A grand foyer welcomes you into the nautical-inspired first floor. The living area features a game room with an air hockey table, comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen TV. The guest bedroom on this floor includes a full-size bed, flat-screen TV, and connecting bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible walk-in shower. The bunk room features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, along with another flat-screen TV. For additional sleeping space, the living room also includes a sleeper sofa.
The second floor is decorated in soft blue and green coastal hues, with natural light filling the open floor plan. The large, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, giving multiple chefs plenty of room to prepare meals together. Gather around the beautiful dining table, breakfast table, or kitchen island, which features five unique alligator stools and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a meal. Just off the living area, a covered balcony provides additional outdoor seating.
