We will be back!

Beautiful and very clean condo! They thought of everything. Plenty of towels and toiletries as well.

Definitely would stay again.

Very friendly helpful check in. Stephany was courteous and thorough. Condo was clean and was as described. The appliances were older but very functional. No problems. Washer/dryer were much appreciated, loved having them. Beds were comfortable but should have mattresses replaced in near future. Nice being close to elevator. We were there for 8 nights and loved our time there. The grounds were well maintained. Restaurants close by along with beaches. My husband used the fitness room daily and felt equipment was good.

Best Place!

Thank you so much for making our stay feel so at home and comfortable we loved every bit of it and all the accommodations there for our kids. We will definitely be back again. Best place we have ever stayed in.

Fabulous!

The resort was fabulous. We've never stayed in a place like it before. The grounds were amazing, the unit was great and the staff were very friendly. It was easy to get around and there were lots of restaurants close by. It was easy to walk to Peppers restaurant and Maas coffee. The heated pool was nice. We hope to be able to return some time and we would absolutely return to the unit we had. Thanks for allowing us to vacation with you.

Kids didnt want to leave!

We had a blast. Loved meeting other families. Perfect location. Kids wanted to stay on site for 2 days instead of going anywhere else.

Nice Condo

The condo was super nice. Very comfortable beds and couches. There was only two issues. The fridge has a leak from the ice maker. We called and maintenance came, said ice maker was working now but a few hours later it was frozen up again. We never had ice. We also couldn’t get the tv in living room to work. These two issues didn’t have a huge impact on us. We will definitely stay in 1301 again!
Pamela B. - Posted: 10/11/2023

Hi, Pamela! Thank you for the great review. We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay, and we will have our Maintenance team take another look at the ice maker and the TV. Please let us know if we can assist in planning your next stay in 1301, we can't wait to have you back! Thank you for choosing Compass Resorts. Have a wonderful day!
