Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay here. We are already looking at booking it again next year. The views from this room are unmatched. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning watching the dolphins and other sea life. This place is at the perfect location. We were easily 10min from everything you could need. Kitchen was fully stocked with stuff, the service was great, and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were very nice. We loved our stay with Silver Beach Towers and plan to come back next year.

We absolutely loved this condo ! Very clean and very comfortable beds! The only thing is the breakfast table had very wobbly legs. Thought it would break on us! I’m sure it’s an easy fix or replace! Other than that this place is a 5 star! We will definitely stay here again at 1205 West !

I booked this condo for my family summer vacay. As a previous review stated, the photos of this condo are right on point. The condo looks exactly like the photos. The check in process went smoothly. We arrived after 8pm and obtained our welcome packed from the locker. The packet had everything we needed. The condo was clean (kudos to the cleaning team). The beds were comfortable and has the perfect size televisions. The view from the balcony is amazing!! The tower lobby was clean every day and there was really no wait for the elevators. The luggage cart and grocery carts were very helpful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to book this condo again next summer.

We arrived late at night and the check-in process was extremely easy compared to other places I have stayed. I drive a large SUV and the covered parking garage was spacious and the parking spaces were large and not too tight. The luggage carts were sturdy and plentiful. Or condo was very clean and well laid out. We loved the access to the balcony from both bedrooms. We were able to watch the sun rise and set from the balcony. There was easy access to the beach and it was located near many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the linens were plentiful. The bathrooms were very nice, though the lighting in the guest bathroom could use some improvement. The only small snag was that we extended our stay an extra night and when we tried to get in the condo the door code that we were originally given didn't work. Luckily it was during business hours so we called and got the code re-set. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

We had everything we needed. Was clean, beds were very comfortable and has a view to die for. The balcony was also clean with plenty of room. That’s where we spent 98% of our time. The only complaint we had was that we wished they had another safety device on the door to stop someone from entering. These days you can’t be too careful. We highly recommend 1205W as your choice to stay.

We have stayed at emerald towers and sun destin. Both were great. You overlook the quality of the condo because you are there for the view and location. But you dont realize how great of an experience you could have until you stay here. It doesnt feel like a rental. It looks and feels like it is owner-occupied and you are the first to ever stay there. The finishes are a level up. The layout has not one but two master suites with ocean views. The showers are tiled and massive. The jetted tub is similar to what we've seen at the ritz carlton. The balcony is deeper and bigger than the other places we've stayed. The parking is underground and assigned. The flooring is upgraded. The elevators dont require a 30min wait like sun destin. The pillows and mattresses are higher quality. The little things make it feel like a luxury hotel like beautifully folded towels and complimentary soaps and shampoo. There was a large cooler that came with the unit. We bought a smaller one and left it for future guests. This condo is worth every penny. Do not hesitate is you see this unit available!

As we entered the apt, my reaction was "we can live here". Bright, sunny, spectacular views from the 12th floor. Quiet and relaxing. The beds are foam with firm support. Had nice sleeping nights. Master bath very spacious. Kitchen is well stoked w appliances and utensils. There are extra beach chairs and a cooler. Acces to the beach is easy and the chairs and umbrella service very efficient. The sand is sugary white crunching under your steps. The water was great and we enjoyed sunny days with very calm water. We spent our days at the beach reading, swimming, walking and going out for dinner. Perfect!

Great place. Great location. Very secure building. Condo very nicely decorated. View from all rooms was amazing. Large balcony, table and chairs for meals. We are dinner out there 4 nights of our 6 night stay. We loved having dinner in and looking at the view. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking. Plenty of plates, glasses and wine glasses. We hated to come home. Definitely will book this condo again.

Our first trip ever to Destin, my Husband, myself and our two kids (16 & 6) We absolutely loved the beach, the location and how easy and wonderful Kathy was to work with. We arrived shortly after Hurricane Sally. We had a few issues when we checked in but Kathy was on it and everything worked out great!!! The location and the View from the condo is amazing and absolutely beautiful! The condo was Fully stocked with everything we needed and some bonus items too! Destin has stolen our hearts and we can’t wait to return!!

