My Family including my two teenagers Truly enjoyed our stay. No complaints at all. The place was as listed, nice, clean and comfortable. The view and walk out to the beach was AWESOME! Location was great, tons of stores and restaurants close by. Smooth check in and out. I will most definitely refer others to this spot.

We enjoyed our stay! The rooms were nice with enough linens, pillows, blankets and fans. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything needed to cook. The only recommendation would be to add an exhaust fan over the stove. There were 3 times when cooking and using more than 2 burners that the smoke alarm turned on so that was annoying. Everything was clean. The patio was nice and overlooking the pool and beach area. They also had beach chairs and sand toys. Check in process was great! I love the portal guidebook with everything needed at my fingertips! Would def return!

It was the perfect spring break getaway. Property is very quiet, everyone is friendly and I would love to go back. The condo was amazing with the space, big kitchen, washer and dryer and amazing patio. We walked to the grocery store (about a mile away) then took an Uber back. The beachfront was a little small but the beautiful gulf made up with its breathtaking and serenity. We can’t wait to go back !!

The location, property and staff at Inlet Reef were amazing from arrival to departure! The condo that we stayed in on the second floor was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and looked exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed spending our son's Spring break here! We'll definitely rebook again.

We’ve stayed at this resort in the past. Loved it the first time loved it the second time. The gated parking is wonderful and they take very good care of the property. We will be staying there again.

The place was all that I needed and could have asked for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The church that I attend are taking a trip to the beach with some children we help with and some of the children have never seen the ocean. I recommended this place to them. That is how much I enjoyed my stay!

We had an amazing time staying in unit 211 at Inlet Reef. Beautiful view of the ocean. They also have a high chair and pack n’ play crib. Great for parents with young children.

Overall experience was Wonderful. I was surprised we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for six people. We didn’t know we should have brought salt and pepper. Little things. I didn’t see the gate code for the beach. I realized it was the same code as the one to enter the complex. I may have overlooked that information in the instructions. Views from our balcony were amazing, the staff was super helpful, easy access to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. Safe location. We will definitely visit again.

Most Enjoyable Vacation Beautiful condo, very clean, great ocean view. Most comfortable beds ever.Reservation was so easy, no stress checking in or out. Private beach was awesome! We were very pleased with everything about this vacation experience. The unit was AMAZING! The pictures do not do it justice. The decor was nice and there was so much storage space EVERYWHERE! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Our unit was on the second floor but Parking is considered a floor so really, it was on the third. There are two elevators and plenty of luggage carts to get your stuff to your room. We're hoping to come back!

Very nice unit. Pull out sofa mattress not very good to sleep on for a week and needed extra bedding for it but beds were super comfy. Well stocked with everything you’ll need. Nice washer and dryer which was helpful. Overall great unit and super location.

This was a breeze to get in and very clean. Beach was wonderful only thing I have to say was our chairs we rented were way back from beach the owners had front of beach. The owners had front custom chairs and umbrellas. No real problem just hasn’t happen before at Destin. Every day had go thur have many we wanted it was kind a or deal . But overall great might get another couch out of bed.

Beautiful location and close to beachWe were able to easily go from condo to beach. The views from balcony were lovely, we could hear and see the ocean. Accurate pictures and condo was very nice. We enjoyed the local area and had great food.

Everything was great We were very happy with the condo and loved how clean it was. There was no welcome basket but we figured it out. The condo itself was everything it was supposed to be. We unfortunately had bad weather the entire stay. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress in the master. I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and easy. The unit had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation in Destin. Plan to return next year. We loved it! Our experience with Compass was excellent. Friendly, helpful professional staff. It was a pleasure to communicate with them.

Top notch apartment The apartment is very lovely and well appointed. The location in the complex was perfect so that you could actually sit outside on the deck until about 1 PM in the afternoon so I was able to work from the patio every morning. I Kitchen is very large and had everything that I needed in order to cook meals every day. There was enough space in the kitchen for multiple people to be working and not be tripping on each other it was amazing. The bathrooms the shower water gets hot very quickly and has very good water pressure. The Wi-Fi was spectacular we had no issues and all of us were able to work remotely without logging it down. NOTE: You have to stop at Security and get a parking pass to be able to park. Don’t forget to do this it’s not clear in the documentation however you will have a large fine and potentially be towed at some point if you don’t get a parking pass from Security so stop in and do that they’re really nice guys.

We enjoyed our week Stay at this lovely condo and beautiful beach. The condo have everything we needed in the kitchen, beautiful view of the ocean, pool, etc. We even enjoyed some music at dinner time on our balcony from a neighboring resort. Beach service of two chairs and umbrella was a bonus along with excellent beach service by Isaac. Wonderful week long Beach vacation. Prompt communication and adjustments The property was exactly as advertised. Checkin was easy and the property was very clean. We had an unexpected issue that was no fault of the rental and they updated us on the situation promptly and made the adjustments that were needed even after hours. I would recommend renting from them anytime!!!
