This condo is perfectly located on the beach in Destin. It was immaculately decorated with a perfect beach vibe! Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfy. The chair/umbrella guys for the beach service were a bit particular regarding when we were to and were not to have the umbrellas open. Highly recommend!

The condo was in a great location and quite large. We had our 3 adult children and it never felt small or crowded. I appreciated the amenity kits left for us that included a small amount of kitchen and laundry soap as well as shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps. My only complaint was the sheets. They were horrible quality and we were there for 9 nine days. It’s time to upgrade them. Everything else was fantastic!

This condo is in an amazing location, so close to everything you need. The fridge went out on us the first night and after I called we had a new temporary fridge delivered. The beach is a super short walk away! I would definitely stay here again.

We would've loved a later checkout. With a baby and a later flight, nap time was impossible. We had to rent a hotel for the afternoon for a nap. We requested a late check-in and the lady was very rude

Absolutely gorgeous place! Loved everything about this condo except the dryer takes forever to dry a load. They sent up maintenance to fix it but didn’t really help.

The condo was beautiful just like the beach. We had a wonderful time, with separate beds for each of my four children and a separate sweet for my parents. Beautiful views ! Everything with the condo was very nice. My only complaint was the HOA was very strict about beach rules and gave preferential treatmenttosome guests. No private umbrellas anywhere on the beach and most of the setups were already reserved, though most were empty. Additionally, even though we were following the rules, we were asked twice to move because other long-term repeat visitors did not like us being near them, even though we were in the water. We gave up trying to come during the day, just coming in the morning and in the late afternoon when the setups were cleaned up and we could really enjoy the beach without the harassment. Once we figured that out, we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay again.

The location of this condo was amazing and right on the beach! The size of the rooms and closets were above our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils as well as two kitchenettes. Only complaint was the pillows were too thin and hard and late check out was tan issue (not good for a baby that needs a nap before the plane) Other than that, we had zero issues

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is comfortable and right in the beach. We prefer a more private section of the beach to stay on, but our choices were limited due to a late start in booking. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for our family.

Nice clean quiet unit with a beautiful view of the beach. They provided plenty of towels and good basic supplies, which included paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap & sponge, travel size soaps, and plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, cups, & cooking essentials. Check in was a breeze, we could walk across the street to shop & eat, pool area was clean & well maintained, & staff was friendly.

All was great but just want to mention they need a new dryer. It runs and heats, but for some reason doesn’t dry the clothes. But to end on a good note, the view is priceless!

Had a good overall experience. Great location, nice condo. The dryer doesn't dry very well, I think the heating element is going out. We had to dry single items alone or small loads 2-3 times. The door to the master bath doesn't close enough to lock but closes enough for privacy. Otherwise, had a good stay and would recommend.

The only issue I had was the garbage disposal was broke, but was fixed within 2 hrs of requesting repair. The jets in the tubs were dirty so they weren't used after letting the run and flush for some time. Other than that everything was perfect and I'd definitely rebook.

The condo was perfect! Loved the two master suites and the extra wine fridges were so nice to have! The beach service was great after the first day. Note to future renters to reserve chairs (two come with the rental) but even to get the two (or reserve additional) you have to see the guys on the beach when they open at 9am. The line on Saturday morning was really long but once you get through that they have the chairs set up with your name on them in the same spot for the rest of your stay. We had tried calling per the app instructions but even after leaving messages never received a call back. The guy on the beach said standing in line was the only way to get your chairs reserved with your name that they don’t do anything over the phone. Wasn’t a big deal just would have been good to know so we could have been in line earlier instead we were toward the back and it took about an hour. Overall would definitely recommend this condo and would stay again!

This condo is convenient to the beach, pool, and all the area attractions. It was spacious and suited me, my husband, and my son and his family of 3 perfect. The only minor complaint is the couch is not very comfy to sit on but who needs to sit inside at the beach anyway! :)

We were very happy with our stay in this unit & would definitely recommend it. It was very clean, has great views, a well stocked kitchen, plus a 60-inch tv! The only issue we had was receiving conflicting communications from the property manager (Compass Resorts) re. whether the parking pass, wristbands & gate codes that are needed to access the pool & beach areas would be waiting for us in a “welcome basket” in the condo or would need to be picked up at the HOA office located in the parking area,. (FYI there was no welcome basket; the bands must be picked up at the HOA office, which has very limited hours of 3-5pm). Because of this, we were unable to use these amenities for most of our first day. Except for this, everything was great.

