Lovely beach

The condo was beautiful. It was wonderful to fall asleep to the sounds of waves outside the sliding door. The view from the spacious balcony was gorgeous. The kitchen was a bit lacking. We had to buy coffee filter's to be able to enjoy coffee on the balcony. With that being said we’d definitely return to Silver beach towers.

Would stay again most definitely!!

I love the balcony/view which is what made me decide on this place. It was even better in person!! I love the location in Destin as it is centralized to anything you could possibly need or want. I also loved only shared our floor with 2 other condos and actually never heard or saw anything from anyone on our floor. Very clean and showers had long lasting hot water. Checking in and out was so easy and the chair rental was the best I have ever experienced by paying a month ago and knowing they would be ready each day when I went down to beach. 10/10

Great stay!

The condo was so nice and clean. The view is amazing. We had a great time! The only issue we faced was the lock on the door is very hard to unlock. It took some finesse to open.

Great location and sparkling clean

Awesome location with lovely pool and well-kept grounds on a wonderful family beach. Maybe even more importantly, the unit met my super-finicky standards. I’m a pain in the neck when it comes to cleanliness. Hotels are tough because I always seem to find crumbs, hairs and other unsavory artifacts that belong to someone who came before me and my family. And smells. I’m weird about smells. This unit was so well kept and clean — better than the pics. Comfortable furniture, with everything you needed and nothing you didn’t. Kitchen, living spaces and every linen in the bathrooms and bedrooms were fresh and clean. 5/5. Definitely recommend.

Nice Property

The property was very nice and as described. The beach was beautiful and you had a view of it from both bedrooms. The only problem was we couldn't figure out how to work the living room TV as the remote wasn't operating correctly. The bedroom TVs worked just fine. Also for those planning on cooking, there are no spices, cooking oil or anything in the condo so bring your own. All in all, we had a great stay and will definitely book again.

Perfect!

This is a wonderful condo. The view itself is priceless! Having access to the balcony from both bedrooms and living room was very convenient. Beds were comfortable. Master bathroom is huge! Definitely enjoyed the jetted tub. Kitchen had all the appliances/dishware needed for food prep/cooking. Washer and dryer were brand new. Condo is located in a perfect location. Close to many restaurants, stores and shopping. Highly recommend eating at The Back Porch. Beach and pool access were quick and easy. Beach chairs and umbrella for free were a big hit. Property was well maintained. We plan to rent this condo again. Hopefully sooner than later!!

Great place for the Family!!

Has great view! We saw dolphins everyday out in the ocean. I recommend bring an extra trash bags per day staying. They have a trash chute in hallway. Also had no tissues, had enough toilet paper for our 3 day stay so bring extra toiletries. They are still requiring masks through out the building. The rooms are big and big closet in master bedroom was perfect!! Loved our stay thank you!!

Winter Getaway

My fiance and I along with my best friend took a week winter vacation. I was blown away by the condo! The location was amazing, after hours check in was easy, parking was great, and when we ooened the door to the condo it was perfect. It was clean, had pleanty of space and everything worked. Beautiful beach views from the living room and both bedrooms. The large balcony was amazing and both bedrooms had access from floor to ceiling sliding doors. We did not hear a sound from anyone else on the floor. I watches the sunruse and sunset on the balcony when I wasn't watching from the beach. Beach access was easy and the water in November was still warm enough to swim. I played tennis on the private court, but spent most of the time enjoying the beautiful beach. Felt safe the secure the entire time and I took long walks myself at sunset and sunrise. Beach was pristine and beautiful. There was an issue with a toilet running that was fixed promptly and the customer service was awesome with me even receiving a call from the resort to make sure things were working after the repair visit. The washer and dryer were older models but worked just fine we had everything that we needed to cook our own meals in the unit, as we found that many nicer restaurants in the area did not have a mask policy, so the staff and customers were not wearing mask. We did find on nice seafood restaurant that did have a mask policy and we ate there several times. Chain restaurants had mask policies and were no issue. You will not be disappointed if you book this one!

705 W is the best!

My family and I had a great experience staying at this condo for one week it is conveniently located right by the elevators so you won’t need to carry luggage far! The view is spectacular and your walk to the beach only takes 2 minutes. I will add we have stayed in other condos that were very noisy this was definitely not that case here. Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing we will back next summer!

Accurate listing great place

Had a great stay here at Silver Beach Towers. This was a last minute trip and the place was perfect . Clean when we arrived and very easy booking and check-in process . Beach and pool were also very nice . Guys doing the Beach service do a great job and make sure everyone is close as possible everyday . Nice location with short drive to the Harbor and lots of great dinning spots. Myself and the family enjoyed the place and are looking forward to returning , hopefully very soon !

Views are amazing!

This was perfect! Condo had exactly what we needed. Great size bedrooms with excellent views of the beach and water. Kitchen had all things you could need. Would definitely stay again!

Great Condo!!

W705 was a great condo. Exactly has advertised. Location was great for us as it was right by the airport. Beaches were very clean and not over crowded. Loved it!!

Beautiful stay!

When we checked in, it was so easy. The rental office but very easy to find. Parking was assigned, and easy to get to. The cleanliness of the property and the unit itself exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the views from both bedrooms and the living room. Fully stocked kitchen! Great water pressure in the showers. We absolutely loved this place and hope to come back again this summer!

Silver Towers West

We had a wonderful Spring Break at Compass Silver Towers West in Destin, Florida . We definitely will be returning. Clean Condo, private beach, safe and secure. If you have children this is the best place to stay!

Very Nice & Clean Unit.

The Condo was very nice and clean. The building is one of the older original Destin Condo buildings but the unit was much more updated than the building. We would definitely stay in this unit again

Great Location and Great Stay

the property was just right. Near the water, pool and access to everything in Destin. The room and balcony was great, especially in the early morning and evenings when the sun went down. Easy access, own key fob entry and underground parking is great so not in the sun. The only thing I would suggest for the property is to have ceiling fans in every room. Livingroom had one but neither one of the bedrooms did and was needed. Thanks for the rental and might be back
