Loved our stay!
We loved our stay! The condo was well kept and beautifully decorated. The view is amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family of 5 and labeled for convenience. There were extra towels in each bathroom, pools were cleaned every morning, and very friendly staff throughout the resort. I can honestly say this was our best experience yet in Destin.

This place is beautiful!! Every room has a beautiful view even if it’s not gulf front. The place is so clean and has everything you could need. Theres plenty of extra space for storage. We really enjoyed our stay! We do wish the pool/hot tub hours were a little later so we could have enjoyed that a little more. They are very strict on the 10pm time. But overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Nice, clean condo with amazing furnishings. Everything in condo was top of the line and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed with a good amount of starter supplies. Location can’t be beat and we were able to check in early which was amazing. The views are unmatched and the building’s facilities and pool were perfect. The only thing that would’ve improved the stay is if we received a discount on beach chair/umbrella spots. We were told that we were one of only ten condos without this perk. Otherwise, amazing!

This place was perfect!
Beautiful condo! It was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was very well appointed. The kitchen was completely stocked with dishes, cookware, and tools, and had upgraded appliances. This place was perfect!

Destin was awesome! This home was above and beyond our expectations! My husband and I had the pleasure of vacationing with our adult children. We could not have asked for a better location. The home was spectacular for five adults. We are definitely going to try to come back!

This was one of the nicest condos we’ve found on the Gulf Coast. Modern appliances, comfortable beds, beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen. Wonderful big balcony with comfortable furniture. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful! Would definitely stay again!
The condo was beautiful, and clean! We had 3 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. The beds were so comfortable.The view was amazing! And access to the beach and pool was very easy! Be sure to reserve your beach chairs like a week before your trip other wise you will be a couple rows back from the water. Lesson we learned this trip but it really wasn't a big deal we were still able to have chairs . The entire property was kept in emaculent condition! We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Very comfortable, very homey, super convenient location.
It's soooo nice here! This condo is perfect for us, and we wanted for nothing. Mom & Dad, 2 college-age kids, plus Grandma, on our first full week-at-beach vacation ever. We really appreciated the extra touches, from the memory-foam bed toppers to the beach toys. Everyone particularly enjoyed the comfy chairs on the balcony-with the million dollar view! We'll be back!

The weather was perfect. Your condo is incredible, beautifully furnished & the beds are SO comfortable! My first time in Destin! Came with my two oldest sons & their families. Had a blast with my grandchildren! Friendly staff as well, we loved it!!

To the Compass Management Team at Silver Beach Towers You guys are just great! You are people- people, attentive and do things in a timely and professional manner. As for owners, they may look at the association costs and question them. Rest assured you are getting in your management team the best we have ever experienced and I write this from both sides. Well done. Also, the owners were such nice people and without them knowing this, we would leave their beach home in as nice a condition as we found it if not better. Respect for others and their property was something we, my wife and I, were taught at an early age. I would like to send them a recipe for a blueberry coffee cake. It is a heirloom recipe that goes back in time and treasured. Only special friends and family have this! As for the unit I am sure your Compass Team knows the special units and the owners as well. I wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere. It is akin to the swallows or the glass eels. They always return to the same place. The glass eel is very special. It breeds in the Sargasso Sea. It is the only sea without a coastline. At least two years are required to reach the rivers of Europe where the eels live for almost twenty years before they migrate back to breed in the Sargasso. So, we do hope and plan to return to 1404 E, at Silver Beach Towers. When you hike in the Great Smokey Mountains there is a motto, Take only pictures and leave only footprints Well, we took the pictures and leave with wonderful memories! 1404 E was and can be your home away from home!
