West 502 is a newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the fifth floor with only two other units and an air-conditioned elevator this unit will offer breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. Once you stay in West 502, you will want to come back year after year!

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel GE appliances, custom cabinets, Corian countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and includes a full-size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, a 50-inch UHD TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower with a built-in bench. Also, each room offers blackout curtains for your comfort.

What is your cancellation policy
Answer:
Reservations canceled before the final payment due date will result in a full refund, less Travel Insurance costs (if purchased). Reservations canceled after the final payment due date will result in a refund of clean fee, Resort/Amenity Fees, and Damage Protection fee (if applicable). Further refunds may be available if the condo/home is re-rented. Refunds are based on the rates and number of nights, that condo/home is re-rented for. Changes to reservations must be requested prior to the final payment due date. Changes to reservations after the final payment due date are not permitted.
