The place was beautiful, clean, and cozy! We really enjoyed how convenient it was to access both the beach and the pool, as well as how easy it was to get on and off the property. I also had a question during our stay, and the resort was very responsive and even called to follow up, which I really appreciated. My only suggestion would be to provide beach towels for guests. Since many people try to pack light when traveling, having beach towels available would be a great added convenience. We ended up purchasing some during our stay, which was fine, but it would have been one less thing to worry about. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. I would absolutely rent here again and would definitely recommend it to others!

The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, all in a fantastic location. During a couple of cooler spring break days, the kids especially enjoyed the heated pool. The beach itself was well-kept and inviting. The beach chair and umbrella service was convenient, with everything set up early each morning and in great condition. Food and drinks were available right on the beach from Tip Sea Turtle, with quick service and attentive staff who checked in often. We would definitely consider staying at this condo again on a future visit.

The condo is beautiful just like the pictures. Plenty of room for our family trip with 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids). The kitchen had all the things needed to cook with even Tupperware for left overs. Short walk to the beach and could even walk to some restaurants and shops. Great communication with the host. We will definitely be back!

This condo worked out wonderfully for our family of 8. Plenty of space for everyone to come together and to have some space apart. The location on the beach was great. We had easy access to the both the beach and the pools. When the weather wasn't pleasant, we had a great view of the ocean.

If I had to make my decision about the stay from the first day, I'd NEVER be back. The Compass employee in the parking deck was the rudest employee I've ever encountered. Her name is Karen. She was an older white lady with blonde hair. She was bad. Thankfully our interaction with Karen was limited to the first day. All other employees were fantastic. I ended up loving the facility and will be back.

Rental was amazing! Can't get any closer to the beach, right next to the lobby, down a set of stairs to the pool area, then to the sand. PLENTY of room for 3 couples, each with their own bathroom. EACH bedroom has a view of the beach. Everything you need to cook with already in the kitchen. Full washer and dryer helped a bunch. Location was right in the middle of everything. Wouldn't change a thing.

In addition to the convenience and cleanliness of this unit and the location...I would only change 1 thing and that would be to have 1 extra key because we had 3 adult couples in our group and having only 2 keys became difficult at times.

Loved this condo! 2nd floor beach side...its huge! My husband and I and my two sisters spent the week here and had a great time! The condo was just like home...2 king beds and a queen bed are hard to find. It was nicely decorated and had great views from every room. We would definitely stay here again!

The pics of this rental 202 E did not do it justice. It was well cleaned when we arrived. Parking spots are right by the elevators. Room is on the second floor but close to the doors to go out to the pool and beach. An awesome view of the ocean from 3 rooms with balcony access from all three rooms. It has two different balconies. Outside furniture is nice.

We've stayed at numerous condos at Silver Beach Towers and have always been satisfied, but this one (E-202) was absolutely THE BEST. We will be renting this exact condo next year. Everything was modern and updated, new appliances in kitchen and laundry room, extremely comfortable couch that seats 6 easily, gulf views from every bedroom, easy access to parking and to the beach (walk in / walk out... no elevator), no carpet, all tile floors easy to vacuum the sand off of... everything was just perfect! Thank you!

Condo is has described in pictures! There is absolutely no extra stuff available in condo (salt, pepper, paper towels, spices etc) plenty of dishes and cookware. Plenty of nice big towels. No beach accessories in the condo. Must bring your own.

This was my and my wife's 3rd stay at Silver Beach Towers. This condo is by far the best unit we've stayed in. 202E is absolutely beautiful, well appointed and feels comfy despite the big square footage. It offers a sweet combination of admiring the Gulf from every room and being in it via some quick steps down one flight of stairs. Bonus! Your two parking spots are also down one flight (or elevator) and are located right next to the exit door in the garage. There are no closer parking spots. SBT feels secure, but not to the point of big brother-ish. If you're in tune with your surroundings, you'll notice the employees pull double duty. They are looking out for your safety, picking up trash/debris, straightening pool furniture, etc. It's clear that Compass Resorts goes out of their way to make sure your stay is everything you'd expect it to be. Great unit, best yet for us, and we'll be back.

This Rental was FABULOUS!! We loved it, every room had a gorgeous view of the gulf and the pool. The parking spaces were located right next door to the elevators and being on the 2nd floor it was just one flight of stairs. If you parked on the upper level you could just buzz yourself in and you were at your room. We had a little trouble with internet but that was all. I would definitely rent this one again!

This has been one of our favorite Christmas destinations! East Tower  202 was awesome; perfectly appointed with everything we needed! The decor was beautiful and the kitchen was appointed with everything us foodies could want! We cooked local seafood and family favorite recipes including Christmas cookies and homemade canolis! The view of the beach was gorgeous and the lobby location of the condo was perfect for my senior parents to stroll to the pool and beach! The Silver Beach Towers are impeccably clean and up to date!
