East 1804 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the eighteenth floor, East 1804 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. Lifelong memories are waiting for you at East 1804, and it'll keep you returning year after year!
The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
