2nd time staying here and it was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

Priscilla Torres - Posted: 8/19/2026

Silver Beach Towers were beautiful, clean and a well maintained property with gorgeous views and Compass Resorts kept us informed and made checking in and out a breeze! They also will do their best to get condo ready if you arrive early. The only 1star I would give would be the WiFi/internet issues, maybe an upgrade in the future. We are from Pittsburgh and was our first visit to Destin and NOT our last. Highly recommend Compass Resorts and their properties

What a great condo! There was so much space for us four adults and to be right on the beach and hear the waves coming in was perfection! The pool was great - not crowded at this time of year and the beach access was easy! Check in and out was easy, and I love the texting system you guys have in place! I always got a quick response during business hours! We can’t wait to come back!

Oceanfront, beautiful clear water as far as the eye can see. One of my favorite things about the condo is that both bedrooms were oceanfront and had access to the balcony. Hope to stay here again in the future. It’s absolutely my dream condo! One small problem which was absolutely a no fault inconvenience. Managment was quick to check it out, let us know a plan & assure us things were safe. So thankful we didn’t have to leave this condo. Had to do that because of raw electrical wires at a house last yr after we noticed them & lights that wouldn’t work. Wasted a whole day of out vacation for them to come. Had to pack back up after they never showed it was not even a vacation. So thankful for this condo & everything going smoothly!

1. Condo was SUPER nice. Have stayed in Destin before and Silver Beach Towers was head and shoulders above the other. 2. Our friends arrived before we did so they did the check in. Bob was VERY impressed with the service provided (wish I had her name!) and wanted me to relay his pleasure and his thanks for answering all the questions and offering guidance for the area. 3. Had good contact with Compass so if we needed anything, it would not have been an issue. 4. Silver Beach is definitely on my "I'll stay here again!" list.

My husband and I stayed here with another Couple! The check in process was extremely easy! This was the best Condo I could find that had 2 king beds both with ocean views! We even saw dolphins from our Balcony! We came in November so the water was cool, but the pool was heated so it didn’t bother us at all! I highly recommend this condo!

Kari S. - Posted: 12/3/2020

Compass Resorts staff

The after hours check in was easy. Garage parking excellent. Easy access to the condo. The condo was just like the online photos. Very beautiful and clean. We appreciated the amount of towels in the kitchen and bathroom. We especially appreciated the beach chairs setup for us in November!! We did have one issue. We arrived early and were provided a temporary code to enter the condo. Our initial code did not work after that. We were locked out the next afternoon upon returning from the beach. Stranded in the hallway with wet swimsuits on. The person who we called kept trying to tell us “the battery was dead” and maintenance would have to fix. The lights were working on the keypad we just needed a new code. I had to plead with her several times to give us one. She finally did. We left the next day only to return and again be locked out. Called again. Tried several times until a code finally worked. Same thing happened the third day. This person assured me the code would work until checkout Saturday and it did. Housekeeping knocked on our door Saturday morning at 0900. We weren’t ready to leave yet since check out was 10am. We did leave around 0930. Overall very pleased and will reserve again! Thank you, Karen Valesano

We were very pleased with every aspect of this property. From the decor, to the cleanliness, nice appliances and spacious rooms, this was a great place for our family of 4 to enjoy a beautiful vacation. Also, the views in every room were stellar but also had black out curtains that were needed for our children to sleep at night. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was everything I expected and beautiful and comfortable. Everything you need is so convenient, and the staff at Compass Resorts was wonderful. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Pam S. - Posted: 6/11/2018

We really enjoyed this place. It was very spacious and the view was amazing! It was very clean, lovely furnishings, 2 master bedrooms with views of the ocean made it perfect for our couples golf/beach vacation. Well maintained beach, pool and hot tub. We saw dolphins from our balcony every day! The sunset, moonrise over the water was spectacular. We had never been to Destin, but will certainly return again!

mary s. - Posted: 3/19/2018

This was a beautiful condo with high end everywhere! 2 king beds were fabulous, huge bathrooms, loved the washer and dryer, 50" big screen TV with Netflix, wonderful 6th floor view, garage parking, what more could you want?