This unit at Sterling Sands is very accommodating for all ages. The second master suite is a definite plus. We love that we don’t have to wait for elevators and can choose to take the stairs which makes it convenient. The grounds are always clean and well kept. The grill area is perfect for cooking and hanging out in the evenings. We chose to stay here again this year for all of these reasons and the condo unit itself is roomy, clean, comfortable making it feel like home away from home!

A very nice property with a peaceful and gorgeous beachfront ocean view. Aqua waters and powdery white sand that squeaks when walking! Easy access to shopping and dining. We even walked to dinner from along the beach. Highly recommend for a small family, such as a couple with kids and a set of grandparents.

This is the second time I have stayed in this property, and it will not be the last! The condo is perfect. Super clean, spacious, with everything you could need. Exactly as presented in the description and pictures. We love the balcony and the view, day or night, it is so beautiful and peaceful. The beach service with the two chairs and umbrella is spectacular and makes the day at the beach so very relaxing. And it is so nice that the condo is directly on the beach, as it only takes a minute or two to have your toes in the sand! The pool is always clean and the kids love how it changes colors in the evening. The hot tub was always enjoyable after a long day at the beach. We all slept well, as the beds are very comfortable, and the condo was quiet. I personally enjoyed the big jetted bathtubs to enjoy some quiet time. It was also nice having a full sized washer and dryer in the condo for our personal use. Finally, the location is prime, you can be to so many restaurants and shopping within minutes. You can also walk down the beach to some restaurants/bars. I will not stay anywhere else when I am in Destin, I highly recommend this condo!

This was the perfect place to stay. We had 7 guests and it had plenty of room. Fantastic kitchen allowed us to eat in sometimes, but conveniently located near several restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. It was very clean. I love this was on a corner, that allows for two balconies. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub below. Beach walks in the morning. Walked the beach to a restaurant for an evening. Loved everything about it from the condo itself, to the location of it. We are wanting to go back and this is the place we will always return to! We could not have asked for a better condo and vacation. The pictures do not come close to capturing how beautiful this place really is in person. We walked in the door and had our collective breath taken away. We talked to a lot of people who had stayed at different condos in Destin and they all said they keep coming back to Sterling Sands as it is the best condo building around. The owners of this particular condo were very responsive to any questions we had and we very much appreciated that. If you visit Destin, make sure you take the AJ's Dolphin night cruise with Cody and Nick. Even though we enjoyed just about everything Destin had to offer, that night cruise with our family of 5 was MAGICAL. We will not hesitate to use VRBO again, as it made everything very easy to schedule this vacation. We will 100% be back to Sterling Sands again and will be contacting the owners of THIS condo again. Don't hesitate when booking, though as most of their condos book fast.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was very clean, nicely decorated, full stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for 4 adults and a busy toddler. The complex itself is well kept & quiet. We loved the short walk right on to the beach. But most of all we loved the views from the balcony - they were stunning! That's where we spent our early mornings and evenings. We couldn't get enough - even saw dolphins swimming on several occasions. Cannot wait to come visit again!

