Amazing place! Will definitely recommend!

The location is perfect . Looks further then it really is from the beach on the web. Beautiful home . Great pool. We had a problem with the refrigerator not working. The day I sent a message in about it . They were on it . They ended up bringing another refrigerator to the home. I also asked for the pool to be clean , they were there on the same day getting it done . So much room in this beautiful rental. The bathrooms are very well set up . We had 11 ladies and never had to wait to get ready or bath . So many large mirrors to be use to get dressed or ready in front of . Love the balconies 1 whole wrap around . Just wish there was a way to get to it without having to go through a bedroom . Would have loved to go up and drink my coffee out there in the morning but I was one of the earl birds up before the others . So I couldn't. So enjoyed the porch outside in the front more . Very clean .

House was awesome only downside was the door that goes out to the pool and back yard was located in a bedroom which was a slight inconvenience but nothing crazy pool was definitely a hit when we didn’t feel like walking across the street to the beach overall a great stay

It’s as good as it looks! The beach truly is a two minute walk! The house is spacious and well equipped, comfortably sleeping 8 adults and two kids. The customer service team is outstanding! They answered my phones calls promptly and were extremely helpful both times. The outdoor “closet” is well-stocked with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, float toys, a wagon, and pool toys. Kitchen was wide and large enough to have multiple people prepping food. We loved this house and actually looked at extending our trip but it was already booked for another lucky family :)

We loved this house and actually looked at extending our trip but it was already booked for another lucky family :)Notes: Tarpon Beach is flanked by private hotel beaches but we still had plenty of room to spread out. To get to the pool from the house you need to go through the downstairs bedroom or out the front door and through the gate to the backyard. (The outdoor dining set is fabulous and sturdy.)There are no cleaning products in the house so bring spray or wipes for the counter and table between meals if you eat in.

House was big with lots of space for a big family. Big back yard with good size pool. Older house but clean. Public Beach access very close walking close. No beach chair and umbrella rental. Compass was great. Compass was extremely easy to contact.

Single family of 7, 5 kids from 21 to 10yrs old. We’ve stayed in Destin beach houses many times over the years, and this was the best location we’ve had. Direct beach access a 1 minute walk away. No golf cart needed. Multiple times we forgot to bring something to the beach and sent someone back to get it and they’d return in 6-7 minutes. House was clean, pool was a little small but just fine for us. Only weird thing was the only access to the backyard from inside the house was through the downstairs bedroom. Wasn’t a big deal for us as we had kids in that bedroom but might be an issue if adults/couple using that bedroom. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!

The house was beautiful and very nice. We had plenty of room for our 8 guests. The location was AMAZING, a really quick walk to the beach and steps from the scenic highway which is great for biking or walking. It was only about a 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store and there are restaurants nearby which we biked to. Having a heated pool on the cool nights was also wonderful. There was a misunderstanding on getting the heater turned on the first night and Compass resorts was so helpful and even gave us a refund for the time it wasn't heated. Really impressed with Compass resorts and their responsiveness. Would definitely recommend this location and would come back!

The house was clean and neat. Somewhat outdated, but nice. The down stairs pool access through the bedroom was inconvenient for me and my husband with little privacy. The down stairs master bath has tiles that are loose and grout was not as clean as desired. That bathroom needs updated. Over all we had a great week and thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

We had a large group of 15 people staying in Destin and this property was incredible.. amazing pool, lots of common area space for socializing, and just STEPS away from the beach. The only downside was that the refrigerator never truly stayed cold, but it could’ve been our fault for overusing it. Would absolutely book here again.

Someone (not us) put the drawers in the wrong slots and the door wouldn’t close well. The house is roomy with lots of seating for hanging out and when had our meals there. Everyone was very impressed with the property and we would absolutely come and stay again.

The property was beautiful and well-cared for. The house had all of the amenities you needed to feel at home. We had one issue where the grill didn’t work, but the management company had someone out to fix it within 30 minutes. They were very responsive and courteous.The proximity to the beach was wonderful and made frequent visits to the water easy, even with kids! We all agree that we would stay there again.

We loved everything about this home! It was clean, kitchen well stocked with all the tools we needed (pots, pans, knives, blender, etc). Walking distance to the beach was not bad at all. The Tarpon beach access which is the closest access, doesn’t allow canopies or tents so we just used the next access one block to the right. They provided a beach cart so we were able to tote our items easily. They thought of everything! Thank you so much! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again.

