This private condo is located on the fourth floor. This condo also includes 2 personal backpack beach chairs!
The Sterling Shores Association is completing a weatherproofing project on the exterior of the building. Substantial completion of the project, including full unit and balcony access, is scheduled for the end of February 2026. Contractors will still be present onsite to complete remaining items; however, guests should experience minimal impact and no significant noise. The project is expected to be fully completed no later than the first week of April 2026, weather dependent. Compass Resorts will work with any guests affected by the project to provide the best vacation experience possible. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

The living room leads to the private balcony, which offers some of the most beautiful views in this part of the beach community. The wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling windows also allow you to take in those views from multiple locations throughout the home. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware for you and your family to make memorable meals from the comfort of your vacation home.
The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private balcony entrance. The private primary bathroom has a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and vanity. The guest bedroom is coolly outfitted in surfing decor, and it features two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from the guest bedroom are the centrally located guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a vanity.