My husband and I spent a week with our family in this condo, and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The floor plan with two Master Suites on either end was perfect for the adults, and the children had their own bedroom and bath in the middle. We enjoyed the gorgeous ocean view from the balcony, and were only a few steps to the beach and pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We spent a week with our family (three generations worth!) in celebration of our upcoming 50th Wedding Anniversary at this wonderful beachside Destin condo--and a grand time was had by all!! Our three grandchildren (ages 5, 6, and 9) certainly loved the beach, building sand castles with the sand toys that were conveniently provided, the lighted pool and hot tub for evening swims, and the plentiful supply of games and puzzles we found within the condo. These three little ones spent the week happily making memories together--memories that we, as their grandparents, hope will last them a lifetime!! 💜💖💙 The grownups all adored the view from our balcony and bedroom windows of Destin's spectacular White Sands and Emerald Sea! And we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts and coffee on the balcony while taking in that stunning view and watching for dolfins (which we actually saw...so exciting!). In addition, everyone appreciated the tall lifeguard chairs, offering unobstructed views from the balcony of that glorious stretch of beach! The beach chairs and umbrella that were provided for us on the beach made for hours of happy family time together, as well. Within the condo itself, we had everything we could want--a spacious vacation atmosphere, a well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for family dining, a comfortable living room for relaxing and TV watching, luxurious and roomy bathrooms, beautiful decor throughout, and the most comfortable beds ever! Our family spent a wonderful Labor Day weekend at this beautiful condo. It is super clean, the beds and furniture are very comfortable, and everything is extremely well maintained. My husband especially loved the fluffy towels and comfy pillows. We have stayed in various condos in Destin, and have found that we really enjoy Sterling Sands. There are fewer units here so the beach is far less crowded (some places have three plus rows of beach chairs, here you can be first row). We really appreciated the included beach set ups. The pool is very clean. The first floor location is super convenient, no need to wait for elevators, but still offers a great view of the gulf. The owners were great, very responsive and easy to work with. You will be very happy if you stay here or another condo offered by these owners!

We've stayed in several Destin condos over the last 25 years... until we found this unit! It's by far our favorite and we always try and book it early!! There are many amenities and Sherry is always very pleasant and easy to work with!! The complex is somewhat smaller which makes it VERY NICE as the pool or beach is never over crowded. It's centrally located and close to Walmart, great dining and shopping! We prefer the 1st floor convenience plus your view of the beach is perfect!! The "included" beach chair service is certainly a plus with nice guys to help with your chairs and umbrella. The door has a key code so there is never time wasted "looking for the key"! My favorite is the 2nd suite that allows for some real R&R... You're able to close off for nice quiet time and it has everything you need as well... frig, microwave, walk in closet and shower. This unit is beautifully decorated, roomy and is updated often. You will not go wrong ... but book early!!

This condo offers it all. Its right in the middle of everything, close to restaurants, grocery stores and fun activities. First floor is awesome and makes for quick trips to and from the pool or beach. Great grill area to stay in and cook at home. Super clean and comfortable beds, TV's in every rooms and the patio area has the best chairs in the whole building! We loved that it wasn't super over crowded so we never had a problem finding a place to lounge and that there were other families around for us to make friends with! It was a huge relief that there were sand toys etc already there so we didn't have to spend the extra money on those. It was quiet, relaxing and GORGEOUS! We loved that it was big, pretty and absolutely everything you could think of needing is here. Bottom line is its comfortable, and its so nice and pretty. Can't beat it. We had the privilege of making this condo our home for a week on a business trip for our company. When we first arrived, we(my husband and I) stood in the middle of the living room in marvel of just how beautiful the surroundings were. It was like standing in the page of an HGTV magazine. We travel ALOT for business (123 days on the road last year), and this by far has been the most accommodating, comfortable, and relaxing place we have ever stayed. The condo is very centrally located making for easy access to any local destinations. The beds were very comfortable, and soaking in the tub became a nightly ritual with a cold beverage and a good book. The kitchen was fully stocked with all tools, gadgets, and untensils. You literally could show up with clothes and food and be set. There was a cooler in the closet making it very convenient to pack a small cooler for the beach, so that we could soak up as much beach time as possible. The provided beach chairs and umbrella are of the best quality. Everything was perfect! The owners were incredibly gracious, and caring to work with, and the stay was beyond our wildest imagination. We will definitely be back, and will spread the word about this jewel of a condo with a view fit for a king! 😊😁🙆🏻💙

My husband and I stayed here for almost two months, and it was such a great experience! Having not rented a condo before -- nor experienced Destin -- we were pleasantly surprised at the condo and its amenities; the amazing view from the balcony and proximity to the beach; and how conveniently located the place was to all the great Destin spots. The condo itself is well-maintained, beautifully updated, comfortable, clean and has everything you could need. We were impressed with the building, too, and the friendly office and maintenance staff. (Not that we needed them, really. It was just great to see their ongoing care of the building and grounds.) It was a joy to wake up every day and look out the bedroom window to see the ocean! We were just steps away from it (no annoying highway to cross), which made it easy to walk on the beach most every day. If you're a beach lover -- for swimming, walking, contemplating or whatever -- you couldn't ask for a better place to stay. We learned Destin has much to offer, whether you're visiting as a family, a couple or with girl (or guy) friends. It's a fun, vibrant city with lots to do, great beaches to check out, and a location that's close to nearby cities definitely worth a drive -- e.g., Pensacola, Panama City and a bit further away, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, AL. You're never at a loss for what to do in and around Destin, that's for sure. We'd highly recommend this great condo to anyone wanting to stay in the Destin area ... and we will be back, for sure.