The rented property easily met the needs of our family of ten, ranging in age from 9-years-old to 77- years-old. The only minor disappointment of this rental was the check- in process that was easily corrected by conducting a chat on the rental website. Our younger guests thoroughly enjoyed the pool on the property. The beach was accessed by a short walk of one block. Beach chairs and water toys are available for the use of vacationers, elements not usually associated with vacation rentals. On trash day, a rental employee even moved trash containers to the curb and back to the property after pick-up.

This was our first time to vacation and everything was perfect. The house was clean and the customer service wonderful. I wish the bit about paying for the pool to be heated had been clear from the beginning but it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Awesome location and wonderful house! We had a minor problem with two blinds broken when we arrived and the WiFi didn’t work during our stay but management did reach out and compensated us for the problems! Definitely recommend this place and management company.

The house was perfect for our group of 9. We did have issues with the heated pool, but management sent maintenance out immediately after being notified. We were 30 seconds from the beach which was amazing and the 2 beach chairs that come with the house are so convenient!

We had a wonderful time staying at 63 Tarpon Street. The house was amazing!! We haven’t seen each other in over nine months! The walk to the beach was so easy and the beach itself was beautiful! Barry, the property owner was exceptional! There were a few minor issues that he took care of immediately with courtesy and respect to us. The house itself is beautiful and we will be back!! I would recommend this property to all of my family and friends!

This is our new favorite place to stay in Destin! It is so close to the beach, making an easy walk for anyone. The complimentary beach set up (2 chairs & umbrella) were a huge plus for my parents who did not need to carry all that to the beach! Pool was perfect and relaxing. Enough pool chairs for everyone to enjoy! The house was very nice and had everything we needed. We will definitely rent this house again! I have nothing bad to say! It was perfect!

Great access to the beach and umbrella and chairs included helps a ton! Leave your kids sand toys at home there are more than enough in the pool shed. Great house, great beach, great trip! Just trying to figure out a time next year again.

Very close to beach access and very clean. We stayed with another family (4 adults and 6 children). There were actual beds for everyone. It would sleep more than 10 but you would have to use the pull out couches. It was a great area and we enjoyed our stay. We could walk or ride our bikes to restaurants. We definitely rent again!

This was the best family beach spring break trip! Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids and grandkids 🏖😊. The house was perfect, close to the beach and very well equipped for all of us! Having the pool was a plus as our youngest grandkids are not big ocean/beach kids yet! This place checks every box. We traveled with our own two kids, and another family of 4. There was more than enough space and we even had an extra bedroom! The ability to walk a just down the street to the beach, come back anytime to enjoy the pool, to make a meal in the kitchen, or to grill in the backyard makes this place unbeatable. We will definitely be back. Destin is our favorite vacation spot, and this is the best place we've stayed! Thanks so much!

This area is the best area in Destin by far. Crystal Beach is a quiet community with lots of things to do and restaurants and activities close by. This particular home was easy to set up with Sherry and she answered all our questions quickly. The home was extremely clean. So much I commented that I don't know how there isn't sand in this home being so close to the beach. This is literally just as advertised. 60 seconds from the beach, well maintained, fully stocked and private pool with a yard the kids can play in. The beds were better than we have at home, the kids loved the bunk room and we brought their PS4 of course to play games at night. With 2 master bedrooms and another Queen room, everyone had their own space. Each area had great TV's as well compared to the others we have visited. The living room has a huge crystal clear TV with tons of movie channels even. The closet had several beach toys, some extra chairs and a couple of bikes to ride around. Lastly and maybe most importantly. If you have never been to Destin before the one downfall to renting a house is private beaches. With most houses you have to go to the beach by 6am just to claim a spot close to the water. Not here! This home comes with 2 private chairs that give you your spot and you just fill in the rest around it. That is a huge huge deal that most people won't think about and will be disappointed that they didn't understand this piece. If you are looking for a beach vacation with amazing white sand beaches and a house that is super close to the water, this is your home. Our family has found the one and plan to go back every year from here on. I hope someone finds this helpful when comparing homes.

