If you're looking for a real getaway, Destin on the Gulf 204 is perfect for you as it's more secluded and private than many of the greater Destin area condos and beaches.

This condo on the beach has plenty of space for those moments when everyone wants to find their own private corner of paradise and for those moments when everyone wants to gather for a great time together. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private master bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV. Great time!
Communication with the staff was very easy through texting. The place looked exactly Like the pictures and was very clean. We had a great time and will definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful view and easy access to the beach
This place is so cute. And we enjoyed that it was in a quiet area of Destin yet still close to everything. The dishwasher had some mold and they came out the next day and cleaned it and the very friendly lady who did it said she would recommend a new one to her manager. There was also mold on the bottom of the living room curtains and they wanted to replace them while we were there! Very prompt and efficient. The actual condo was very cute and clean. Master bedroom has a view of the Gulf and pool. Other bedroom faces outdoor hallway and elevator. Overall satisfied with our stay and Compass resorts response to our issues.

Beautiful view and condo! The condo was great and the complex was so fun. The pool area was clean and well taken care of. You could rent chairs on the beach right in front of the condo! We loved it.

Fun in the sun Nice property - loved the two king beds and 2 full baths. Super easy access to pool and the beach. Very private and quiet area of Destin but close to restaurants and stores. Lots of fun with family - saw dolphins from the balcony the first day. Will definitely go back in the future.

Room 204 is right above the pool. Great view, but some pool noise. Would be nice if condo had beach chairs, umbrella for guests to use. Elevator is right across from room and so is the laundry room. Convenient and didn’t hear noise.

We overall enjoyed this rental property but the condo could use some updates such as new appliances and a larger hot water heater . I couldn’t get hot water in the kitchen and our showers would get cold early in when we all showered in a short amount of time . Overall , these things would not keep us from coming back though . The unit was clean , the beds were comfy , and we enjoyed the property.

Destin on the Gulf - great location
Compass resorts was great to work with, answered my emails and phone call immediately. We needed microwaveable bowls and they had them in the unit almost immediately! I highly recommend booking with them and this location on holiday isle is picture perfect

We were delighted by the unit! Very clean! Master bedroom needs new shade. Master bath tub needs attention, no gray bar and very old faux! Kitchen needs better dishes and glassware! All in all, super!!

Condo is in perfect spot
This condo is in a perfect spot in Destin.. a quieter part of the beach but minutes from restaurants and things to do. The view of the beach and pool are perfect. We watched the dolphins from our balcony or the beach every day. The place was clean and well managed, and our stay was about perfect. I only gave four stars because the condo is quite outdated and due for a renovation. In addition the tv in the family room is tiny, and there are only 4 forks, so bring your own silverware.
