The comfortable living area features a large flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for movie nights or accommodating additional guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows along the south wall open directly onto the wraparound beachfront balcony, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience with sweeping Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen is both functional and stylish, featuring full-size stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and all the cookware and dishware needed to prepare meals with ease. Wonderful stay!

The property was great, especially considering the recent hurricane. Everyone was more than accommodating. The names I recall are Eli, Stephanie and George, but there were others. It might be simpler to deal with one office for condo rental, crib rental and beach service, but not a big deal. We have stayed at Silver Beach a few times, and we hope to be back soon.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay! One of our favorite things was how convenient it was to be right on the beach. We could just walk down whenever we wanted, which made it so much easier, especially with kids. They also have shower stations to rinse off after the beach, which was super convenient. The pool and jacuzzi were another plus, and the beach view from the property was absolutely beautiful! We were a group of 10 and had plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. Overall, it was a great place for our family vacation and we would definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo - was exactly as pictured and very roomy. The deck overlooked the ocean and was a great place for us to have our coffee in the morning. There were always chairs available at the pool, and reserving the beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach was easy. I was very impressed with the communication from Compass Resorts, who manages the property. There was a lot of useful information sent prior to our arrival, and check in and out was simple. We requested a couple of minor repairs and they were completed within an hour. Would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent Condo and Location

We stayed here July 4th weekend and had a great time. We would honestly book this specific room in a heartbeat. The location was perfect and centrally located. The condo itself has an outstanding view and plenty of spacious rooms for 2 families of 4 to enjoy. We could've honestly had 4 more kids without an issue. The amenities were great and the beach service was outstanding once we figured out how it worked.

Condo was awesome

The communication with Compass Resorts was horrible. We called, left messages and emailed and no response. Very frustrating to say the least. If I was this owner, I would look into a different management company. The condo itself was gorgeous. Easy parking and access to enter condo, the view was awesome. Condo clean...the only complaint would be the TV's, they need an upgrade. The on in the King suite was very bad picture, the other King room didn't work and the living room was not good picture either.

Lovely. Huge! Great views.

This place was so nice. So convenient to the beach and pool and parking lot. The views are spectacular from the master, kitchen and living room. Just sit and watch the dolphins, Roll over in bed in the morning and watch the waves. They look so close you could touch them. Furnishings are very stylish. One nice guest room and two kids rooms with bunks. Bunk beds easily sleep 8.

Great location with great view made for the perfect spring break!

We loved our week staying in this condo at this resort. We would definitely stay here again! Things we loved: the convenient location off the parking deck; the ocean view; the resort amenities (pools, hot tubs, beach access and service); outdoor grills; cleanliness of condo interior; and spaciousness for two families to share. While there are many things we loved, we want to point out a few things that surprised us with a "newly updated" condo, hoping the owners may appreciate the feedback. The mattress in the master bedroom (overlooking ocean) needs to be replaced. It's old, lumpy and caused back/neck pain for my husband throughout the week. With so many affordable options to get a memory foam "bed-in-a-box", old mattresses shouldn't be an issue in a newly renovated condo. The bedding/quilts/comforters seemed old and were torn in areas. The updated decor and furnishings was really nice. However, there must have been families in the past who didn't respect the furniture. Fabric on the couches was worn and the back cushions are torn/ripped away from the back of the couch. Some decorative pillows were stained. The dresser in the back full-size mattress bunk-room has broken drawers. The top drawer fell out completely when we opened it to place clothes and we could not use it. The twin-size bunk-room had a whole in the wall behind the doorknob from someone slamming the door into the wall. The cushions on the patio chairs were ripped/torn with cushioning exposed. The cleaning crew must be using a product that is stripping the finishing off the cabinet doors around the knobs. I would also make it more obvious that only the main master bedroom overlooks the ocean with useable patio space. We were a little deceived with the pictures showing patio doors in all bedrooms and assumed all bedrooms would have enjoyable patio space. Since the condo is on the parking deck level, all bedrooms (except master) can not use the patio because it's actually part of the parking deck with no privacy. Despite a few of these issues, we would consider staying here again. We had a fabulous vacation and enjoyed all of our time at this resort!

The decor is amazing and it’s a perfect location.

So the best part is you are not on the ground floor where you walk out to the pool BUT you are on the level with the parking that is not assigned. So it’s easy to get luggage and groceries in with no elevator. The decorations are the best costal tasteful pleasing as anywhere. The only bad is the couch is not comfortable and they do not have enough small spoons.

Great Location and unit!

We shared this condo with another family and loved it. The condo is very well decorated and designed for multiple families. The 2nd floor location is ideal for going to the beach and pool. The amenities were great, especially the complimentary beach chairs. We would recommend this unit and will likely rent again.