Sharon M. - Posted: 11/6/2015

This condo was absolutely fantastic!! Everything was VERY clean. The decor was so warm and inviting which made us feel very comfortable and at home. We loved the taller chairs on the balcony that allowed an unobstructed view of that gorgeous ocean. We didn't want to leave but had to get back to reality. We hope to return to this place soon!

Diane M. - Posted: 9/22/2015

I cannot imagine a more perfect vacation. My wife and I flew down from Chattanooga TN for our one year wedding anniversary. The complex is secure with a secure/gated parking garage (assigned parking). The condo was absolutely beautiful, the kitchen was fully stocked with the supplies we needed to cook our own meals, and the view was breathtaking. The pools are large and a great option. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus. We will definitely be coming back, I cannot say enough about how fantastic this condo is.

Cameron S. - Posted: 9/6/2015

Great unit (super nice and love the upgrades); great property; great location. Will definitely be returning. The entire property is super clean and well maintained (not that musty smell you sometimes get at beach condos). Underground secure parking is fantastic. Pool area is great. Grilled outside multiple times. Close to go cart/miniature golf; water park; groceries (Wal-Mart and Winn Dixie); and nice beverage store. We've stayed at this property before and will again - preferably in this unit. Very nice.

I have stayed at many different facilities in Destin. This was by far the best I have stayed at. Always clean with great staff. Beach service great with very nice workers. Easy to get in/out. Unit extremely nice and clean. Very family friendly. Ample chairs at poolside. Will definitely rent here again.

We have stayed at several condos at Silver Beach Towers and they are all nice, but this one is our favorite! It is beautifully decorated with new furnishings. Both bedrooms have king beds, which is hard to find in a 2BR unit. We appreciated the secure underground assigned parking and the carts they had in the elevator lobby to carry things to and from the room. LOVED the free beach service, workers were very nice. Great location, close to everything - and when you come out of the complex, you have your own traffic light to turn onto Highway 98 - a BIG plus! The view from the balcony is the best in Destin. The unit is also spotless clean, as is the entire complex. We highly recommend this condo to everyone and do plan to return!

Spent a week at Destin beach. It was everything we hoped it would be! This condo is beautifully updated and extremely convenient to many Destin points of interest and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped. Easy check in and access to the condo. The pools and grounds were beautifully kept. The beach and chairs/umbrellas were super nice. We hope to return soon!

Our stay with silver beach towers was all that we anticipated. In the ten or so visits to Destin over many years, the residence amenities and beach experience here surpassed any we have enjoyed. We will not be able to stay anywhere else from now on!

Everything was fantastic.

Top shelf!! Have stayed in Destin before but I have to say, Silver Beach Towers was far and away much nicer than our last stay. We will definitely stay there again. Beautiful condo and superb service. Destin is a beautiful place. Just wish it had been a little warmer... LOL. We’ll definitely be going back!!!

Absolutely, love this property. We will not stay anywhere else. The layout of the units, amenities and easy to use portal are great!

We have stayed at Silver Beach 5 or 6 times. 602E was absolutely the best unit we have stayed in. It had all the equipment, pots/pans, cutting boards, etc. that we needed to be able to cook in the unit. This is a first. We also were pleased to have a Keurig. We will request this unit in the future. The only issues were the faucet in the kitchen sink leaked, handle on the dryer comes off, and the HVAC controls were a bit complicated.

Awesome! We were able to get into our condo early. We had an umbrella and chairs everyday during our stay.

I had a relaxing time. The view of the ocean and beach was amazing. Every window in the condo faced the ocean. Everything I needed was waiting for me upon my arrival. I will definitely return to this condo on my next stay in Destin, FL.

Amazing room and property, was exactly as described. Kids had a great time at the pool and beach and room and view were outstanding. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in the unit several times and we love it. I wish the table and chairs on the balcony were like a bistro set so you can see over the balcony rail. We will be visiting again soon.

PerfectThe location is fantastic. The condo is beautifully decorated. The balcony is private! The view is amazing, we had several take-out meals there. The building and grounds are meticulous. Also, the single best shower I have ever rented.
