Great place to stay. It was nice having our chairs ands umbrella set up for us every day. Even better was when they would come by and take food and drink order on the beach and deliver to you. They should have a way to text the orders in like a QR code on the umbrella.

This condominium is beautifully decorated and fully stocked to cook meals! The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean! Only complaint if I had one was the television in the living room was small. Would definitely stay in this condo again. Beautiful view and silver beach towers pools and property was clean and safe!

1202W was even more beautiful than pictured. The views were absolutely stunning from each room! This condo was located in the middle and prime area of Destin. Condo was very clean and updated. There were so many restaurants and activities located so close to the condo. This was our first visit to Destin, but we will return right to 1202W for sure!

Overall we were very impressed with the communication from Compass leading up to our arrival, the friendliness of the onsite staff at check-in and throughout our stay, the overall condition of the property, and the condition of the unit. The unit was exactly as advertised. We loved that there was a parking deck with an assigned spot. As an added bonus, the property is located at a traffic signal, which made leaving and returning very easy. Compass helped to make this virtually a seamless vacation! We had a great trip, and will definitely return to this property in the future!

The condo was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, silverware for more than 4 people. Also, the appliances were newer and worked great. The master bath was very spacious and both showers were big! The location was good. It was great to have a traffic light at the entrance as the highway can get busy. There were several grocery, general stores in the area. We stocked up at Walmart and had breakfast in the condo on the patio every morning. The beach was amazing. we did reserve chairs one day (only there for 3 days) and the employees were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the ability to reserve the chairs ahead. We walked down to the Back Porch restaurant. It was very good and convenient! Overall, the stay was great. The condo could use a little updating, but everything was very comfortable. No problems at all.

We’ve been coming to Destin for years. I usually have to spend hours, if not days, searching for the perfect condo that offers two bedroom with two king beds! When I found 1202W Silver Beach, I hit the jackpot. No more searching! This condo offers magnificent, sweeping views of the Gulf, a short walk to the beach, short drives to shopping and dining and it is beautifully decorated. Not only that, but both bedrooms have views of the ocean. This condo checked all my boxes and more than fulfilled our needs. Thank you for offering a nice space for couples to enjoy.

The place was wonderful, right on the beach. The view from every room is beautiful. Everything is close by, water activities and shopping areas. Our kids enjoyed the pools and the beach. The water was clear. The umbrella service was great we didn't have to carry anything out there except our personal things. They would set your umbrella and chairs and take them down as well. Just make sure to go scan your key early to get front row. The condo was well decorated and the owner was wonderful. He made sure we had all the information before we arrived. Thank you Terry.

Amazing! Views incredible, beach service a definite plus, condo was relaxing, comfortable and perfectly beachy! And beach toys for the kids was an unexpected Bonus!!!Kitchen was well stocked--even impressed my husband. Lots of room and closet space. 7 year old loved the tub. Kids fought over lounge chair on deck so they could lay and watch the Dolphins. I loved that there were only 3 units per elevator so no foot traffic! And very sound proof...only once did I hear the people above me. Listening to waves every night was the way to go. And waking up to walk on beach was so relaxing. Property was so clean and well maintained---better than any I walked to each morning to Check out. Husband says all my research on where to stay was well worth it. We will be back. One recommendation is bring your own pillows if u can! We alway travel with pillows and glad we did. Thanks Terry for an awesome week!!!

We were impressed from the minute we pulled into the driveway entrance. The entire property was First Class. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful, making sure our friends who were arriving later were taken care of. When we went to the room and opened the door and we saw how nice and clean the condo was and then looked out the sliding glass doors to the view we were blown away. This is a nice place. The units are well built and quiet. Being on the 12 floor and looking down the beach in both directions is special. This is one of if not the nicest looking property on the beach. We were only there an hour before we started planning to come back next year. Terry the owner called several times before and during our visit to make sure we were happy. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Just walking into this beautiful and tastefully decorated condo set the stage for a fabulous time. Everything is clean and crisp and comfortable. The mattresses had just been replaced and they were the best! The fabric on the deck furniture and dining room chairs had been replaced with a beautiful blue fabric. The views from the deck, the living room and both bedrooms are awesome!!! Love the open feeling In all three rooms looking out to the ocean...the sunrises and sunsets were breath taking. It was so easy to get to the pool and the beach which was another plus. The owners were hospitable and made sure everything was right. I can't wait to go back.

