Silver Beach Towers W202

This is the 8 year we have stayed at Silver Beach Towers and there has never been anything to complain about. Each year we are always impressed with the unit. It is centrally located in Destin with easy access to everything. I highly recommend staying here.

This was a great location and great unit. Enjoyed being on the lower floor, near the pool, made refills that much easier. The unit was more than we expected, huge and well kept. We enjoyed the property as well. Have stayed elsewhere in Destin and was very happy with its proximity to everything. The unit was nice enough to make me want to do a whole month if I could.The only downside was not knowing you can't bring your own umbrellas to the beach. We had rented umbrellas and chairs, but only used the chairs, since we had to rent the umbrella onsite. This was not a big deal, since everything was great!

The staff is always amazing and friendly. While beach staff is managed by a different group, these men are part of the reason we come here. Always accommodating and the food at the new hut is spectacular and such a great addition. We have been coming here for 15 years and will be back!

I love this condo and would book it again. It has 2 separate balconies overlooking the pool and beach. The layout is fantastic! There’s a covered garage and loading area with carts. This unit is right off of the lobby which makes it easy to access.

Two of our sisters came into town so us 4 sisters could have a “ Sisters getaway”! This was a great place to stay! We had plenty of room even when we had some family stop by to see us. The view is fabulous of the pools and the beach! We all slept great, as the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Our room was very clean and the grounds and public places on the facility were spectacular! The staff was great and very helpful. Our family will be sure to stay here again!

This is a great property for a small group of people. We had 4 adults, a 6-year old, and 2 year old. It was perfect for a get away. The master bed was very comfortable, and we loved that most rooms had a view of the beach! The only minor con was there wasn't any coffee filters for the coffee pot, but no big deal. We had to go to the store anyway! Would definitely recommend staying.

Perfect! The place was perfectly located for us. Everyone was helpful and avaialble when I needed them. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms was great space for our family. We had 2 parents, 2 teenagers and 2 adults. I was able to cook the meals I wanted too and come and go as we needed to with no difficulty. It was a fabulous family vacation.

From booking to check out this was a stay worth 5 stars. The condo had everything we needed except groceries. Very clean and honestly a bargain at the price. The only con we had was the cable didn’t work right some days, but not that big of deal since we were out and about most of the time. Seriously great property.

I loved staying at Silver Beach Towers! Great location, close to putt putt golf, race cars, shopping mall and restaurants! Our condo was very clean! Loved having two pools and two hot tubs! Awesome place!

Very nice property. Couple of small things - no hair dryer in the unit, but we own a property marketed through HomeAway, and people walk off with things. Otherwise, beautiful, comfortable, easy access from garage and parking. Thanks.

Our family vacation was wonderful. The facility was so child and family friendly. The entire area was secure and clean. Our condo was nice and roomy with a million dollar view! Our family wants to stay in 202 west year after year!

Loved this condo. Looked like it had recently been repainted and redone. Location was perfect, never had to use the elevator. Parking was easy and access to the pool and beach was only steps away. View from the balconies was perfect as we got to watch dolphins every morning. Will definitely be returning.

The condo was beautiful very large and spacious just a few things the kitchen does not have enough cooking utensils of any kind no sheet pans two can openers electric neither one worked I am a person who loves to cook and grill out in the kitchen was not stocked properly in my opinion for somebody who doesn't cook it's probably fine the only other complaint was the bed mattresses in every room needed updating the king size bed was so hard nobody slept good the queen size was hard the two twins were hard my grandkids ended up just sleeping in the floor on pallets and luckily we took blow-up mattresses so they slept on them other than that the condo is superb wonderful location love the two private balconies the bathrooms were unbelievable very nice the carpet is getting a little dirty with the only other thing but I do give this condo a 5-star rating except for those two things the bed mattresses and the way the kitchen is stocked love the big spacious condo High ceilings couldn't ask for anything nicer. I know you can't please everybody with everything but two things that I have always look for in a condo is the way the kitchen is stocked and how comfortable the beds are but this condo it's A5 star rating love it will book it again

I loved the location of the condo on the second floor. All of the bedrooms opened out onto a balcony that overlooked the pool. The only problem I had with the condo was the carpet in the living room and dining area. I would have preferred tile floors in there. I was always worried about my 3 year old grandbaby getting something on the carpet or the light colored furniture. I would still ask for this condo next time. I always enjoy booking through Compass Resorts. They are so easy to work with.

Had a great time! Three Moms and three daughters on Fall Break from school and everything was perfect. Would highly recommend this unit. It is on the second floor and you are close to the lobby and access to the pool, beach and parking. First time we had ever stayed at this development and it was conveinent and close to everything in Destin. Will definitely be visiting again! The only thing bad I can say is that we did not know we had to go to an off-site management company (Compass Resorts) to get the key for the unit. It was a few miles away and would have been good to have known this before hand.