We had a great stay, the house was beautiful and the pool very clean and accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked with any thing needed for meal prep. We had a teenager in our group and he was entertained with the beach and the nearby activities and places to eat. The property managers were very organized and helpful. I definitely would recommend this home my friends and family.

The house was both beautiful and immaculate inside and out! Convenient 1 block walking distance to the gorgeous beach & short drive to nearby restaurants. The pool was nice on the windy day to avoid the sand in our eyes. There were many staples already provided in the kitchen with everything we needed for when we cooked. It was a perfect place for the 9 of us. Highly recommend it to our friends and family!

This home has all the space you need. We had a girls trip with nine in our group and it was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beach is a short walk, out the front door and across the street. It was so worth the walk, the soft white sand and beach is pristine. You can take long walks on the beach, It just goes on and on. We used the pool in the evenings. We loved the beach.so much we hated to leave it. Loved the location , its close to amazing restaurants and grocery. We plan to make it an anual trip.

Great place to stay. Home sits close to the beach, within walking distance, and so close to restaurants and shopping. The home is well maintained, and very spacious. I have 5 grandkids, so the pool is especially nice if we get tired of the beach and sand. Great place to stay, you'll be glad you did. We go every year!

We had a group of 6 and had plenty of room. The heated pool was awesome for the (4) 20 year old's we had. House was really clean and had pleanty of space for more than that. We will for sure come back and use the place. Oh and the 30 second walk to the beach was super easy. They had all kinds of beach toys and chairs.

This house is the best. From the moment you walk in, its home. The cleaning crew does a fantastic job and this is by far the cleanest place we've ever stayed. The house is stocked with everything you need all week, from the kitchen, the pool, the beach and even games and so forth to play at night or on the rainy days. We were just there and got rained on for Alberto but even being 'stuck' in the house for the day waiting for the storm we played games, cards, cooked a great dinner and had a ball. The kids were great as they had their own bunk room to watch tv, play games, etc. We had 15 total, 6 adults and 9 kids ranging in age from 2 to 14. We all had our own place to go, comfy beds to sleep in and place to lounge. The pool is great and the owners have an abundance of toys and rafts to play with. They also have tons of beach toys, chairs and most helpful the wagon and cart to help you lug it all to the beach. The walk to the beach is easy and quick. Exactly like it says 60 seconds. Outdoor shower to rince off when you get back. A nice grill to grill out while the kiddos are enjoying the pool. I honestly cannot say enough about this place. We go to the beach at least twice a year and have stayed in many places. This by far is the best, cleanest and nicest place we've ever stayed. We had a fantastic week and are already talking about our next trip.

This home was very nice, with a short walk to the beach, and a private pool. It was really spacious and clean. We love this house and are planning on coming back next year, we’ve found our perfect beach house! Also, the renters are wonderful! We had originally rented another house, which was sold and all renters were cancelled and refunded. We had to find a new house last minute, which I’m glad we did. We loved this home so much more! They booked us quickly and were readily available for any other questions we had.

Very well appointed with stainless appliances, cookware, utensils, everything we needed to be self sufficient during our stay, including laundry. We still went out for some meals, property is very close (<5 min) to retail, grocery, dining, and gas station. There are many excellent golf courses within a few minutes drive, too. Heated pool and backyard area were a welcome secluded retreat. Private beach was immaculate, with sand like sugar and clear, emerald water. Cart, cooler, beach chairs and beach toys all provided in the pool closet. We stayed in the upstairs master suite, and a morning cup of coffee on the wraparound porch listening to the sound of the ocean was perfect. Very very highly recommended for an amazing family or friend vacation. These property owners got EVERYTHING right.

What an amazing house! The home is immaculate. The open floorplan provides a very spacious living room/dining area/kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. Laundry right off the kitchen and 1/2 bath. Generous size bedrooms - two large master suites, one large room w/6 bunk beds (slumber party area for kids), & super clean bathrooms. The home is only a brief walk to the amazing white sand beach. The owners have even provided beach chairs, beach toys, and cooler in storage area and a cart to easily transport your beach toys and food. This property also boasts a spectacular, private backyard. The heated swimming pool is a bonus. The owners have provided plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and a gas grill to use for your evening barbecues. I will be recommending this beach house to family/friends and anyone looking for a great rental in Destin.