If looking to visit Destin you can't beat this condo and this location. We weren't lucky with the weather but that happens and no one can be blamed for that. I couldn't reach the property manager for a small issue but the owners immediately did and had it resolved. From beginning to end, this trip was fantastic! The condo was clean, well stocked with kitchen extras (blender, keurig, etc), and conveniently located in the heart of Destin. The parking garage was well lit and secure and the elevators were roomy and fast to respond. Will definitely stay again!

We had high hopes for the property and were not disappointed. Everything was extremely clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable. Our favorite part was the beautiful view from the patio and both bedrooms. The property manager was amazing at answering my questions. Will definitely go back. By the way, I have seen a few reviews about the condos at this property and how much they dislike the process to get your beach umbrella and chairs. I would like to say that these people apparently did not reserve ahead of time. If you reserve those ahead of time it is about a 5-second process to scan your key fob and you will be told where your umbrella and chairs are located.

We booked this unit because it was very conveniently located in Destin. Tennessee was playing in their annual Thanksgiving Basketball tournament in Niceville. We had an oceanfront unit with a spectacular view. The unit was beautiful and had everything we were looking for at a very good price. Over all the condo was great and had everything we could possibly need, including great views. We never waited on elevators and the grounds were always clean. We absolutely loved this condo! It was very clean and there was plenty of space! We had 5 people in our group so we occupied both rooms plus the pull out bed and they were all very comfortable. The views were so beautiful from every room. The condo had almost everything you could possibly need! I would suggest bringing extra paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and garbage bags. We also purchased salt and pepper and butter or oil spray because the pans aren’t nonstick. The condo building was very secure and clean! The elevators were very fast. The location of the condo was also very convenient! It was very close to grocery stores and most restaurants. Our favorite was Boshamps! I don’t have a negative thing to say about this place. We enjoyed every second of it!

This was my first experience with VRBO and it was just perfect! I was so lucky to have some one suggest VRBO and to have found Kathy's Condo! It was everything and more that I thought it would be! The unit is super spotless clean and every amenity you would need just as if you were at home....but on the beach! I can tell that other renters respected the unit just as much as we did! The property itself was secure and I loved that added feature along with secure covered parking for one vehicle...SO NICE! This parking led to fast easy entry to our unit! Having the chair and umbrella set ups was spectacular...I felt as if I was really catered to all week...like a VIP! I can't thank Kathy enough for her fast easy correspondence which made being a 1st time renter a breeze! My family and I stayed at this condo and it was relaxing well kept and very clean. The ocean view was amazing as was the patio we were able to relax on. What we liked most was the opportunity to have two umbrellas and four beach chairs. We did talk to the HOA about the east pool as it should have been heated and wasn't when we arrived it's supposed to be heated from March to August on the east side. Also, we actually found the furniture/bed in the guest room more comfortable so we decided to stay in their instead of the master. Overall we'd absolutely stay here again!

This was my parent's first trip to Destin and I cannot say enough great things about this property. I've been to Destin previously and stayed at another location and this one was so much better and made our entire trip enjoyable. The actual unit was outstanding - decorated very well, spotless, and had everything we needed. The beach chair service was excellent and so easy as mentioned in other reviews. Also, as the other reviews mention - the elevators are extremely fast so no waiting. All views from the condo are amazing! Kathy, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and was also very understanding when I got the check out day/time mixed up. We will definitely be returning to this location, especially since my mother said it was the best vacation we have had in a long time!

