Sterling Shores 602 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sets the mood for a relaxing beach vacation with its spacious living area and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sterling Shores Resort has a huge, lush, pristine resort complex. Enjoy resort amenities like the community lagoon pool, the BBQ and picnic area, beachfront oasis pool, fitness center, and much more.
This private condo is located on the sixth floor. This condo also includes 2 personal backpack beach chairs!
The Sterling Shores Association is completing a weatherproofing project on the exterior of the building. Substantial completion of the project, including full unit and balcony access, is scheduled for the end of February 2026. Contractors will still be present onsite to complete remaining items; however, guests should experience minimal impact and no significant noise. The project is expected to be fully completed no later than the first week of April 2026, weather dependent. Compass Resorts will work with any guests affected by the project to provide the best vacation experience possible. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

The open-concept floor plan allows plenty of space for your family to enjoy without having to sacrifice comfort. The living area is tastefully decorated with plenty of seating options for your party to gather around the large flat-screen TV. A queen sleeper sofa accommodates larger parties and large picturesque windows open directly to the furnished private balcony with plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the sunset. Adjacent to the living area, a large dining table seats up to six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. A fully equipped kitchen ensures that you don’t have to skip out on family dinners!
French doors open up to the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, private access to the furnished balcony, and a private ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom features a vanity, a large jetted soaker tub, and a walk-in shower.
The first guest bedroom features a full-sized bed, a large closet, and a flat-screen TV, as well as direct access to the shared guest bathroom. Across the hall, the second guest bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large closet.
