West 1602 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the sixteenth floor, West 1602 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. Spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the luxury you expect from a premier Destin resort make West 1602 a dream come true!
The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in early summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

A laundry room is just off the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a large soaker bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Good morning, we have stayed at Silver Beach Towers at least a dozen times. Got a popup window saying beach chairs no longer are complementary. Is this permanent or meant to be just during Nov. to Mar. ?
Answer:
Silver Beach Towers no longer offers complimentary beach service, however, beach service is still available between March 1 and October 31 for a fee.