First - walking into the condo, you feel totally at peace. The decor is tastefully done. The unit is super clean. The kitchen appliances are up-to-date. The linens and bedding are modern and cheery. Second - The owners, Donna and Terry, are truly hospitable. Within 1/2 hour of making the last minute reservations with Compass Resorts, Terry called to welcome us to his condo. He informed us of updates they just finished doing and told us his unit was ready as soon as we arrived (earlier than Compass resorts told us)! Third - the service Compass Resorts offers far surpass any other condo service we've encountered. And with the minor questions we had, Terry called us to make sure the questions were answered to our satisfaction. Terry and Donna, If we could, you would have gotten 10 stars!!! We're so glad we were able to get this condo for this short visit and are looking forward to our February!

I can't begin to explain the wonderful time we had and how delighted we were with the condo....which to me, made the whole trip. The condo was clean, enough cookware to cook (if that is what you want to do) living area and beds were very comfortable...enough towels for everyone...but the best part, which you can't find just every where...was the view. It was FABULOUS. No matter where you were, the view was there. I am already planning my trip for next year and can't wait to return. The owner was very helpful and made the whole process very easy. Again. I can't wait to return.

My husband and I spent nearly 2 weeks in this fabulous condo for a much needed get away. All we can say is it was AWESOME!!! The condo was very clean, very well decorated, and as comfortable as home! It was stocked with exactly what we needed to cook a few meals in. The owner was extremely helpful and considerate and made the whole booking process very, very easy. My wife and I stayed in this condo and another unit in the same building from the same owner for a total of 11 nights. We moved in the middle of our stay because neither unit was available for the entire time we wanted but between the two, it worked. It was a wonderful experience. The unit is great, up to date with all furnishings, appliances, etc. and decorated with light beach theme colors and decor. This property couldn't be in a more convenient location for great restaurants, shopping, etc. and the beaches are wonderful. The owner placed the reservations for the free beach service at the earliest possible date allowed by the the service company so we had the same umbrella/chairs for the entire stay, very close to the center of the row. The owner is the most interactive owner I have every dealt with. He handled getting all arrangements personally. We had several phone conversations and exchanged a few emails because he wanted to be sure that everything was perfect for our stay. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I did my my research, read reviews, completed my due-diligence, etc., before committing to this condo and Compass Resorts. Sometimes even the best-researched vacations can be disappointing. I feel SO fortunate to have found this condo and Silver Beach Towers to be outstanding!! So much so that though I've used TripAdvisor for years, I've never felt compelled to right a review until now. So here's the real deal. First, the condo itself: well-maintained, beautiful, tasteful decor, and all the comforts of home. It's updated throughout including appliances and electronics. The view is amazing from the 12th floor and you'll appreciate missing out on any pool noise! The beds and furniture were very comfortable and both bedrooms have amazing views and balcony access.  There are basic supplies to get you started - TP, detergent, and such. We stayed in for most meals and had all we needed to prepare our food. The elevator is right outside the door - which is on the interior of the resort. From what I could tell, there are only two other condos on the floor, so it's quiet and the elevators are fast! You can check out the pictures, but know it's even nicer in person and clean as a pin! As another review mentioned, this condo is a true extension of the vacation fun and not just a place to crash. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners of this condo who just so happened to be vacationing the same week! They are very nice people with a true love for Destin and the beach, and they genuinely cared if we were happy with everything and enjoying ourselves. Their hospitality is reflected in the care of and attention to detail in W1202.

Outstanding! Best resort we’ve stayed at in Destin. If the owners had a smart TV with streaming capability or download apps it would’ve been 1000%. Check-in was the easiest ever-front desk was very friendly and set the mood for the entire trip. We will be back!!
