We had a wonderful stay! The two-bedroom condo was right on the beach with beautiful views of both the sunrise and sunset. It was very clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and had cozy, comfortable beds. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely come back!

Bring pool towels! The resort does not supply them and there are only bath towels in the unit. More towels are under the sinks! We didn't find them until we were leaving so we were struggling for a bit.

Beautiful rental home!! The location was literally perfect. The easy access to pool and beach was definitely a seller on why we will be back! The Silver beach towers look huge, but we never waited for an elevator or barely saw other people in passing. It was a very laid back resort. We absolutely will be back!

Beautiful views from the balcony! Cleanliness is a very big deal to me when on vacation and this place exceeded that expectation! Check-in and checkout was very easy and convenient. The only minor issue that I believe is worth mentioning is that the master bedroom door was tough to get open (the living room door was also a little difficult). We just left it closed because of the difficulty of opening it. This was our first time in Destin and, unfortunately, the weather made it less than enjoyable for our entire stay, but we were grateful to have this condo to retreat to. We would definitely book here again!

We loved our stay at Silver Beach Towers, and we will definitely return! Our unit, 703E, was very clean, everything was in working order, and there were plenty of towels for our use. The beds were comfortable, the showers were large and looked like they were recently upgraded, and the view of the Gulf was spectacular. We had no reason to contact the property manager for assistance during our stay. The overall property was also very nice, well maintained, and well organized. The key fob system worked well, as did the reservation system for beach chairs and umbrellas. The elevators were easy to use and we never had to wait long. We used the grills for lunch one day, and found them to be clean and in good working order. The only suggestion we have for our unit is to provide cushions for the two lounge chairs on the balcony, which were very uncomfortable. We could not sit in them without sliding down. Obviously, this is a very minor item, but it's an easy fix. We are certainly looking forward to our next visit, and we will recommend Silver Beach Towers to our friends and family.

702E it should be noted that the master bathroom toilet does not run well and that the bedrooms don't get as cool as the main family room (even with the drapes closed). They are not cowboy warmer. This is the second time we've returned to 702E and the third time we've returned to Silver Beach towers. We love it.

Our unit was clean and well-stocked with towels; the overall property was also clean and well run; the key fob system for access works well; parking was easy and convenient; we never had to wait long for elevators; the grills were clean and in good working order; great location.

Perfect view, perfect location. Loved this condo. It was so great to have 2 bedrooms with Gulf views and definitely the best thing about the space. The bathrooms were very nice too. Overall, the beach and beach service was the best part of the trip. Lots of things to do in Destin and lots of great places to eat. This was our second time in Destin and this condo was far better than the first one we stayed in. I definitely recommend and definitely was stay here again.

We stayed here over Christmas. The weather was colder than we had hoped but the condo was beautiful. The view from the patio was perfect. We will definitely stay here again. The condo looks just like the photos. It’s a beautiful place.

Rented this condo with 5 other friends for a birthday celebration. Arrived late but was left great instructions on how to access our condo. The balcony over looking the beach was wonderful to wake up to every morning. Condo was very neat and clean. Had everything we needed. Only issue we had was ice maker did not work and door in living room to balcony is a little difficult to open. Still would definitely stay here again.

We took a late spring break trip to Destin this year. The property was well maintained and very clean. We have a child that has some difficulties walking longer distances but the pool and beach were no problem. The unit was one of the nicest beach condos we’ve ever stayed in. It was modern, comfortable, well-equipped, and had a great balcony. Added to a near perfect weather week and it couldn’t have been better. I would highly recommend.

This is a very nice complex and we enjoyed being there in the off season. Kitchen is well equipped and the only problem was we bought Keurig coffee because the property description said that was available. Ended up being Cuisinart requiring a return trip to the grocery.

Also, there are no coolers or beach towels. It was ok for us because we were only there just the two of us for the weekend. We come down to Destin some times twice a year. We have stayed at silver beach towers before but the the condo we stayed at this time (E-702) was perfect. It was clean, he had everything you could need and more. It doesn’t tell you that I top of the complimentary beach service you can also use their beach chairs and skimmers that are in the closet. While we did not use these, they would have been nice to have if we had more guests. The room was great, each room had a huge TV. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were so nice. We hope to stay in this room again next year as this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in!

