Located on the sixth floor, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. The private furnished balcony offers beautiful views of the Gulf alongside plenty of seating for the whole family. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, watching the sunset, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach, this outdoor space provides the perfect backdrop to unwind. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area creates a welcoming space for gathering. The living room includes comfortable furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, and expansive windows that fill the space with natural light while showcasing Gulf views. The dining table seats six guests, with additional seating for three available at the breakfast bar. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything needed to prepare meals and family favorites throughout your stay. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, spacious walk-in closet, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a vanity, large soaker tub, and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a full-size bed, TV, large closet, and direct access to the shared guest bathroom. The second guest bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, TV, and spacious closet. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. Guests also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, two personal backpack beach chairs, and seasonal complimentary beach service included with your stay. Great stay!

The balcony is great, nice and peaceful. The pools are amazing and the beach access is so easy and quick. The Back Porch was utilized for at least 2 meals. The taco truck across the street is walking distance. There's an ice cream and candy shop nearby. I would stay here again. Communication with staff was really great.

Perfect stay with Compass!

It was quite literally perfect. The space was bigger than we thought, the view was incredible, access to the beach was easy, the pool was great and the overall location was wonderful. We used some of the provided beach chairs regularly to relax in the sand.Checkin was easy, we were able to text with the host and always get quick replies and the place was perfect for our group of 5. We will for sure be back.

Great stay!

We had such a great time at this condo. It was big enough for our group of 5 and offered everything we needed for our 6 day stay. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The beach was walking distance away and the kids loved playing at the pool. We will be back!

Ladies Weekend

The rooms were decorated nicely and had all the amenities you needed, especially the kitchen. The view of the ocean from our balcony was beautiful. We loved our morning coffee time on the balcony as we watched the dolphins play in the ocean. The building is very quiet and perfect for a girls weekend. It's a short walk to the beach and anything we needed was within reach. The condo, building and common areas were very clean. If anything was needed, we called and things were fixed shortly afterwards. It really was a perfect stay. Only suggestion is that the building figure out a recycling system.

Newly renovated, very nice Condo

Our family of 4 adults, 1 teen and 2 kids stayed here the end of April and we had an awesome time! The condo is newly renovated and very nice. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids really enjoyed both pools and the private beach. The 2 beach chairs came in handy. The view of the ocean was great, and we saw dolphins swim through every morning. Condo is very well furnished with dishes, pans, silverware, etc. We may have been the first ones to use the oven, and all appliances worked well. The living room furniture is not the most comfortable for lounging around it, but we mainly needed that for the evenings so not a huge downfall. The mattresses appeared new and were very comfortable. Minor things were that it would've been nice to have a couple coffee filters supplied and also another roll of paper towel. Overall nothing to complain about. Check-In and Check-Out were very easy. Also plenty of towels supplied.
