West 1403 offers an inviting open-concept living area with the TV positioned on the north wall, giving you plenty of seating for your entire party. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features all-new stainless-steel appliances and has been reconfigured to provide extra counter space. This included a full-range oven, refrigerator, and microwave. All the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together is included as well. With this condo being fully remodeled, it now features brand new flooring throughout the entire condo and shiplap walls in the dining and kitchen area.


The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The newly remodeled master bathroom features a soaking bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area.
