Beautiful views they have two chairs and an umbrella so you don't have to purchase the ones they have lined up and next to the private beach is the the public beach where you can set up a canopy if you like there are no canopy's allowed on private beach.

This condo was amazing. The view was great. The place was large. There were five of us in the place. All 17 years and older. We all fit really comfortable in the whole place. I absolutely loved the private Beach aspect of it. I felt like we were not overcrowded in our area. The unit also had some boogie boards and sand shovels. The only thing I could say is there were some parts that were definitely a little used. Some of the drawers had trouble opening and closing. You could tell some of the furniture was used. But really overall it was in great condition. The master bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen was decently stocked & even had a mixer and blender which was a plus. Beds were very comfortable, nice shower heads, great AC, stunning views and the unit/complex were very quiet- we slept right through the storms caused by parts of Hurricane Francine! When I had a question about extending our stay, management was very quick to respond. I would certainly stay here again!

The building is an older building but well maintained and managed. Needs some updating, like replace carpet but I would recommend this rental.

We have stayed at other locations in Destin...all of them were nice...what we liked about this place is it's more private and less crowded...only thing I would suggest is to put a smart TV in master bedroom...so people can use their Netflix accounts. Room was great and the view is amazing...seen dolphins everyday and so close to the beach...will book again next year

Had a wonderful stay at the Destin towers. The view from the condo was amazing. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint that my family and I had was the roaches in the dishwasher and cabinet that held the trash can.

The view from this condo is excellent. The condo is a good size for our family of 6. There are a few minor things that show wear and tear, but again these all pale in comparison to the view. Every morning we could sit and watch/listen to the ocean, every evening and every night was enjoyable listening and watching the ocean. We saw a couple dolphins on our last morning. The kids enjoyed finding crabs at night, and they really enjoyed the ocean during the day even though a few of the days we weren't allowed in due to the rip tide warnings. A couple negative things were the check-in experience. We clicked on all the things we were supposed to for check-in but the check-in button did not come up on our guest portal. We had to call the on-call manager who returned the call within 5 minutes. She helped us through and had to call her manager since the check-in button did not appear. Once they got that open it was smooth sailing to our condo and the on-call staff was very helpful and kind. Maintenance staff stopped by on our last day to do some work. He was very kind and helpful. Our overall experience was great and we wished we would have stayed longer. This specific condo has the very basic amenities (pool, hot tub, tennis courts, grills, private beach access with shower and hose to clean off) but again they were sufficient and great. This isn’t really a negative but to be aware. Other vrbo we have stayed at have had basic seasonings and some leftover condiments, coffee filters ect., this one did not have that. It did have all the kitchen supplies as far as dishes, pots and pans, items to use grills, baking supplies, and keurig and coffee pot. It also had some basic beach supplies mainly for the kids which was very nice to use. Again this was a great area and a great experience and we would love to come back again!

We loved our week here! The view was spectacular, the place was not crowded at all the beach service was amazing! Loved the unit, the space and the view! The only thing is the dryer took a couple of times to completely get everything dried off. But overall a great place to stay!

The condo was perfect. Great balcony view of ocean and sunsets. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. Will 100% be looking to book this condo again in the future.

The condo needs just a little touch ups especially around the baseboards. The garbage can rack in the kitchen is broken making it very difficult to access and remove the garbage can. The toaster oven may need to be replaced. Just little things but other than those, excellent place on the beach.

The building was a bit older than I expected, but the condo is nicely updated. Plenty of room for a family of 4. ( one guest bed smaller than the other) Loved how easy it was to park and be in your condo in 2 minutes. Never had to wait long for the elevator. Super easy check in and covered parking and beach are all close. We could leave our beach chairs etc in the trunk of the car and just grab them on the way to the beach. Beach not crowded at all. No water sports or restaurants on site, but available a short drive away. The balcony is wonderful! You get the full feel of being right at the beach. Only reason to go to the beach is to get in the water. Great quality towels etc., water pressure a bit strong and the plumbing can be a bit loud. Overall great stay. I would definitely come back. Oh please note that the hashtag “#” is a part of the gate code. 😊.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked very well in the kitchen as far as dinnerware, small appliances, and utensils. It wS very handy to have the codes to open the gate and building. Our front door had a keypad do we could go directly to our condo. Compass Resorts management were very pleasant and helpful. There were four of us and the space was more than adequate. Would definitely come back!

There were a few things that could have been corrected before our stay. Smoke detector batteries, bathroom sinks not draining, loose toilet seats, these are routine maintenance issues. We had a hard time finding our room, 133 was on the 13th floor, another guest happened by and told us. These were minor issues but could have been prevented if someone had checked before our arrival. I would go back and stay at Destin Towers again, very well kept, clean inside and out.

We stay every year and sometimes twice a year (as is the case this year) 2015 at Destin Towers. Compass does a nice job of managing this unit and it is always clean and ready to go. One item that needs attention (FYI for Compass/Owner's):The master bath P-Trap in the sink needs to be cleaned and plunged to clear out hair, etc. It drains very, very slowly. Since there is no "overflow" valve in that sink it needs attention regularly. We are returning to this unit in September for another nice stay in Destin. Hopefully, Compass can address the master bath sink drain issue before we arrive. New gas grills are nice addition to property by the HOA, as well a newest landscaping and plant additions. Compass management team always easy to work with for sure.

Me and 3 of my girlfriends stayed at Destin Towers this past weekend (Thursday - Sunday) and were so amazed. My past experiences proved true again that renting from VRBO is so much better than staying at a hotel! It was clean and accessible which are two big things that I looked for. It has a full kitchen stocked with all the cooking gear so we bought groceries and had breakfast and lunch on the balcony. Directly on the beach - close to the water. Near to any place you wanted to be. Great deal, we will stay again if we come back to town!

Beach Front CondoThe view from this condo is excellent. The condo is a good size for our family of 6. There are a few minor things that show wear and tear, but again these all pale in comparison to the view. Every morning we could sit and watch/listen to the ocean, every evening and every night was enjoyable listening and watching the ocean. We saw a couple dolphins on our last morning. The kids enjoyed finding crabs at night, and they really enjoyed the ocean during the day even though a few of the days we weren't allowed in due to the rip tide warnings. A couple negative things were the check-in experience. We clicked on all the things we were supposed to for check-in but the check-in button did not come up on our guest portal. We had to call the on-call manager who returned the call within 5 minutes. She helped us through and had to call her manager since the check-in button did not appear. Once they got that open it was smooth sailing to our condo and the on-call staff was very helpful and kind. Maintenance staff stopped by on our last day to do some work. He was very kind and helpful. Our overall experience was great and we wished we would have stayed longer. This specific condo has the very basic amenities (pool, hot tub, tennis courts, grills, private beach access with shower and hose to clean off) but again they were sufficient and great. This isn’t really a negative but to be aware. Other vrbo we have stayed at have had basic seasonings and some leftover condiments, coffee filters ect., this one did not have that. It did have all the kitchen supplies as far as dishes, pots and pans, items to use grills, baking supplies, and keurig and coffee pot. It also had some basic beach supplies mainly for the kids which was very nice to use. Again this was a great area and a great experience and we would love to come back again!

Birthday celebrations! The place was great! Location was right in the middle of everything! Building was clean and everything worked. Access to the beach was easy!

The views are amazing! The bedrooms have carpet. There is carpet in the sink area in the master. The shower really needs a new coat or something. For the price of this 2 bedroom, I would update it. Other than that, it is worth it for the views. The kitchen area and den are great and have tile floor. The master bathroom situation and carpet in the sink area keep this from being 5 stars.