TEN STARS!! Girls trip to Destin was the best!! This house accommodated the six of us perfectly. Lots of space in the living room and kitchen areas. Kitchen was stocked with all the things you need. The bedrooms were spacious and we had all the privacy we needed. Short walk to the beach was convenient for trips back to the house for lunch and snacks. The pool was great for relaxing in the evening after a day of shopping and beach time. There were beach toys, chairs and even a cooler in the storage area so no need to bring those things. Will definitely be booking in the future for a family trip too.

We had a group of 8 stay for the week. When we walked in we could tell that the house was immaculately clean.. The beds were all super comfy.. The sectional living room couch was perfect for wrapping up the evening chatting or watching tv (very large tv w/ almost all of the movie channels). Huge wrap-around porch on the upper level was epic for sunrises and sunsets.. It takes 60 seconds to walk and get your feet in the sand from the front door.. There is an outdoor closet that houses various beach and pool necessities that were perfect for the stay (rolling cooler, beach cart, floaties, football, frisbee, etc.). The pool and yard were perfect as well. Plenty of seating to sun bath or just relax in general. When we were leaving we were sad bc we felt like we were leaving our own house, it was that cozy. I couldn't have been happier.. The house has state of the art appliances (including washer and dryer).. I could go on and on.. We will be back next year!!

Hands down the best experience. The house has two master suites, which was perfect for the group we traveled with. The home was super clean and very well furnished. The location was amazing! It was within walking distance to the beach and many local restaurants. We did spend most of our time at the beach, but the pool was great too! We loved being able to cook in the kitchen, which was stocked with everything...all we had to provide were the groceries! We look forward to going back. It was the best vacation!

Whether you want a private vacation with your spouse or you want to take the whole family, this house will acomidate! I was with my husband and one other couple. This home has two master bedrooms which allows privacy for each couple. It is a walk away from the beach access and many restaurants. We were able to cook at the house on multiple occasions thanks to the kithcen having everything you need but groceries. It was fun to grill outside also. I most enjoyed the morning walks to the coffee shop. The location of the house is ideal for going anywhere in Destin. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again. It was the best vacation we have ever had.

This was our 5th visit to Destin and we thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this great home in Crystal Beach. House had a great layout for 2 families with elementary school aged kids. Everything was very nicely decorated and house was equipped with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Kitchen was extremely well stocked for a rental property. Beach access was extremely convenient and arrangement with beach chair company was much appreciated. Owners were very responsive to questions/comments before and during our stay. This is our 8th year in Destin for a large family vacation. We choose different properties based on the amount of people we have with us. I can say BY FAR this is the best property we have stayed at. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with just about anything you need. The location is literally just a few minutes to the beach. No problems running back and forth if you forgot something. There are extra toys, beach chairs, floaties for the pool, beach wagon to carry all your things in and a cooler to use so there was no need for a quick trip to the store random beach needs it was all there. To be honest bring your sunscreen, bathing suit and beach towel, some food and you will be SET!! We had 2 couples and the rest were teenagers. The girls loved the bunk room and being able to sit out on the balcony without disturbing anyone with there late night giggles. I can not say enough about this house and we plan to book here again on our next trip. We truly never want to leave Destin but this house was a true find for us. My parents aren't as young as they used to be and the walk to the beach did not bother them at all. The cleaning lady was very nice when we needed to speak to her on the phone upon our departure. Great property which allowed us to have a fantastic time and made some great memories!!!

