The Palms of Destin 2709 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo vacation rental located in central Destin, Florida. The Palms of Destin Resort is filled with amenities for those seeking an active beach vacation. The resort has multiple pools with waterfall features, a hot tub, playground, fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts. The beach is only minutes away with our complimentary beach shuttle. The Palms of Destin is centrally located with easy access to attractions, area restaurants, shopping, and water sports.

This recently remodeled vacation condo offers an open concept living and dining area as well as an inviting balcony with pool and gulf views from the seventh floor of the West Tower. You’ll enjoy a comfortable living area, a newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen with brand new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and flat-screen TVs throughout the condo. The living area offers a cabinet murphy bed that folds out into a queen bed. The dining area offers seating for six at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar area.

This condo features a large master bedroom with views of the gulf, a king bed, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed with a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

I'm glad we did.

I have been staying at this property for years now. The new management and refurbish have made me a huge fan again. The turn around, from just a year ago is amazing! We were going to try Jacksonville this year, but then reports of sharks surfaced, so we decided to give The Palms one last try. I'm glad we did. The accommodations were pristine, the location was perfect, as always, and the management company was friendly and helpful, unlike the one we used last year.

So clean, fresh, and new.

Our condo was wonderful. So clean, fresh, and new. Everything was perfect. Only thing that was hard as far as the hotel was the convenience of the parking and luggage. It was a tough walk everytime you needed to go to the car or transport something back and forth it seemed so far. Besides that our condo was wonderful the pool was great. The staff was friendly. Great experience.

1st time

I have to say it was our 1st time in a condo. We lived everything about about our stay. The condo LOOKED exactly like it was pictured and it was clean and beautifully decorated. Our family would definitely go back again.

Check-in and check out was very smooth.

Check-in and check out was very smooth. The unit was super clean, furniture was up to date. They also provided plenty of towels, bed covers and blankets. Kitchen fully equipped. Great location. We enjoyed the bar and coffee shop. We experienced absolutely no issues whatsoever. Would stay here again.