We rented this condo October 17-22. The pictures and descriptions on the website are 100% accurate!! We had two separate families with 4 children total. The size of this unit allowed for great together time, and also enough room to have time by yourself if you want!! The beds are the most comfortable I have slept on! The view in the morning is breath taking! We cooked breakfast and lunch in every day. All of the dishes you may need are furnished. Each evening we went out to dinner, and it was a very short drive to every restaurant we wanted to go to. One night we even walked down the awesome white sane beaches to the Back Porch restaurant. I highly recommend this unit to anyone that wants all the amenities of home, packed in a 5 star condo right on the white sand beaches of Destin!! We will definitely be returning to this condo!

We rented this condo September 12-19 and had a wonderful time. This condo has everything you could possibly need for your family! Beautiful views, nicely decorated, perfect location and the beds were so comfortable! The beach was not crowded at all and the rental included two beach chairs with an umbrella which was an added bonus since we have 2 small children. They also have a big chest of sand toys for the unit that you can use which was really nice! We cooked dinner for our family almost every night and the kitchen had everything you would need! They even have an ice vending machine down by the pool to fill up your coolers so you don't have run out and buy ice. I highly recommend this unit to anyone vacationing in Destin! We will rent again! We rented this condo August 1-8 and had an amazing time. Great views with nice beachfront location. The condo has been very nicely renovated and is super comfortable. Very good pizza restaurant, frozen custard and liquor store all just across the street. Target, Walmart and nice grocery store just minutes away. Would highly recommend this condo as is not a high rise complex which translates to fewer people on the same stretch of beach. Just one row of beach chairs versus three rows are the bigger complexes. Additionally, you can walk up the beach for lunch at The Back Porch. Two beach chairs with umbrella included in the rental. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of room for meal prep. Two additional under the counter refrigerators in the unit, one in bar area and other in second master suite for additional beverage storage. Washer and dryer in unit. We were a group of four adults and five kids ages 5-13 and had plenty of room. Highly recommend this condo if vacationing in Destin!

Always so much fun here! Our 3rd year in this unit and it is perfect for family vacations (3 generations). Easy access to beach and pool (with no waiting for elevators). We love the fact that this complex is not a high rise and less crowded than other places. I slept in the bunk bed room and the bed was big and comfortable enough for an adult. We were concerned because the weather called for a lot of rain during our stay. However, the views are so nice and the condo so homey that the rain didn't spoil our fun at all. We were still able to go down and enjoy the beautiful beach every day. We loved ending the day in the hot tub. The owners have thought of everything to make this Destin get away your home away from home. I cant wait to go back and take my family!

We couldn't have asked for a better get-a-way than this condo in Destin, FL. This end unit is a very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath that has been upgraded, remodeled and fresh! The accommodations are over-the-top! There is everything in this unit that you would have at home - and then some! The pool is heated, the beach is 100 yards away and you have your own umbrella and chairs at the beach - nice! We are very impressed and will recommend this to our family and friends. We will be back...and for a longer stay!

Sherry and Barry have been exceptionally responsive, should one need them (now there's a new furnace and a new washer). We decided last minute to get away and we are so glad we did! We have been to Florida before, but never Destin! This condo was beautiful and in a perfect location. The condo is on the end and the large patio allowed us to gather outside with breathtaking views. Our kids' ages range from 5 to 14 and they were in love with the clean beach, heated pool and flat screen TVs. All the extras and the convenient location made the entire experience one of the most memorable for the family. We weren't for sure what to expect over Spring Break but this place was very family friendly and clean! We were sad to go but can't wait to come back.

