The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the expansive, wrap-around, furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets, Corian countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is centrally located in the condo complete with a full-size GE washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area.