The condo was perfect. We received our information packet a week before our trip with all the info. Easy to follow instructions. It was nice to have a parking spot in the parking garage. There are carts at the entrance to help you unload your vehicle. The condo property is kept very nice. The condo was clean, having 2 master suites is a plus, the beds were comfortable and all the appliances worked. The only thing we couldn't figure out was the tv remotes but we weren't really wanting to watch tv. It would of been nice to see the news but checked it on our phones. We made reservations a week ahead of time for our beach chairs.We were in the first row and every day moved up in the line of chairs. The beach was beautiful, clean and so relaxing. The beach service was ready everyday on time, they did a great job. My sister wrote in the sand a big Happy Birthday for my 50th. The guys putting up the chairs that morning saw the message and went around it while they were putting up the chairs. I thought that was pretty amazing of them to do. The condo pool was clean and peaceful. They don't allow you to have any drinks in the pool or around the pool. You have to keep them at your chairs or table. They also don't allow music but that ended up being nice. I can't imagine how noisy that would be if everybody played their own music. Our favorite place to eat was the Back Porch, the Amberjack fish is delicious. We used Uber to get around and never had any issues. We went to the Harbor Walk one day and did the zip line. Our favorite part of the trip was the beach at the condo. I would stay at this condo again, we loved it.

The property was so nice. Everything was very clean. The view from the bedrooms and the living room was phenomenal. We really loved the beach service; however, make sure to make your reservations for chairs as soon as you can as we were on the 2nd row for most of our stay. The only thing at all that I didn’t like was the plastic cover on the mattress (even though I certainly understand why it is necessary in a rental). It made for hot sleeping.

Spent Christmas break in this very nice condo. Silver Beach Towers is one of the taller complexes allowing for beautiful views of the gulf and white sandy beaches. It has a large pool and it is a very easy walk to the beach. The chair/umbrella service is extremely user friendly, especially if you make reservations in advance. There are many great restaurants located nearby as well. I would definitely stay in this condo again. Nicely furnished, clean, and again the views from the balcony were amazing!! This trip was my first time using VRBO and Kathy, the owner of this condo, made the experience very easy! I have nothing but good things to say.

This condo was absolutely perfect in every way! This is the second year straight that my family has stayed in a condo owned by Kathy and Don White. The reason is simple. Kathy and Don make sure they keep their property in immaculate condition! They are so easy to work with and genuinely care about the families renting from them. This unit was clean, comfortable, and welcoming! Everything worked well and we did not encounter any issues with the condo. The only advice I would give to anyone renting this unit is because the rental comes with 2 beach set ups, make sure that after you claim your beach chairs each morning you place towels, or a cooler, or something at the chairs to show those chairs are yours for the day. Because some people feel they can help themselves to beach chairs that are not theirs, every day either my wife or I had to kick people off of our beach chairs when we wanted to enjoy the beach later in the day after enjoying the pool. This, of course is a completely different issue from the condo. Should you decide to rent this property, you will not regret it! I can say with 100% confidence that when my wife and I decide to return to Destin in the future, Kathy and Don will be the first we will turn to to rent a condo on the beach!

This condo is as pictured, very well maintained and clean. The balcony view is too die for! We loved everything about our stay. The unit was well furnished, A/C that worked very well, beautiful views from the living room and both bedrooms. 2 beach set ups (2 umbrellas & 4 chairs) were included. Indoor carpeted corridors with only 3 rooms per floor so we never heard any noise from any neighbors. We rented from Kathy last summer as well (VRBO 475506), both were awesome. The reservation process was very easy, Kathy always responded to emails in a timely manner.

This is our 2nd stay in Kathy's condo. As with the first stay, the 2nd was just as awesome! We love the view from the 12th floor balcony! The chairs could be taller but no complaints here. The whole condo is immaculate and everything you need is here. We love the Keurig for coffee each morning and we usually cook a few nights and the kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Having two complementary chairs with your stay is a bonus, just check in at the beach hut each morning to save your spot. With both bedrooms on the Gulf you can't go wrong with this condo for incredible views for everyone! Don't miss this place it's a must but you better book it now before it's gone!

Just returned from a week in Destin. Rented this condo and it was absolutely perfect. My wife said it was the best that we have ever rented and I agree. Very clean, quiet and secure. Gorgeous views from the expansive porch. Got to watch five dolphins feeding one morning, very cool. Very comfortable beds and huge showers. The grounds and pool area are kept imaculate. Underground covered parking was also a big plus. The owner is professional and very personable and works to make your stay an easy one. The popular Back Porch restaurant is an easy stroll down the beach. Would definately stay here again.