We had a fantastic time on this vacation! We would definitely come back to this condo that offers so much living space and so tastefully decorated! It's easy to settle in and feel at home here. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with granite counters and stainless appliances. There's so much counter space including a large breakfast bar. The two master suites are located on each side of the condo offering privacy. Both have nice bathrooms with two sink areas giving plenty of room for two people. Spacious showers and whirlpool tubs! I love the large walk-in closets to store suitcases and plenty of room to hang clothes. There's a place to put everything with all the cabinets, closets and dressers! It was so nice to have all our stuff out-of-sight! Both masters have access to balconies. One master has a mini-kitchen with fridge, microwave and sink. Beds were very comfortable! Our daughter, son-in-law and 6 mth grandson stayed for part of the week so the crib was great to have and there was plenty of room for everyone. The third bedroom has double-sized bunk beds offering more bedding for larger groups. The open living space from kitchen to dining table to living room is great for families! It was nice to see the beach from the condo so even during a stormy rain shower one morning, we didn't feel like we were missing out on the beach because we could still enjoy a beautiful view. The covered balcony offers plenty of chairs and seating. We definitely enjoyed our time out there, especially morning coffee. We love how close everything was... the stairwell was close by with just one-flight down to the parking garage and a very short walk to the beach. The elevator is conveniently located in the middle of the building. The pool area is beautiful and the water was just the right temperature. Hot tub was great too! The private beach area had plenty of space. This condo is not like some of the high rise buildings with more units making their beaches more crowded. We love the soft, white sand! There's so much to do in the area and everything is a short walk or drive! We enjoyed walking to the Back Porch restaurant and came back along the beach. McGuires has the best burgers! The Harborwalk area is fun! Grocery store is close by. The beautiful Destin Commons shopping area that recently opened is very upscale and offers plenty of great shopping! We tried the para-sailing and would definitely recommend it!

We have stayed in this while vacationing in Destin for the past 3 years. It is an awesome place, with every amenity you need. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking large meals. We had 3 couples, 1 young adult and 3 young grandchildren, and we were very comfortable. Sherry is always great to work with. We really like the fact that it is on the first floor and next to the stairwell. We have very easy access to the pool and beach, and we don't have to wait on elevators. I have stayed at several condos at Sterling Sands over the past 13 years, and this condo is by far my favorite. Also, the free beach service and covered parking space is an added benefit.

An absolutely perfect vacation and one of the best rooms we've ever stayed in. We have done a lot of traveling and always stay in rooms with the best amenities anywhere we go, and this was absolutely flawless. HUGE space, with a full kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 2 master suites and another large bedroom. This was the first trip that my wife and I took our 2 year old with us, and it couldn't have worked out any better. We flew into Panama City Beach and then made the easy drive in. The room is located right off the stairwell, on the first floor (there is also an elevator right down the hall). There are 2 balconies that give you great views of the ocean and the pool area. With the full kitchen, we were able to do breakfast and some lunches in the room as there is a breakfast bar as well as a full dining table in the room. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows and blankets, and the bathrooms were clean and offered plenty of size. Can't say enough positives about the room. The beach and ocean were amazing as well. Soft, white sand and a lot of beach that really feels private. You get your own umbrella and 2 chairs, and it is so peaceful on this stretch of beach. The pool is also very quiet and enjoyable. There is a great restaurant, The Back Porch, that is walking distance on the beach, and I would highly recommend it for lunch. For dinner, there are so many amazing options in Destin. We were absolutely floored with how much there is to do, and how family friendly everything was. There are some great bars at the boardwalk area as well, if you are looking for some night life. For anyone into fishing, be sure to take a charter deep sea fishing excursion. Destin has some of the best fishing there is. Just an incredible vacation, and it was especially great because of this amazing room. We will definitely be coming back.

What a great stay we had in your condo. So clean and fully stocked. Room enough for everyone to have their own personal space but be connected at the same time. Booking was easy and everything was taken care of by the time we arrived. The kitchen was amazing. My son-in-law was our chef for the week and he had everything he needed to feed us all. The only negative was there had been a storm the night before we arrived and the terrace had 2 inches of water standing with no way to drain out. I did call the person who was supposed to be in charge in case there was a problem but she never returned my call. Finally we spent a couple of hours the next day sweeping out the water so we could use the terrace. Not exactly how i wanted to start my day. But overall everything was so nice and we enjoyed our stay very much.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay at our fabulous condo. With over 1900 square feet of space, everyone has plenty of room! We have tried to think of everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. Thank you for telling me about the water on the balcony. The storm you referenced was very unusual and lasted for several days with an inordinate amount of rain. The hurricane shutters were open and the tracks allowed the water to drain slowly. A shop vac has been purchased and is in the unit if this ever were to happen again. I am glad we corresponded about this and you informed me this incident was really no big deal and that everyone in your party had a wonderful time. Guest satisfaction and happiness is very important to us and that is evidenced by the fact that almost all of our renters are repeat guests every year!

