have your own space. The staff at Compass Resorts were friendly, caring, considerate and ready to help with any questions or concerns we had. We had a wonderful time, and can't wait to go back. Our family highly recommends Compass Resorts, and this awesome home.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was in a perfect spot to walk to the beach and it had all the amenities that our kids could ask for if they just wanted a break from the sand! It was perfect for the 12 of us and could possibly accommodate a few more if needed. We will definitely use this house again in the future:)

Beautiful home with lots of storage space and privacy for our family! Outdoor kitchen by pool was utilized twice, and the huge indoor kitchen/wet bar/pantry was perfect for all of our cooks!
