We are a family of 5 and the layout worked great for us. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach - literally just a few minutes from the door to the sand. They included all of the essentials to get us started and the communication was perfect. They also provided a few beach chairs too which was nice. The condo is not overly crowded so the elevators were always available and we never had to wait. The views from the condo are great too! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying there again in the future.

Convenient with a million dollar view! This property is smaller than most high rises, so covered parking was very close, elevators were always ready to go, pool and beach were clean and close with plenty of room. We will absolutely be back. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beds for all three of my children, and my wife and I in our room overlooking the water was always a treat to look at in the mornings getting to the beach in the morning was great, and although the set ups were additional for this unit, it was nice to have those available on the beach for us.

It was a good vacation and no major challenges with the condo. Clean and great communication throughout the process and timeframe. The only items that I could say is it would be nice to have a grilling utensil and the beds may be a challenge. The masters bed came apart on the one foot and had to be put back together. Thanks!!!

We had a great experience. The private beach in front of the condo was amazing. The views from our balcony (center condo) were perfect for sunrise and sunset. In the morning, we watched dolphins from our balcony. The room was fantastic. We never had to speak with anyone from Compass but their messaged us when needed and provided very clear instructions for check in and check out. It was so seamless!

Fabulous! The view can not be beat. The condo was spacious and spotless. Some little things you could add: salt&pepper in kitchen, new shower head in guest bathroom shower low pressure and second bedroom window into hallway with very bright lights at night. Could use a darker shade. But otherwise we LOVED our stay!

Loved our stay here. Room was perfect for our needs. Only downside was building construction on 4 of the 6 mornings starting around 8:30 am. This was a huge letdown given being on vacation and kids sleeping in from long days at the beach. We were told the glass in sliding doors was being replaced in various units. Would be nice if maintenance like that could be done later in the morning!

Visited with grandchildren 9 and 7. Location convenient to everything and very secure property. Unit was lovely with great views. Only suggestion would be updated balcony furniture with perhaps table and chairs suitable for enjoying meals while enjoying those views.

We were very satisfied with everything about this condo! The views from the balcony were breathtaking!! Very close to all our favorite restaurants. Had to call maintenance about water coming in the window from the very strong winds from Ida and they were out within 20 minutes. So was very satisfied with the professionalism. Very clean unit. A/c worked wonderfully. Spacious master bathroom! Only glitch was the living room windows leaked really bad during hard rain. Had to throw towels down as water was pouring Get those fixed and would be perfect!

Beautiful place!! Location was great the view was just breathtaking! Definitely will rebook for our next vacation! The only thing was the furniture was a little out dated but no big deal it was well kept. The people that keep the building clean were great very polite. Our stay was wonderful! The condo was even better than we expected. Loved that you have to have a code to get in the gate, and all the condos has assigned parking so you never have to look for a parking space. We will definitely be back!!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Destin Towers 92! The view is breathless and worth every penny. Although we were on the 9th floor, it never took us longer than 5 minutes to get to the beach. The elevators were always so fast! The distance from the complex to the beach was so short! We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed here September 2016 with our 5 month old baby. This place is awesome!!! It's perfect for a little family, has amazing views, and is a safe place to stay! It was relatively quiet as well. The views, oh man! Breathtaking 360 views! We loved it so much that we went ahead and booked it for 2017 too! I was hesitant to write a review because I didn't want the secret to get out, but seeing as this unit is pretty much completely booked up for 2017, the secret IS out! Ha! Rent this unit, you will not regret it!

Loved not being in a huge mega complex! Loved spacious unit! Loved total unobstructed view of the gulf! Loved proximity to dining and activities! Loved fully (and I mean fully) equipped kitchen! HATED no access to internet! (Ran everything off of our phones) HATED no hot water in master shower. Great trip!

My family and I stayed here September 2016 with our 5 month old baby. This place is awesome!!! It's perfect for a little family, has amazing views, and is a safe place to stay! It was relatively quiet as well. The views, oh man! Breathtaking 360 views! We loved it so much that we went ahead and booked it for 2017 too! I was hesitant to write a review because I didn't want the secret to get out, but seeing as this unit is pretty much completely booked up for 2017, the secret IS out! Ha! Rent this unit, you will not regret it!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Destin Towers 92! The view is breathless and worth every penny. Although we were on the 9th floor, it never took us longer than 5 minutes to get to the beach. The elevators were always so fast! The distance from the complex to the beach was so short! We will definitely be back!

We will definitely be back! Loved the condo and the view. Great birds eye view of the water and sea life! We had our 11 month old with us and the set up was perfect. Looking forward to making more family memories on our next stay!
