The condo was beautiful and the beach amazing. Our only complaint was that the balcony was not available to use. The very best week!
Our stay in 1604E was perfect!l It was clean, spacious, equipped with everything we needed, and had the cutest welcome boxes in the kitchen and each bathroom, filled with essentials. The view from our balcony was stunning - The best place to eat breakfast, read, and watch for dolphins! The location is walking distance to Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, ice cream shops, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Walmart, go karts, mini golf, small carnival rides, and just a short Uber to the Harbor Boardwalk. Great location, clean condo with everything you need.
Stayed here for fall break with my husband, our 3 kids and my parents. Plenty of room, nice big doors leading to the balcony with amazing views of the ocean. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The pools were great, not too crowded and one of them was heated. The elevators were quick and the building overall was clean and the staff was friendly. Close to restaurants and shopping and the people at the chair hut were great too. Perfect Location
You can’t beat this view! My family and I had a great time during our stay in Destin. This condo had the perfect beach view we were looking for and it did not disappoint. The beach service was great on the days we were able to utilize it, but unfortunately on 2 of the days we had a beach service reserved they took down the chairs and umbrellas extremely early. The information we were given stated it would be available from 9am to 6pm. On these 2 days they removed our setup before 4pm. Great Vacay
The condo was exactly as published. We loved the condo, resort, and private beach. Will definitely visit again. The ease of being right there and the friendliest of staff was great. My only issue was water pressure in showers. Not sure if it was the specific condo and their shower head or resort as a whole but it was so low. Exceeded our expectations
We have stayed at several Florida locations. From condos to private homes in the beach and honestly this one is our favorite! We will be back! Condo was beautiful and clean and stocked well. The only thing was the toilet seat in the hall bathroom was loose… easy fix! Wish the water pressure was more powerful but realize that’s behind your control. Best Destin Stay
This place exceeded all of our expectations. The unit is as best as it can get from any aspect. 100/100. Only negative point was not receiving the beach code on time due to problems with Compass Resorts system and lack of communication about it which resulted in struggle to book a front row setup at the beach. Spring break
Beautiful condo and was just as shown in pics. Very clean and plenty of towels. My husband thought the beds were too hard but still a great place. Saw dolphins everywhere from the balcony in the morning. We left a day early due to the world coronavirus pandemic and they were closing the beach but we felt confident that the condo had been cleaned well. The building was almost empty due to the scare of people staying home. Loved the breeze that came in every day and we didn’t need the air conditioning at all.Colette C. - Posted: 4/6/2020

Loved it!

Great condo!

Amazing stay!
Silver Beach Towers was exceptional! The condo was simply breathtaking. The decor was whimsical and well maintained. The special touches such as the parrot statue suspended over the master bedroom entry as well as the blue gazing balls hung over the kitchen snack bar presented such joy. The glittering chime hung over the outside balcony gave one the ability to look from the beach to locate the condo. The beach and gulf were simply beautiful. Refreshing swims in the gorgeous glistening blue-green water that sparkled in the evening sunsets lapping gently over the sugar-white sands was such a treat. Although it was the dog days heat of August, the fireplace lit on warm was cozy and relaxing with sweet ambiance. Perfect Location
Perfect LocationYou can’t beat this view! My family and I had a great time during our stay in Destin. This condo had the perfect beach view we were looking for and it did not disappoint. The beach service was great on the days we were able to utilize it, but unfortunately on 2 of the days we had a beach service reserved they took down the chairs and umbrellas extremely early. The information we were given stated it would be available from 9am to 6pm. On these 2 days they removed our setup before 4pm. One of these days we hadn’t even gotten a chance to use our setup so was a waste of money. Other than that we had a great stay.Anonymous

Silver Beach
Reservations, checkin, stay, checkout all went very smoothly. Any maintenance issues were dealt with immediately. Only problem I had was that the pool was not heated during the cooler months of January and February. That's when it is needed most. Perhaps next year they will do so. See you next year.Anonymous

Exceeded our expectations
We have stayed at several Florida locations. From condos to private homes in the beach and honestly this one is our favorite! We will be back! Condo was beautiful and clean and stocked well. The only thing was the toilet seat in the hall bathroom was loose… easy fix! Wish the water pressure was more powerful but realize that’s behind your control. Thank you for a beautiful enjoyable vacation. Our only regret is that it wasn’t longer.Anonymous

Best Destin Stay
This place exceeded all of our expectations. The unit is as best as it can get from any aspect. 100/100. Only negative point was not receiving the beach code on time due to problems with Compass Resorts system and lack of communication about it which resulted in struggle to book a front row setup at the beach. I’d recommend a better system to manage priority for booking the setup. We will be back here for sure.Anonymous

Awesome Experience
This location was beautiful! The room was fantastic! Clean, well stocked kitchen and bath towels. Easy access to the beach! Loved the fact that two beach chairs came with our rental. Great Location! We loved it and will be staying here again!ÂÂAnonymous

Amazing condo
Can’t describe the amazing experience that we had in this accommodation, everything was perfectly thought by the owners, we had everything to spend an awesome family time doing many things, cooking around the kitchen with and amazing view, you even can see the dolphins swimming in the morning while your taking breakfast. it was very clean and neat. the beach service was a total relax for us, you just need to bring your towel and sunblock to the beach. my family loved it here, we are coming back next year no doubts ! thank you very muchAnonymous

Beautiful beachside apartment
This apartment is beautifully decorated and properly equipped to make your stay enjoyable. All of the three bedrooms are spacious with large window units, providing wonderful views. The apartment unit offers a large balcony overlooking the Emerald Coast, which provides the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the mornings. The whole building is very well maintained and taken care of and access to the beach is swift and simple.Anonymous
