We loved our stay at this location. The apartment had awesome beach front view with open balcony and pools and hot tubs. It was very spacious and the floor plan was great. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to friends and family.

This was a great place to stay! We were a family of five and were very comfortable in this condo. Everything was clean and updated. Our kitchen sink was leaking and after one phone call and speaking to an actual person, they sent someone to fix it right away. We were kept with up to date texts of when our condo was ready for check in and a reminder of what needed to be completed prior to leaving. We will definitely be returning.

This condo was very clean and the layout was perfect. All appliances were in excellent condition. Kitchen was very well stocked. View was awesome . Our only complaint was the very high step into the shower in the master bath. That was very unsafe.

The condo was clean and well supplied with linens. We really enjoyed the layout of the condo and all the counter space in the master bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen was a little sparse on cooking tools but had enough to get the job done. The property itself was a bit dated and could use some refreshing, but it was decently maintained. The location was right in the middle of everything. We were most pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the condo and the responsiveness of the managers.

We enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were good size and the covered deck with the ocean view was beautiful. It was nice having a kitchen with appliances although the toaster was not working. Proximity to the beach was perfect!! It would be nice for the condo description to include the provided beach chairs and umbrella as we didn’t discover those until day 2. We appreciated the amount of towels provided! There were a few issues noted upon arrival such as a broken bar stool, the master sliding door handle was loose, and a loose hinge on a kitchen cupboard. There was also an odd smell throughout our stay….similar to pet urine. Other things we had hoped for was salt and pepper (as a basic kitchen spice), more dishwasher pods, more paper towels and toilet paper, and more trash bags. Something to note, it was very difficult to find the condo. We had trouble with all our rude shares because maps do not show the correct address. Maybe a description of how to find the property would be helpful. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

We loved our stay here! Our kiddos are 10, 8, and 6 years old. The location and beach were great! The kitchen had every appliance (Keurig, Blender, Coffee, Machine, toaster). There was plenty of linen and towels. A fan and a dehumidifier for noise as well. There were 6 beach chairs, sand umbrellas, volleyballs, buckets, shovels, and nets. We didn’t need to buy toilet paper or trash bags or dish soap as there was a perfect sample amount for our 4 nights. We did bring our own hand soap and detergent (washer and dishwasher pods) as we needed those! They don’t heat the pool until November - so it was very chilly in October when nights dipped down to the mid-30s. I think there should be exceptions to waiting until November when it’s chilly in October. The hot tub was 104 degrees. Wow - so hot! So we’d go back and forth from the freezing pool to the steaming hot tub. The facility was great and we Loved our stay. 4th floor is the best location for the PERFECT view of the ocean, and the tops of the palms trees from the master bed. Also, you don’t over look the hot tub in this condo. Probably good for noise control (although does overlook the neighboring high-rise hot tub). The Destin Sand is perfect for sand castles! We saw dolphins every morning. And even a Manatee!!! Have fun everyone and thank you!!!

Pots and pans way past time for replacement. Air conditioning in master bedroom didn’t work well, refrigerator had a hard time cooling items down. Those were complaints but overall the condo was super nice and convenient

This was the best place we ever rented for our vacation. It had everything that we needed. The beds are very comfortable, showers was great, kitchen was large, all appliances worked well, ac was great as well. I loved how they kept all the hall ways and elevators always clean and smelling good (nothing wet or with sand). Really liked the safety at the whole place needing to use codes for the gate to park the car, to getting on the elevators, also to the gate for in and out going to the beach (so we didn’t need to use bracelets all the time at the beach). Plus had my own covered parking spot it was fabulous (so the car never got hot). Definitely I recommend this place to anyone and for sure my family and I will be renting it again. It was spectacular place to stay and we had a blast in our vacation.

We stayed here for Spring Break with high school kids. The condo is fairly roomy and comfortable. It’s right on the beach which was a big plus for us. We stayed in the pool and hot tub a lot due to the cold wind all week. Will definitely stay here again!

Great room, great view! Room was clean (could use to clean under beds a bit better and there was an odor in laundry room). The mattress in the master could used to be replaced. The condo and building were great loved the security of the building and parking area. Loved that it was a smaller not so busy building too. Pool was nice and beach was awesome! Compass resorts staff was amazing at keeping us updated with hurricane Irma coming and helping us with our sons oxygen from our oxygen company bringing it to us and being very helpful in anything we needed. They really know how to make their guests feel cared for. We will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean , the cleaning service did a awesome job with our room and when we needed help with our washer compass came very fast.... the beach umbrella guys were very friendly & set our large group up every day! The only thing is they can use more carts to bring luggage and groceries up to the rooms their was only 3 for the entire condo, but we would surely stay again ...

My experience with Compsss was top notch. I had questions and called on 3 separate occasions both before and during my stay. Each time I encountered separate kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Upon arrival our parking passes were for the wrong unit and since it was after hours, Compass brought the correct passes first thing the next day. Related to the unit, it would have been awesome to have beach chairs and umbrellas available. Since we flew to Destin we had to purchase on arrival and leave them there.

We loved our stay at Destin Towers 41!! The condo was gorgeous and well appointed. The pool and beach are so close with easy access. Beautiful views from the huge balcony. The staff at Compass covered all the bases, were very attentive and took care of everything that we needed. We had a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. When we vist the Destin area again, we will certainly use Compass Resorts.

Our stay was great, our rental was immaculately clean, and very cozy with everything we needed even things we did not realize we needed until unpacking. 5 stars Thank you for such a wonderful rental. The lobby area door to right upon entering needs repair and door leading to pool by bathrooms leading out to walkway to pools needed repair but believe this was underway and did not affect our stay in any way. This was a great rental unit and plan on staying again. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, great location, stocked perfectly, breath taking views, comfortable beds, wonderfully designed/ spacious area,decorated beautifully can't say enough about our rental, was above pleased, for the price range.

Overall we loved the setting and the view. Access seemed very convenient from the parking lot to the room. What needs work is the beds were really uncomfortable. The 2 bed room walls were super thin. You could hear everything going on on the other side at the elevator. The dryer didn’t work well.

Loved it! We loved our stay here! Our kiddos are 10, 8, and 6 years old. The location and beach were great! The kitchen had every appliance (Keurig, Blender, Coffee, Machine, toaster). There was plenty of linen and towels. A fan and a dehumidifier for noise as well. There were 6 beach chairs, sand umbrellas, volleyballs, buckets, shovels, and nets. We didn’t need to buy toilet paper or trash bags or dish soap as there was a perfect sample amount for our 4 nights. We did bring our own hand soap and detergent (washer and dishwasher pods) as we needed those! They don’t heat the pool until November - so it was very chilly in October when nights dipped down to the mid-30s. I think there should be exceptions to waiting until November when it’s chilly in October. The hot tub was 104 degrees. Wow - so hot! So we’d go back and forth from the freezing pool to the steaming hot tub. The facility was great and we Loved our stay. 4th floor is the best location for the PERFECT view of the ocean, and the tops of the palms trees from the master bed. Also, you don’t over look the hot tub in this condo. Probably good for noise control (although does overlook the neighboring high-rise hot tub). The Destin Sand is perfect for sand castles! We saw dolphins every morning. And even a Manatee!!! Have fun everyone and thank you!!!

Excellent ViewWe truly enjoyed our stay, the view was amazing with a small resort feel. The condo had everything we needed and the staff was friendly. Some construction going on but it wasn't bothersome.
