Silver Beach Towers W1005

This condo is in an ideal location and easy to come and go to restaurants, grocery, etc. It has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. Our group had four adults and one baby, plenty of room and beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend.

We had such a fun time here in Destin. This condo was very nice and clean. We will for sure be coming back! It was a great time able to spend with my grandparents relaxing on the beach. They have been here multiple times and have loved it. It was nice to have them show us all the places they like to visit! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

My husband and I absolutely loved this condo. I especially love all the beachy decor and how bright it is. The ocean view is beautiful! We hope to come back with our 2 kids who were so jealous, but we were celebrating our 15th anniversary. We enjoyed the beach time, food at Bo Shamps (favorite) and Harbor Docks, plus a sunset dolphin cruise!

The entire grounds of Silver Beach Towers was first class. Extremely clean, secure, great pool setup/spaces along with a friendly and helpful staff. Our unit 1005W was A++. This was our first time in Destin and we feel no need to try staying anywhere else for future visits.

Post COVID-19 trip with the family was perfect thanks to the comfort of this condo! Family vacations provide their own chaos but this was the perfect quiet place. This week included sunbathing, eating local, shopping, late hot tub trips, and family bonding!

This is our third year in your condo and we love it! It's so clean and decorated nicely and it makes our vacation very enjoyable! We were able to see the dolphins almost every morning from the balcony! My 5 year old granddaughter loved it! Hopefully we will be able to return next year. The price increase was a little bit more than we expected but we knew what we are getting when we book this condo. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

We had a wonderful time in 1005W. The decor & views are beautiful and very relaxing. Our family will definitely be back in the future. Also the Beach service was on point! Very lovely vacation for our family of 3 from St. Louis. Although Hurricane Nicholas gave us some rain, we did get some sun at least once a day. Thank you for the stay!

We love staying  at the Silver Beach Towers. We spent sometime time at the beach/pool and over at the track. We also waited out Tropical Storm Fred. Thankfully it went mostly over to Panama City. This is our annual family vacation spot. We will be back!

Words cannot express ... joy unspeakable. I've stayed at Silver Beach many times, but never enjoyed it quite as much as this time. The serenity I feel here is just different. Your decorations have a gift for making it even more speacil, if that is even possible with this condo!!  I'm only sad that it's already rentend for the next year, as this has been the most relaxing time of my life. My family and friends are equally grateful. I hope you continue to offer the snowbird rate and that I'm fortunate enough to benefit from it again in the future.

Beautiful Condo & great locationWe loved our stay at this condo at Silver Beach Towers. Easy check in, clean property, great location in Destin, didn’t feel too crowded even in July and loved having the included beach chairs. Kids enjoyed the beautiful beaches, pool and ice cream offered at the beach hut. The condo is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family. It was a pricey compared to most rentals but we would absolutely stay at this condo again!

Our stay was very nice. The room was what we were expecting. It was very clean (which made me happy) The only complaint I had was the amount of laundry detergent given? Two is fine if it wasn’t up to the guest to wash the laundry otw out. What if you used the two now we have to purchase to make sure the next guests have clean laundry and hope the prior thought the same? But other than that everything was perfect! The master was large the balcony was beautiful the large windows everything was great. Would recommend to anyone.

Destin silver Beach Tower Great location and we loved staying at silver Beach Tower condominium. Our unit was very nice but the floor could use some cleaning.

Very well kept. The condominium we rented was beautiful. Recently updated . Furnishings and decor perfect. We went in the off season and loved it. Will definitely return and use Compass again!

This property was amazing! It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins play! The beach service was awesome and made going to the beach so easy. The pool was nice and there were plenty of chairs and tables for everyone. We will definitely stay here again!

This is our twentieth winter in Destin. We have rented at Silver Beach Towers since 2007. Most of those rentals have been of this unit. Most of our six children and their familiar come at Christmas time and rent units. We were pleased to meet the owner on our arrival. We certainly appreciate the renovation they have undertaken. The improvement in lighting was a Godsend for these old eyes. Thank you for sharing

This was our first time visiting Destin, the unit is amazing! The owners did a wonderful job, the view is amazing! It was great getting to see the dolphins from the balcony, the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking! We loved playing scrabble and putting together the puzzles! It was a wonderful stay, and we can't wait to come back next year!

Thank you for your beautiful condo. It has been an amazing retreat. I was diagnosed with stage IV cancer in my lungs and brain in 2015. I was given months to live. I'm alive 4 1/2 years later. We stayed in your condo during the initial outbreak of COVID-19 also known as Coronavirus. Because I am immune compromised, we had to thoroughly disinfect. I can assure you, your condo is clean :) What a joy it has been to see the ocean and wake up to drink coffee and watch the sun. My 12 year old son had his birthday here. We worked your puzzles, disconnected from our phones, and had a great time. I did have a funny little fall while my husband and I danced by the table. Luckily, no one needed to go to the hospital :) You've done a wonderful job creating a sanctuary for us to social isolate until the threat goes away. It's beautiful and I don't want to leave.  Thank you.

Another wonderful stay. This is our second year to rent this unit. Everything was perfect. Very clean & comfortable - our only regret - we didn't stay longer. Plan on return in October/November of 2023. A little bit of heaven on earth!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was great, the pool and beach access was good, and the unit was clean and comfortable. The beds were particularly comfortable, and the master bathroom was amazing. We did have a broken leg on the coffee table- it looked like someone had previously tried to hold it together with double sided tape. Check-in and check-out was easy, and having the trash chute was so helpful. I did hear other units had keypads for entry, and I think that's an addition that would be very beneficial- having to juggle 2 keys between all of the members of our party was a pain. Overall, we loved the condo and the beautiful beach. We'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed here Oct 2014 for our honeymoon, we loved it! It was huge with a beautiful view! Everytime we went to the room or beach we would hardly see anyone in the hall or elevator, so it was like having the whole place to ourselves! The free beach service was fantastic as well! We will be staying with Silver Beach Towers again!

It was my first time using Compass Resorts and it will not be my last! I was very impressed with timely communication and ease of check-in and check-out. The condo was great, the beds and pillows were just a little hard for our liking. Was a great stay! Thank you!

Words can hardly describe how amazing our first trip to Destin has been and being able to experience everything at your beautiful condo. This was the first beach vacation ever for our two daughters (ages 10 and 7) and 13 years since my husband and I have been on a beach vacay.We all were in awe of your condo when we arrived, gasping at everything and the view, breath taking. This trip was even extra special for us as I am grateful to still be here to experience it, litterally. In March 2020, one week before covid shut our nation down, I was diagonsed with a rare and agressive form of breast cancer at age 37. Shook me and my family to our core and came completely out of left field, but after 8 months of rigorous treatment I was deemed to be cancer free! I have been determined ever since to be more ntentional, soak up experiences, and take a damn vacation! Your condo has made our week here in Destin an absolute dream and we already can't wait to plan our next trip here!