We were so lucky to find this beautiful condo in the middle of Destin ! It's great location is only surpassed by the condo itself . Huge condo with 3 bedrooms ( 2 are master suites) and beautifully decorated! Large balcony looking straight out to the emerald waters of the Guf of Mexico. The best restaurants in Destin are within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive. we would highly recommend the beautiful condo to anyone considering a vacation to Destin !!! Larry and Marcia

This corner unit condo is fabulous! Updated, open...great kitchen with lots of utensils, coffee pot, toaster, etc. We loved fixing breakfast in the morning and sitting out on the deck overlooking the ocean drinking our coffee. Two great masters with flat screens and a big flat screen in the open living area. We used the grill one night to cook out which was fun. The swimming pool and hot tub are so nice and was not crowded at all. In fact, there were times when we were in the pool by ourselves. Be sure to reserve your beach chairs early..it is fun and relaxing to read and meet new friends by the ocean. The ocean was so calm, emerald in color with soft white sand.. We have been to San Destin several times but the weather was just perfect every day this time. We were with special friends and took several side trips to Seaside and Watercolor. Short walk to the "Back Porch" where you can relax and eat good seafood while enjoying an ocean view! We will definitely be back! Be sure to go to the Baytowne area, Seaside and Watercolor while visiting Destin! The "Royal Red" Shrimp at the Shrimp Shack in Seaside is delicious. They taste more like lobster! Oh, and don't forget to go to McQuire's...and take a dollar bill with you! A great relaxing vacation....THANK YOU!

This was our first trip to Destin, FL and we loved it!! The condo itself was fantastic and better in person than the photos!! :) We had 2 families staying here with a total of 11 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. We didn't feel crowded or out of room at all. Everything was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The view was spectacular and the corner units in my opinion are always better because your balcony is a little bit bigger :) We did see dolphins a couple mornings from our balcony too! The bedrooms were very spacious and EXTREMELY comfortable beds! So much that we want mattresses at home just like them! The bathrooms were perfect and the jetted tubs were a great bonus! The bedroom for kids was great, plenty of room to sleep up to 5 children! We were very pleased with the accommodations and would recommend this condo to others. We ourselves should we go back to Destin, FL would want to stay in this condo again. Thanks for a great stay while we were on our family vacation!!

This is an amazing condo! Our family decided to travel to Destin for a Thanksgiving get-together. Even though we had eleven people, there was an abundance of comfortable living and sleeping space. This condo is exactly as described: amazing views of the ocean and beach, very clean and beautifully decorated, incredibly well equipped (the owner thought of everything) and perfectly located. Due to our off-season travel time, the hot tub and heated pool were also wonderful accommodations. In addition to spending time on the gorgeous beach and great pool, there were tons of activities for all ages in close proximity. Our kids (ranging from 7-13 years of age) enjoyed the Track Family Recreation Center that was practically across the street. The trip to Gator Island at Fudpucker’s restaurant was also a big hit. A nearby shopping mall and movie theater kept us busy on a rainy day. The Village of Baytowne Wharf was also full of fun activities for everyone. There, the boys loved the zip-line and ropes course. The adults enjoyed the shops and food. There were many great restaurants in the immediate area, including a short beach walk to the fantastic Back Porch restaurant. Even though there were many restaurants to choose from, the condo’s kitchen was also a perfect place to prepare meals for the family. Overall, this was an ideal vacation place: beautiful, clean beaches, an abundance of nearby activities, and an AMAZING condo. The owner was a delight to work with and any need or question was taken care of quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be with our family and will definitely be returning!

