We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the unit wonderfully laid out. The only complaint are the mattresses. They were quite uncomfortable and need replacing.

Beautiful property. Condo was clean and very comfortable with 3 bedroom and 3 baths. Gorgeous view of the Gulf from private balcony. Great spot to see dolphins. Silver Beach Towers is a beautiful property with a great location. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and the Tip Sea Turtle was a fun bonus poolside. Clean & well maintained. Communication with Compass Resorts was top-notch! Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation! Found the property location to be convenient to groceries, dining and everything we needed. The property was very clean and access to and from the beach was ideal. Loved the pool and Tipsy Turtle! Chair service was easy and an added luxury. The elevators ran quickly and the parking garage was an added bonus. Staff on the property were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. We will stay here again!

Hi, Emily! Sounds like you had the kind of vacation we all dream about—easy beach access, friendly faces, and everything you needed just around the corner! The condo was overall very nice and plenty of room. It was also very clean. I would highly suggest they replace the dishwasher, it is awful. We just washed all dishes by hand. The front door lock is a little difficult and would be much easier to maneuver if it was an electronic code or keypad. Check in and out process was very smooth.

Our trip got off to a great start when we were able to check in a few hours early, which made things so much easier since we arrived around noon. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of, and the property management was extremely easy to get in touch with, if we needed anything or had any requests. Great view of the water from the 16th floor, and beach access couldn't have been any easier.

Pete C. - Posted: 8/6/2024

Property very clean and very well laid out. Great for our grown kids and ourselves. 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms was very nice. Beautiful view from living room and balcony and Master. Kitchen well-stocked for cooking for a large group. We ate in, mostly. I was worried being on the 16th floor that the elevator would be slow, but it was very fast and very convenient to get to the car in the garage and to the beach. Building seemed very well laid out also. We would definitely go back!

Jackline G - Posted: 2/6/2024

Overall experience with the company was excellent the young ladies at the desk were very courteous, and friendly and explained everything perfectly (kudos to them and they deserve recognition for their exceptional service) about the fobs, bands, and property. Keeping up with the fobs drove me insane considering I was traveling with 4 children but I enjoyed the amenities and the entire property and would recommend to others who do not have as many children traveling with them like I did. Me and my husband are looking into booking a penthouse there for the holidays though. The bed in the main bedroom should be looked at. husband and I kept rolling and sinking into the middle of the bed.

The property was very clean and felt very secure. Lots of space for our family of four. We each had a bedroom and a bathroom. Beach was beautiful. There is a traffic light immediately out front of the entrance so leaving to sightsee was much easier because traffic was heavy at times. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Deborah M. - Posted: 6/12/2018

We booked according to my son's spring break schedule. The weather was unseasonable cold even for early spring/late winter. The condo was exactly as described and photographed. It was easy to check into which really came in handy since we arrived so late and my little guys were exhausted from the trip. It was clean and ready for us to simply change into our pj's and sleep. The morning was magical looking out over the sparkling white sand into the beautiful blue/green water. We were even able watch several dolphins close to shore on their morning swims. The balcony was more then adequate for us to step out on and enjoy a few meals while the view was better then anything on t.v. Due to the private beach it was never over crowded (mind you we were in very early spring) and of the two pools one was heated which really came in handy. The entire stay was amazing and we hope to return for warmer weather. Check out was just as easy as check in. Worth the stay!

Jessica P. - Posted: 4/20/2018

As always we enjoyed our stay at Silver Beach. This made our 4th year dealing with Compass and we have never had any issues. Our condo this year was clean and well maintained. If you happen to have any problems a simple phone call is all it takes. They will go above and beyond to make your vacation a pleasant one. If you have kids and you insist that they throw a ball in the pool please go elsewhere. I personally enjoy the fact that I'm not going to be belted in the head with a fastball while going for a swim.

Overall this is a good condo to rent. The Compass agent in the office, Jessica was amazing and very friendly. Heres a break down of the pros and cons to the unit. *Pros- -huge balcony with beautiful view -beach service was included ( make sure to reserve on line prior to arrival) -unit was clean -covered parking was great -condo is as described and looks like in pictures -located close to everything in main destin area - rooms are large and private *Cons - -could use some updating with decor and paint -no lounge chair on balcony only table and chairs -beach chairs/umbrellas are VERY close together ( umbrellas touching ) so tight space -curtains could use realignment as it lets morning sun in - at times could hear guests in unit above us

Using compass resort was so easy! It was a no fuss experience from start to finish. We have booked through condo owners and it was a lot more of a hassle. I had a wonderful stay. The check in process was easy. The customer service was amazing. As we were on our way to Destin we received a call from the front desk representative letting us know about the carpet not being able to be cleaned due to a problem with the carpet cleaning machine. We made arrangements for the carpet to get cleaned the next day. About an hour later we received another call letting us know that they were able to get the machine repaired and the carpet was cleaned. I appreciated the calls and updates. The person who called also checked us in. He provided detailed information about our stay. I apologize that I can't remember his name, but his customer service skills really needs to be recognized. The room we stayed in was clean and the view was good. I would definitely stay in the room again!