It was a wonderful stay, i will admit it was barebones in the kitchen when it comes to cooking. Yes they have essentials like pots, pans cookware, but no salt or pepper?! This is not the first time using VRBO, and this was a shock to me. However not terrible I just would have planned better when packing had I known. There were dirty dishes in dish washer, not a big deal... I just ran it, no problem. My biggest complaint is that there isn't anywhere to put clothes. No dresser. No luggage rack. I totally understand no dressers... but at least give us some luggage racks then. We could hang a few things but there isn't enough hangers. I love the modern updates. It felt so nice and fresh. We were able to early check in by a few hours which was also nice. My kids 5&3 loved the pool. Beach was clean and well maintained. We would definitely book again.

My expectations were met, and much much more. The place was beautiful, and the view was spectacular. The one thing that concerned me greatly was that a maintenance man came into the condo unbeknown to us while we were in the shower. When I walked out with just a towel on, there he was in the kitchen saying he was fixing the dishwasher. We did not know the dishwasher needed repairing and was not notified "adequately" to expect someone just coming in! After I SCREAMED, he apologized and said, "they told me you were notified," Well I "did" receive an email, but who is checking email regularly while on vacation. We should have received a phone call or text. I was not too fond of the fact that anyone could come in whenever they wanted. I felt unsecure for a few days, but then relaxed, but it stayed in the back of my head the rest of my stay. My suggestion is to contact a person(s) by phone if you hear music or something because when he came in he had to hear the shower running and the music! Very irrated by that! But it was just what the doctor ordered for my girlfriend and me, we both celebrated birthdays the time we were there!

We've stayed in a number of VRBO rentals. So many are cluttered with decor and the owner's stuff. Not this one! We loved this modern condo with plenty of empty kitchen and bathroom cabinets for our own stuff. Sadly, my husband had a medical emergency and spent four days in the hospital during our stay. Nevertheless, I felt safe in this complex. I also appreciated the trash chute being right on our floor and how easily the carts made transporting our luggage. I strongly recommend this property.

We stayed for two weeks for a change of scenery still working and remote learning. The view is awesome. The unit is so clean and inviting. We do wish there were dressers in the unit. An extended stay is a bit challenging with no place to put things. Overall I would give this unit a A+. The PM team is great, the building and amenities are great and the shoreline is beautiful. We will be back!

Was awesome property. Only drawback was in some neighboring condo, the folks smoked weed for a big part of our week there. The smell on the balcony was so bad we could not sit outside. Then they moved it indoors and it came in through the spare bathroom vent. That made it very unpleasant for all of us. We complained to management numerous times, but it only got better once the folks left and we could enjoy some clean air again!

Perfectly clean, new looking in every way. Beautiful view, very secure w/ gated parking and entrances, easy check in and friendly. Very comfortable beds, lush linens. Nice balcony furniture you can sunbath on as it get all day sun in Oct. Free reserved umbrella and 2 chairs on beach. Short distance from elevator to walking on beach. Beautiful pool area. It was the type of experience you would expect at the Ritz Carlton. The only thing we would have liked better was a coffee maker that brewed hotter coffee. Nothing a microwave can't fix! :-)

This was a great girls getaway in the midst of Covid. After months of isolating at home it was great to get away to a place that felt safe and clean. What my friend and I both needed was a quiet, safe place with a view of the water and that is what we had from the lovely 7th floor balcony. The building was quiet and clean. I wish it there were more places to eat within walking distance but the Back Porch was not bad and the Crab Bites were excellent. They did want the patio furniture brought into the condo because of Zeta but when we said we were women in our 60s they were kind enough to send someone to do that for us. It was a bummer that we only had 2 full days and half of the last one we had no patio furniture to sit on, but oh well. The unit was clean and pretty much as expected. Kleenex would have been nice. And it would have been good to have more than 2 packets of dishwasher soap. And the door leading out to the balcony stuck like crazy. But other than those minor inconveniences it was a good condo.

Great location. A traffic light at the entrance for easy access to Highway 98. Gated parking with reserved space. Building has security, a fob is required for entrance. Beautiful condo with expansive view. Interior and balcony photos do not do it justice. The furnishings are lovely. Both bedrooms have ceiling to floor windows with access to the very large balcony. Well equipped kitchen. We had a problem with the AC but maintenance took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Kudos. Two issues: Master bedroom has two bedside tables with two small drawers each. However, neither bedroom has a dresser. Living out of a suitcase for two weeks was less than wonderful. The second bedroom has two large beds, one of which blocks the closet door. We did not need those beds so we pushed them together to give us a little space get into the closet. Even with these two issues, we would definite rent here again. Nice place, hope they furnish a couple of dressers.

