Mom, Dad and 3 daughters from Illinois had a glorious visit in this condo and spending time on the beach with family and friends. We celebrated Ava's 7th birthday! Lord willing we will come back again and again!

Beautiful condo directly on the beach with an unobstructed view. Clean beach and pool area, easy parking in the garage. Condo complex is in a great area and we could walk to lots of activities. Grocery very closeby. Check in and checkout process were very easy. Great communication by the property manager. Highly recommend!

This condo is in an excellent location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in close proximity. Condo is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. This was a breath of fresh air for my family. Such a beautiful condo and an amazing beach view. When first walking into your home it was instant peace! This was a perfect way to end our summer. We as a family haven't been on a vacation since 2019. During COVID-19 I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and boy has it been a ride! This condo/ ocean was just what my body needed to reset! Also, while sitting in your condo my husband officially received his papers for retirement from the United States Air Force after 21 years. Our son received a scholarship for school. Your place holds many core memories for us in just a short week. We are extremely sad to leave, but are already planning our next trip soon and will be booking this condo! Thank you!

BeautifulBeautiful condo! Great view of the ocean!!! Nicely renovated with a modern look! Easy check-in and check-out process. Very responsive to any questions prior to arrival. Only thing bad, was it needed some mopping; our socks and feet were black on the bottom shortly after walking around the unit when we first arrived. But not a deal breaker so would definitely stay here again!

The unit is very clean and beautiful. We recommend booking your beach chairs ahead of time as that was a very nice convenience and using the fob each day to see location was a great feature. The security was great as you had to use fobs to use the parking and doors. The unit was comfortable and the big screen TV was awesome! It would've been nice to have had the remote for the actual TV so that you could login to the streaming services. The street noise from the two secondary bedrooms is very loud at night with what sounds like cars racing down the main street. We did encounter one big problem. The unit above us ran a jackhammer all during the day. I understand that renovations have to be made at some point but it was extremely annoying. Because of the work, there was a leak in the unit below us. The management was good about getting in touch with us stating that they need to look at our unit for the possible cause. They ended up removing the toilet in the master bathroom which was VERY inconvenient. I had reached out to two people with the management to see about compensation as this is not at all ideal when you have paid for certain accommodations and have to deal with this while on vacation. We did not get any sort of followup not even an apology. Look around at other locations first before booking as if there's a problem, it''s not going to go in your favor.

15th floor offered a beautiful viewOn the 15th floor, with ample balcony. If you are scared of heights I would pick a lower floor. However, the gulf/beach view from living room and master are incredible. Lots of dolphins every morning! Unit was very clean. Nice that the 2nd bedroom has its own bath and a king bed so couples don’t have to fight over the king bed. 3rd bedroom is queen with use of spacious hall bath. Kitchen is nice but does not include any salt and pepper, sugar - so bring with you! Plenty of dishes and towels. Nice washer and dryer. Living room tv is huge but couch is not. Would love to see them replace small couch with larger one for additional seating. Comfortably you can have 4 seated in the living room at a time but there are plenty of dining spots for up to 8. Beds were incredibly comfortable. We even liked the pillows! Bedding was nice and clean and they provided lots of extra blankets. Building itself was clean and well appointed. Easy elevator ride to beautiful beach/ pool are and underground parking garage. Beaches were beautiful and clean like always! We would definitely rent from Compass Resorts again. Loved the whole complex! 2 min drive to Back Porch or 10 minute walk down the beach.
