Decorated in coastal hues of blues and tans an inviting open-concept area with floor-to-ceiling windows offers breathtaking views of the Gulf. Relax with family and friends around the large flat-screen TV or step out onto the furnished tenth floor beachfront balcony to soak in the sights and sounds of Destin’s sugar-white sand and emerald waters. Whip up a delicious meal in the kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an incredible view. Retreat into the primary suite and find a king bed, balcony access, gulf views, TV, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaker tub. The first guest bedroom includes a king bed, TV, access to the North facing balcony, and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom features a queen bed, gulf views, and access to the North facing balcony. The third guest bedroom is perfect for children and offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, TV, and access to the North facing balcony. A hallway bathroom is shared with the last two guest bedrooms and offers a tub/shower combo. For added convenience there is a full-size washer and dryer, and WIFI to help make your stay unforgettable. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

Stunning!

Very clean! Great use of space that fit our 2 families of 4! Stunning views of the gulf from the huge patio with comfy furniture on it! It is a corner unit, so was great for the sunrise! We could also see the dolphins from the patio! There is a smaller patio on the north side that offers shade and a view of the city. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Great unit in a great location

We had a great time in this unit. It is well decorated, with comfy beds, and great amenities like big TVs and Wi-Fi. We even enjoyed some of the board games that were already in the unit. The resort is perfectly located in the middle of Destin, and easy to get in and out of. The only drawbacks are that the complex doesn’t offer much in the way of extra amenities, such as a place to work out, or things like basketball or other sports (just tennis). Also, our unit, and I think most others, have a specific kind of Trane thermostat that was very difficult to control. I can usually figure out how to program any thermostat, but this one kept changing temperatures or reverting to a different program at random times. Also, the unit above us seemed to be moving heavy furniture at all hours of the day and night. But, there’s not much you can do about that. We would gladly stay here again.

Overall the condo was great… clean, well stocked with kitchen items and towels. The guy with the long hair on the beach for beach service was extremely rude, but had nothing to do w the actual condo.

Perfect LocationWe truly enjoyed our stay in Destin. The location was perfect. Beach is beautiful. The condo was very comfortable and clean with plenty of space for all 8 of us to relax. Balcony view is amazing. We would definately love to come back again.

The balcony wasn't just large, it was deep.

The view was amazing. I've stayed at 4 different beachfront rentals and have even stayed in the same towers before, but this was by far the best. The balcony wasn't just large, it was deep. The couch on the balcony was a game changer and changed the entire feel of the condo. Inside, the furniture, window treatments, and dÃ©cor didn't feel like a typical rental. You could imagine living there and the attention to detail showed. The finishes and upgrades make a difference. Even the towels and complementary soaps are nice touches. It would be great if there was a small cooler, sand toys, or beach tubes available. Yes, I can go buy them, but to only use them for a few days doesn't make sense. That is the only thing I can think of that would have made the stay even more memorable.

It has been an amazing experience.

It has been an amazing experience. The condo I am in is so nice and so clean. It feels very homey. The staff on the beach is very attentive and helpful. There is covered parking connected to the building. There are two heated pools and two hot tubs. I do wish the hot tubs were bigger but they do the trick. The sand her is so soft and magical. It is so white. And the water is so clear it is perfect. Sunsets here and so pretty. The beach chairs are set up every morning and taken down every night at 5 pm. It is a great set up. In between the pools and then beach is a shower and feet rinsing station which is so convenient. They also have a shoe rack. There is a small shack which has ice cream, ice cones, and various rentals. My sisters went on the banana boat tubing ride and loved it. They also have paddle boards and kaiaks for rent. The condo I am in is on the corner and has two different balconies. One floor ten I have a perfect view of the water. This place also has a grill that any resident can use and it is a nice grill and well kept with a table close by to have dinner. The grounds are kept very cleaned and straightened up every night. Beach access. You can walk right onto the water no need to cross the street. Super convenient.

Answer:

There is no limit on parking passes. You will get one assigned spot and all other vehicles can park in the overflow lot on the upper deck by tower entrances.