We loved the condo, it was quiet, clean and easy to get to from the garage area. The view fro the Master bedroom every morning was awesome! Thanks we want to come back next year for sure!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Listing was exactly as described and clean. The owner answered all of our questions timely and yes I would recommend this property to anyone that would like to stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the Gulf. On the night of August 10 there was a "super moon" over the Gulf that was breathtaking. Loved everything!!!!

This is a very impressive condo. My family and I stayed here two summers ago and had a wonderful time. This condo is beautifully furnished. Very comfortable. Pictures are very accurate. Extremely nice and clean. Love that both bedrooms are beachfront. Beautiful views. The resort itself is awesome. Great amenities. The owners of this condo are very accommodating. My wife, son, daughter in law, and two grandkids 3 and 6 had a great time in this unit. It was configured perfectly for us. Love the balcony with access from living room and both bedrooms. I would highly recommend this condo to you. I certainly hope to get to visit again next summer.

This was our first trip to Destin and we were drawn to this unit because of the amenities and the extraordinary number of glowing reviews. Wow. Everything was exactly as advertised and didn't disappoint at all. I was especially taken with the gorgeous master bath. Everything was comfortable and super clean. Prior to our arrival, we got our keys in the mail, along with precise directions on getting into the building and the unit - no hassle at all. When during our stay a piece of glass broke, Kathy had it removed before we were back from breakfast. From our first questions about the unit to the end of our stay, she was easy and pleasant to work with. We are already looking at our calendars to plan a return trip. For those coming into the area, we especially recommend The Donut Hole, The Back Porch and Harbor Walk.

This was our families first trip to Destin and I am so glad we chose to stay in this unit. It was impeccably maintained, very bright, clean, and most importantly QUIET. Even in peak season it felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. Even the common areas were very clean. The location couldn't be beat and Kathy was so accommodating to us and quickly answered my many emails. I highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to book our next trip!

This was my third visit to Silver Beach Towers. This condo was so clean, No dust anywhere! Linens were great and the kitchen had great pots and pans which seems to be rare in rentals. We had a girls weekend and it couldn't have been any better.

We have stayed at this beautiful condo for the past 4 years, and it is always perfect. Clean as a pin, everything works as it should, the best view in the panhandle, and quiet as can be. We have been coming to Destin for 20 years now, stayed at several condos, but none have been as satisfying and comfortable as "1205. We hope to return for as long as our health will let us.

This condo is awesome, it is the best condo that we have rented in our 21 years of vacationing in Destin. It is very comfortable and so pretty and the 4 chairs and 2 umbrella's are great! It is located in a great place and not directly over the pool and it is so quite. There was nothing more awesome than waking up and seeing that beautiful ocean each morning. I will rent this condo again, the kitchen is stocked nice if you want to cook. (Not that we did, the food in Destin is great!)Great Condo, great price and the ease of checking is is wonderful, they send your packet with everything in it a week or so before you arrive and you just bring your key and walk right in, this is wonderful, no hassels! Thanks for renting and making our vacation so great!

My wife and three kids spent our Easter break at this wonderful condo. We were very impressed with the Silver Beach Towers. It is very clean, updated and a very safe area. The condo itself was beautiful and was also extremely clean and comfortable. Don't hesitate to rent this place for a wonderful time in Destin FL.

Your beautiful condo provided the perfect setting to begin our retirement. We had the time of our lives. Your bright and colorful furnishings were delightful and comfortable.The condo was clean, well-maintained, and Kathy White was most gracious in the handling of our rental of her condo. We felt right at home the minute we arrived. Having the balcony overlooking the beach was just what we have dreamed of for many years. And from what we could see, the Silver Beach Towers certainly appeared to be the best condo complex around, and right in the heart of beautiful Destin. The location is fabulous with everything you could possibly want being nearby. Thank you for providing us with the most wonderful winter season of our lives. While it may have been one of the cooler winters to hit the Florida panhandle in many years, it was like the tropics for us, as we escaped one of the worst winters in PA history. We hope to be able to return again.