This was our 2nd trip to Destin. I would highly recommend this area for anyone. There are plenty of activities for the entire family. We traveled with our son, daughter in law and 3 grand children and there was plenty for everyone. We especially enjoyed the Destin Harborwalk with all the great resturaunts and water activities available. La Famiglia italian resturaunt had outstanding food. A 5* in my opinion. As for this unit it is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in condos all over the country. The unit was very nicely decorated, very spacious and extremely well equipped. The balcony was great, and the pool area was wonderful. Having a heated pool in February was a fabulous feature. I don't think I have ever been to a pool that the water temp was kept so comfortable. Easy beach access and the most beautiful beaches you could ever imagine only added to the quality of the amenities. Overall our family loved the vacation and the only regret was we had to leave.

My friend and I visited Destin in December (2013) and chose to stay at this condo. We were both extremely pleased and would not think of staying anywhere else in the future (and there were only two of us-so I would think it would be even more perfect if a family chose this condo so as to utilize all of the bedrooms, the large balcony(s), etc). I'll write this review focusing on the condo itself, and leave out Destin as a tourist town in general (which I highly recommend if you haven't visited before). Anyway, despite the fact that we were there during the off season, there appeared to be ample parking even during peak times, whether in the garage under the building itself, or in the outside parking lot. We felt safe the entire time we were there and never once worried about us or our car. Inside-I had seen photos of this condo prior to arriving, but it was even nicer (and I felt larger) than what was in the pics. It has a decent sized kitchen that is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc which was very convenient. The living room, kitchen and dining room are all in an open area. As nice as these are, in my opinion it's the bedrooms and bathrooms that really shine. Both of the master suites had huge private bathrooms with a nice shower (just the right amount of water pressure) and jacuzzi tubs, with a separate sink and changing area. Both bedrooms have balconies that overlook the ocean (one is ocean front and the other is an ocean view). The bedroom that is more ocean view was my personal favorite due to fact that it sort of felt like it's own little separate condo with it's own sink, microwave and that it's on the far end of the condo from the other bedroom (my friend has a snoring issue-so this was a particular positive for me). Each bedroom also has a large tv and ceiling fans that are very quiet. Just a note on the 3rd bedroom. It's smaller and more for kids (but not tiny), and has it's own bathroom as well. The pool area is nice as well. We didn't swim much due to the time of year, but it was nice and at night, the lights inside the pool change colors. There is a nice BBQ station, workout room and the grounds are kept up nicely. The private chairs on the beach is a nice amenity. There are so many good things to say about this condo, (efficient, modern and up to date) so I'm sure I'm forgetting something that I'll think of later, but all in all, this place is perfect for anyone (although you might get a little spoiled as we did).

We stayed here with two families total, 4 adults and 3 teenagers, and had the perfect amount of room! We enjoyed the ocean view balcony and the place looks like it was designed by an interior designer. The televisions are super nice as well as the gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. Everyone slept really well in both the master bedrooms and the child room. One of us slept on the pullout sofa bed and even that was comfortable! Will most definitely come here again! This condo is very well decorated and sleeps several people. As the other review mentioned the small bedroom has new furnishing that are not in the picture. We had a wonderful time. It is very convenient to the beach since it is on the first floor and the stairwell is across the hall. I would definately recommend renting this condo especially if you have a large group of people. The kitchen was fully functional. It had everything you needed for preparing meals. The only negative comments I have is that the refrigerator at the bar doesn't work. We reported it but it was not repaired while we were there. Hopefully, it has been repaired since we left.

My family had a wonderful time on vacation in Destin staying in this condo. The listing was very accurate. We were amazed at how large the unit is and the balcony. The balcony furniture is so nice. The two master suites were just awesome. We had a 4 year old and a 1 year old with us and they had THE best time. The condo was perfect for our family. We had one of the master suites and my parents took the other one. We slept every night with the patio door open, so we could fall asleep to the waves crashing. The view is fantastic. Sterling Sands is a perfect condo complex if you are looking for a smaller, less crowded pool and beach. The condo itself had a few minor areas that needed repair, but the response was quick. They obviously take great pride in making sure that every guest is very satisfied. We really enjoyed this unit and will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much. One note: the third bedroom furniture is different from what is pictured when we stayed here. It is newer and really really nice. It is a full on full bunk bed and there was also a chair that pulled out to a sleeper.
