We absolutely loved our stay in condo 503E. The place was truly amazing. This was our first time booking with Compass Resorts, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. The decor was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic, and the kitchen was fully stocked, everything we needed and more. The view was incredible, and one of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying our morning coffee out on the balcony. The beach was spotless, the water was crystal clear, and the water temperature was a perfect 86 degrees. We'd happily stay in this condo again.

Beautiful condo!

This was the most beautiful condo and exceeded every expectation. Every detail down to the towels was perfect. The layout of the condo was perfect for 5-7 people. Three full bathrooms were a plus and it was so spacious we all had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything a person would need plus more. The pool area was clean and the proximity to the beach was so close. We would make the 14 hour drive again just to stay here.

The property was nice. The only problem was hot water, washer and dryer were turned off at the circuit breaker. Luckily we figured out the problem and didn’t have to call anyone on Christmas Day to get it working.

If I could give this property more stars, I would. We stayed there last week and loved it. The condo was perfect. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful. I have zero complaints (other than the kitchen couold use a few more spoons). I definitely recommend this condo for your next trip to Destin!

Beautiful views of beach from living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and master bathroom. Condo as described, no surprises. Layout of complex slightly confusing upon arrival, but easy to navigate after becoming familiar. Elevators are very fast and property is well maintained.

Spring Break on the beach!

Condo review

As advertised, condo was clean and well appointed. I did not report the few things that needed attention. The balcony screesns are out of track and unable to close, also the screening is coming out. Also the handle in the kitchen sink is about to fall off.

Nice place with beautiful ocean views

The online pictures don't do this place justice. It's actually a lot nicer than the pictures lead you to believe. Maybe it's the blue couches, which are actually very nice as well. The place feels new and luxury. Ocean views are incredible form the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. White sand beaches with crystal clear blue water. Reminded me of the Caribbean. Great location near restaurants, activities, shopping and supermarket.

Family Vacay

The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. It’s a beautiful unit with a fantastic gulf view. A couple of days we saw dolphins from the balcony. The balcony has the perfect amount of furniture and we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the views and the weather. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and utensils- everything you could need was provided. Two bedrooms had king size beds that were very comfortable and the rooms were really spacious - we never felt cramped. The tub in the Master Bedroom was awesome! The third bedroom has two twin beds and a good sized closet for that room. The living room furniture was nice and comfy. For us - and this is by no means a complaint - but having little ones in the group that try to squeeze through between the furniture to the kitchen, we thought it would be helpful to open up the living space area and make access around the living room furniture easier for everyone by just removing the end tables and having a smaller tv cabinet and center hassock. The room size for the dining/eating area is nice and having additional seating at the kitchen counter worked out great. There is a trash chute in the hallway outside the unit that makes taking out the trash very easy. Access to the unit from the parking garage (1 assigned spot and 1 unassigned) was simple and convenient and parking was never a problem during our stay. We loved our time there and would definitely love to stay again! Thank you!

Clean and nicely decorated

We really enjoyed our stay here-it was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen is well stocked, overall it is a great condo! We have bee back to Silver Beach Towers many times and we love it-right on the beach, very nice pool, great location in Destin. We would definitely come back to this condo as well!

Feast of Tabernacles 2017

Our unit was very nice. Had everything we needed. Nothing we didn't. I will not book through VRBO again though due to the excessive charges now being attached to the booking.

Beautiful Condo!

I've been coming to Destin for about 10 years now, this is by far the Best condo I've rented. So beautiful, clean and of course tons of room. The views are amazing. Check in was so easy and Compass even called me on Saturday morning to let me know that condo was ready Early! Would definitely come here again!

Excellent accommodation!

We will return! The rooms were clean when we arrived. The accommodations in the room were as they should be. The photos on the site don't give the view of the beach justice when your in the living room, dining table and even kitchen. The whole wall is a window that you love to look at! The bedrooms were comfy n cozy. The pool was excellent and beach access couldn't have been better! Thank you very much and I totally recommend!

Perfect family condo!

This condo was perfect for our party of 6. I loved the layout of this condo. Everyone had their own space and the rooms were very nice! Spacious and CLEAN! The master bedroom was amazing with views of the ocean from the bed! 3 bathrooms was a bonus! The balcony was huge and the view was spectacular! Would definitely stay here again!

Love it.

Love it. Weâ€™ve stayed at SBT quite a few times and overall everything was much smoother than any other time! Staff were very helpful and friendly (both call center and on-property). Very appreciative, seems that bad service has become the norm most places, what a refreshing experience here!!!

We were very pleased with our stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. The property is great for families. The unit was spacious, had plenty of towels, and felt very private. We had one housekeeping and one maintenance issue, both of which were resolved very quickly and management followed up on both items by phone and text. I found the entire process from booking, to arrival to our stay very streamlined and well organized. Would rent through Compass again.

5 StarsIf I could give this property more stars, I would. We stayed there last week and loved it. The condo was perfect. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful. I have zero complaints (other than the kitchen couold use a few more spoons). I definitely recommend this condo for your next trip to Destin!

Love Silver Beach Towers.

Love Silver Beach Towers. Only complaint was with air in master bedroom. It stayed very warm in spite of thermostat staying so low it was freezing in the rest of the unit. But overall experience was fabulous. Will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Views

Beautiful views of beach from living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and master bathroom. Condo as described, no surprises. Layout of complex slightly confusing upon arrival, but easy to navigate after becoming familiar. Elevators are very fast and property is well maintained.

Outstanding condo, we booked this condo again this year and it was exactly what we expected, wonderful. This condo does not disappoint! Weather was a bit sketchy, but overall wonderful trip and amenities. We had a light bulb out over a shower and once I called Compass, it was repaired in record time. They called twice to check on it. Million dollar service!

Unit description

We have spent the past 3 winters in this unit. This year weâ€™re disappointed because the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Iâ€™m sure itâ€™s due to age because we didnâ€™t notice this in previous years.

We had stayed at Silver Beach Towers and really liked the resort, however, not too hip on our last condo but this condo was AWESOME! Beautiful decor, wonderful amenities, fully stocked kitchen which we used greatly with three youngsters! The view was fantastic and everything worked out wonderful! Would recommend the condo again and again! Want to stay here next year if we get the chance! We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Also one more thing, Compass you rock!!!! You guys are aswesome!

The nicest condo we have stayed in Silver Beach Towers.

Everything worked, great appliances, ample & comfortable seating inside and on balcony, very well stocked kitchen, clean, great decor! We will try to book this condo again