We have stayed at emerald towers and sun destin. Both were great. You overlook the quality of the condo because you are there for the view and location. But you dont realize how great of an experience you could have until you stay here. It doesnt feel like a rental. It looks and feels like it is owner-occupied and you are the first to ever stay there. The finishes are a level up. The layout has not one but two master suites with ocean views. The showers are tiled and massive. The jetted tub is similar to what we've seen at the ritz carlton. The balcony is deeper and bigger than the other places we've stayed. The parking is underground and assigned. The flooring is upgraded. The elevators dont require a 30min wait like sun destin. The pillows and mattresses are higher quality. The little things make it feel like a luxury hotel like beautifully folded towels and complimentary soaps and shampoo. There was a large cooler that came with the unit. We bought a smaller one and left it for future guests. This condo is worth every penny. Do not hesitate is you see this unit available!

We had everything we needed. Was clean, beds were very comfortable and has a view to die for. The balcony was also clean with plenty of room. That’s where we spent 98% of our time. The only complaint we had was that we wished they had another safety device on the door to stop someone from entering. These days you can’t be too careful. We highly recommend 1205W as your choice to stay.

As we entered the apt, my reaction was "we can live here". Bright, sunny, spectacular views from the 12th floor. Quiet and relaxing. The beds are foam with firm support. Had nice sleeping nights. Master bath very spacious. Kitchen is well stoked w appliances and utensils. There are extra beach chairs and a cooler. Acces to the beach is easy and the chairs and umbrella service very efficient. The sand is sugary white crunching under your steps. The water was great and we enjoyed sunny days with very calm water. We spent our days at the beach reading, swimming, walking and going out for dinner. Perfect!

Absolutely AMAZING!! I booked this condo for my family summer vacay. As a previous review stated, the photos of this condo are right on point. The condo looks exactly like the photos. The check in process went smoothly. We arrived after 8pm and obtained our welcome packed from the locker. The packet had everything we needed. The condo was clean (kudos to the cleaning team). The beds were comfortable and has the perfect size televisions. The view from the balcony is amazing!! The tower lobby was clean every day and there was really no wait for the elevators. The luggage cart and grocery carts were very helpful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to book this condo again next summer.

We had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed; the pack and play and beach toys in the closet were a very nice addition that we didn’t know we were getting. Very clean condo, no complaints besides the door sticks so you have to make sure you really shut it when you leave.

This was my third time to stay at SilverBeach Towers and we absolutely love the property. Our unit was immaculate, well-stocked, and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We love the layout of the property and plan to return as soon as possible.

We arrived late at night and the check-in process was extremely easy compared to other places I have stayed. I drive a large SUV and the covered parking garage was spacious and the parking spaces were large and not too tight. The luggage carts were sturdy and plentiful. Or condo was very clean and well laid out. We loved the access to the balcony from both bedrooms. We were able to watch the sun rise and set from the balcony. There was easy access to the beach and it was located near many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the linens were plentiful. The bathrooms were very nice, though the lighting in the guest bathroom could use some improvement. The only small snag was that we extended our stay an extra night and when we tried to get in the condo the door code that we were originally given didn't work. Luckily it was during business hours so we called and got the code re-set. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

The condo W1205 had a great view and it had simple and functional decorations and furniture. If you plan to use the beach service be sure to go online 14 days prior to your visit to reserve your chairs. Also, if you plan to cook bring your own salt and pepper. For coffee you need to bring coffee filters. Depending on how long you stay you need to bring extra toilet paper. Knowing these details now, I would come prepared in the future.

Excellent. The condo was clean, well equipped and had a great view of the beach from both bedrooms. The condo was also walking distance to The Back Porch. Check in/out was easy and seamless. We extended our stay and were able to do that with one phone call to guest services.

Beautiful We absolutely loved this condo ! Very clean and very comfortable beds! The only thing is the breakfast table had very wobbly legs. Thought it would break on us! I’m sure it’s an easy fix or replace! Other than that this place is a 5 star! We will definitely stay here again at 1205 West !
