One of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed in! It had a great view to the pools and the middle of the beach! The room we stayed in was beautiful, it had everything we needed from bathroom kits to kitchen pans! Also the pool is so clean and it has plenty of spaces for big families, the restaurant/bar beside the pools was amazing ambient:). My kids left happy because of how comfortable and accommodating the hotel was. I recommend to go if you want to relax and have some good time and swims!!

This is our 3rd time at palms of Destin and 2 time in the same condo! It is our yearly family vacation. We loved it so much that we brought extended family and stayed in 2 rooms!!

Our family and friends had an amazing stay! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and very well-maintained. It looks exactly like the photos. The host provided clear check-in instructions before we arrived, and the place was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed.The location is fantastic. It is close to everything—the beach, a shopping center, and all the main tourist spots. We absolutely loved the great view from the balcony and spent every evening relaxing there. The pool and hot tub were also great! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the board games, TV movies, and video games. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

We recently stayed at The Palms of Destin 1617 and had an amazing experience! The layout of our rental was perfect—very spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were cozy, and we especially loved spending time on the balcony. The pools were fantastic and a favorite for our family. The on-site bar and restaurant were both great, making it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation without having to leave the property. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The location is another huge plus, with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and activities in the Destin area. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would definitely recommend The Palms of Destin to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable vacation destination.

Great stay!

I had a great stay with Compass Resorts! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in a perfect location. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the communication from the team was consistent and helpful throughout the stay. The space itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The staff was also very responsive whenever we had a question, which I really appreciated. If I had to nitpick, the only minor downside was that the water was super cold the first night—but after that, everything was perfectly fine. Overall, I would definitely stay with Compass Resorts again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable vacation experience.

I can't wait to book another trip in the future!

As soon as I opened the door to the condo I was greeted by the the fresh smell of cleaning products-which I love! The space was just as described and perfect for our stay. We had just checked out of another condo in the resort and we're going to have a 6 hour gap before our check in. Compass resorts worked with us easily and ensured an early check in to avoid this large gap. I will gladly book with them again at this resort. The amenities are very well kept and the staff is extremely courteous.
