Perfect stay!
The condo was perfect and beautifully renovated. The condo is well stocked with cookware and plenty of beach items (toys, cooler and chairs). The view from the balcony is amazing and the beach chair service was easy to book in advance. Can’t wait for our next trip back to Destin!

Perfect stay!
This place was perfect! The views from the balcony were incredible. We enjoyed coffee overlooking the gulf every morning. The condo was clean and had a great layout. Being right on the beach was exactly what we wanted and this delivered. I can’t wait to book again. Thank you.

This room was amazing!! And the large pool was perfect. There were a lot of people but the pools and pool deck is so large we never had trouble finding a spot to sit and there was always a lot of room in the pools some you didn’t feel all crowded in.

Perfect vacation
It was my colors, my colors at my home, i loved all the pastel and painted furn., I don’t have painted furn. at home, but this made it more like vacation and with wicker furn overlooking ocean. My two single grown children enjoyed this also, they would not have come on their own and I would not have come by myself. We all had a perfect vacation.

Great Property!
The property was very well maintained. Furnished nicely, very clean and up to date. My only complaint was the beach service, they were very aggressive in shutting it down and taking chairs that were not occupied. If you leave the beach for an hour it’s a good chance your chair won’t be there when you return. Shortly after 4pm they start circling wait to pull your chair out from under you at 4:59

Absolutely Perfect!
Absolutely perfect! Our trip started with walking in to a totally jaw-dropping view over the gulf. Stunning! The property itself is lovely with great parking, and a beautiful lobby you walk through to get to the condo or pool/beach area. The condo is large, perfect for our group to spread out and have our own quiet space, yet come together to cook, eat, play games and enjoy each other. It’s decorated beautifully, beach contemporary, with a warm and welcoming vibe. We appreciated the roll-away bed in the closet as well as both couches pulling out into beds. Plenty of space for everyone! We loved sitting out on the deck in the morning looking over the water (we even saw dolphins swimming by!) and enjoying our coffee or breakfast. We’ve stayed in several rentals over the years and this was our favorite, why? It was the details… comfortable beds and furniture (it all looked new), great kitchen (with that view!) with new appliances and everything we needed including a regular coffee maker, a keurig and a nespresso - nice touch for coffee lovers, washer and dryer in the unit, lots of games, the pools and hot tubs, the tennis courts with racquets provided in the closet (though you’ll want to bring tennis balls), the beach and beautiful, clear blue water, and excellent location in the heart of Destin. We were so close to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment. We found ourselves staying in and cooking most of the time as it was so enjoyable and relaxing, and allowed us to avoid the crowds. The beach and water are worth mentioning again… this was our first time to Destin. We’ve traveled all over the Caribbean and world, and this was one of the most exceptional beaches we’ve visited. Silky, smooth white sand and clear blue water. We really appreciated this since we’ve not felt comfortable traveling out of the country after Covid, and have found our own slice of the Caribbean right here at home. We will definitely be back. It felt like our own second home at the beach!