Ocean views are spectacular. Very secure property. Kitchen was stocked with anything needed to cook/bake. Walk-in closet for master was great and perfect place for stuff you need out-of-the-way.

Wish we had read about beach reservations earlier but it was all still very nice - weather was great - we had a minor maintenance issue and the staff was at the room in less than 30 minutes to fix it. Condo was beautiful - one of the best places to eat in Destin is right across the street - Mary's Kitchen. Overall we had a nice relaxing time - just what we needed

Wonderful Vacation We took a late spring break trip to Destin this year. The property was well maintained and very clean. We have a child that has some difficulties walking longer distances but the pool and beach were no problem. The unit was one of the nicest beach condos we’ve ever stayed in. It was modern, comfortable, well-equipped, and had a great balcony. Added to a near perfect weather week and it couldn’t have been better. I would highly recommend.

We come down to Destin some times twice a year. We have stayed at silver beach towers before but the the condo we stayed at this time (E-702) was perfect. It was clean, he had everything you could need and more. It doesn’t tell you that I top of the complimentary beach service you can also use their beach chairs and skimmers that are in the closet. While we did not use these, they would have been nice to have if we had more guests. The room was great, each room had a huge TV. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were so nice. We hope to stay in this room again next year as this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in!

This is a very nice complex and we enjoyed being there in the off season. Kitchen is well equipped and the only problem was we bought Keurig coffee because the property description said that was available. Ended up being Cuisinart requiring a return trip to the grocery.

We had a wonderful stay at your condo! Everything was as stated. As I saw in other reviews, this unit is not stocked with spices or coffee or anything in the kitchen. Also, there are no coolers or beach towels. It was ok for us because we were only there just the two of us for the weekend. Some might want to know:) overall a beautiful place and we would stay again!

Loved this condo. Rented this condo with 5 other friends for a birthday celebration. Arrived late but was left great instructions on how to access our condo. The balcony over looking the beach was wonderful to wake up to every morning. Condo was very neat and clean. Had everything we needed. Only issue we had was ice maker did not work and door in living room to balcony is a little difficult to open. Still would definitely stay here again.

The condo is exactly as pictured in the photos. It is well maintained and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We were able to capture a beautiful picture of the sunset, from our balcony, on our first night. The kitchen is well equipped and they even included device adapters in the bedrooms. Although this is not a critique of the unit, I will include it just for reference. The sliding glass doors are heavy and you can hear every time the people above open/close the doors; it sounds like thunder. If you are looking for a quiet/peaceful week, please know the resort is very family oriented and there are a lot of children. Compass Resorts was very friendly and easy to work with. They are extremely organized and you will have all the information you need before/during your visit. The complimentary beach service mentions that no private chairs are allowed, but that was not the case. A lot of people bring their own little chairs and set them up in front of the first row of reserved chairs/umbrellas. Although this isn't really an issue because the view is expansive, it is a little bothersome to have someone setup right in front of you when you reserved early for the front row...minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Overall, this is a wonderful unit and the few issues were with services outside control of the unit.

We enjoyed every thing about Silver Beach Towers, and our unit was tastefully decorated and spacious, the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean! We were very pleased! We’ve been to Silver Beach towers 4 times and have always had an awesome experience. We aren’t a fan of the traffic in Destin, but that super soft, sugary white sand brings us back!

It was a wonderful stay, i will admit it was barebones in the kitchen when it comes to cooking. Yes they have essentials like pots, pans cookware, but no salt or pepper?! This is not the first time using VRBO, and this was a shock to me. However not terrible I just would have planned better when packing had I known. There were dirty dishes in dish washer, not a big deal... I just ran it, no problem. My biggest complaint is that there isn't anywhere to put clothes. No dresser. No luggage rack. I totally understand no dressers... but at least give us some luggage racks then. We could hang a few things but there isn't enough hangers. I love the modern updates. It felt so nice and fresh. We were able to early check in by a few hours which was also nice. My kids 5&3 loved the pool. Beach was clean and well maintained. We would definitely book again.