What a great place! There were three families in this place and plenty of room for us to do our own thing. The only thing negative about the place is that we couldn't stay FOREVER. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in Destin. As a matter of fact, I already have to hundreds of people. When planning a Spring Break trip for our group, we searched many properties. We are so thankful that we picked this fantastic house! It lived up to its billing and then some! There were a total of 12 in our group - 4 adults, 7 teenagers and a 5 year old. This house was the perfect set up for all of us! The place is clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained. It has EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING that you could possibly want/need. The kitchen is well stocked, brand new washer/dryer, plenty of space both inside and out and lots of beach stuff - chairs, toys, coolers, etc. The set up of the house is fantastic with an open kitchen, dining and living room. There is a pantry for all of your groceries and 3 of the bedrooms have large walk-in closets that were perfect for all the suitcases we had - no tripping over "stuff"! The 2nd story wrap around deck is great! We loved being able to spread out and catch some "alone time" whenever needed. If I had to pick my top three things I loved about this house besides the condition it would be: 1. Location - you could not ask for a better place. We literally walk out the door, down the street 1/2 a block, cross Old 98 and you are walking on the bridge over the dunes to the beach. It made for easy, quick trips back to the house for bathroom break, snacks or forgotten items. It was also easy to jump in the car and drive a short distance to enjoy some of the tourist hot spots. 2. The heated pool in the backyard - while the weather was warm for us (Wisconsinites!), the heated pool was still a hit with everyone. One day my 5 year old opted out of jumping waves on the beach to spend the whole day at the backyard pool...I didn't mind one bit! ;) 3. The owners - they were spot on with everything. We had so many questions at the very beginning that I am sure we drove them nuts! While we were there, we maintained contact, made them aware of the few small things that came up and they responded almost immediately...couldn't have asked for better service! As a collective group, we would all highly recommend a stay at this beautiful house! We will definitely consider a return visit!

Our family had a mini reunion and met at this very clean and spacious house. We read up about all of the great reviews prior to our visit, but they did not justify just how accommodating this house was! The weather was a little cold during our visit but we still enjoyed the heated pool each day and could not believe how close and convenient that walk to the beach was. We will always make this house our place to stay for future visits! The owner was quick to respond and very easy to deal with too!

My family stayed here for my son's wedding on 9/12. We had a great time! Did a few crafts, drank coffee on the big wrap around porch, swam in the pool and took walks on the beach! We walked down to the beach on our last day and the water was so clear we sat in amazement! Next thing we know along came a Mommy Dolphin with her little baby swimming next to the shore. We could see them so well because the water was so clear!!! Wish I had a camera!!! Thanks for a great stay!

The house was perfect for our family. We had seven kids and seven adults. The sleeping arrangements were great for everyone, the beds were very comfortable. A 25 second walk to the beach was ideal. The owner rented an umbrella and two chairs for us everyday which created an instant reservation for us on the beach without having to do a thing. The house was up to date and had high end appliances. the pool was great for the kids when they came back from the beach. A spacious living and dining area made family time at night easy. I highly recommend this property and will not hesitate to rent again in the future. The owner was excellent to work with and responded to any and all needs promptly through the entire renting process.

We booked this house nor realizing how close we really were to the beach. We were the very first house to the beach on our street. This house fit us perfectly and we will book here for all our multi family vacations for sure! Close to everything!!! All the rooms were great and cozy. The only thing I would change is adding dark curtains in the bedrooms to shut out the morning light for those who want to sleep in a bit because it gets really bright. Other than that the kitchen was great and has everything you need, laundry room was great, plenty of bathrooms, amazing wrap around deck and the pool was a huge plus! Love, love, love this house! This is a spacious, beautiful, well equipped house that makes you feel at home away from home. We loved the close proximity to the ocean and the house had any and everything we needed for both enjoying the beach and relaxing at the house, an especially nice feature with multiple kids so you don't have to pack a lot of extra items to entertain them. My family and I loved this house. The proximity to the beach and beach service was perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and not so far that you had to pack for the day. The outside shower was a must when getting back from the beach. It was the perfect size all the bedrooms had lots of space and large closets. Each bedroom also had it's own TV. My kids loved the bunk room. The main living area was very open and great for gathering the whole famy together for meals. We loved the private backyard and pool. Enough green space to play some ball with the kids and a nice gas grill in the back. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We can't wait to go back to Destin and want to stay in this property again to make more great memories.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach house recently and can't say enough about it. Everything in the house is top of the line and brand new! The house is literally steps from the beach which helps when you have little ones that like to go back and forth between the beach and pool. This house is amazing!! The beds were so comfortable and everything is so clean. We had the most wonderful vacation. Destin is a favorite of ours and we will definitely rent this house again. The backyard was perfect. After a day at the beach, it was nice to come "home" and grill out and just sit outside where it is quiet and secluded. The kids loved having the pool right there too. The owners have this house are well prepared for families. Every room has its own TV, the beach cart was so helpful for all the gear we took to the beach. We had an amazing time at this rental home. It had everything you would need or want. A quick and easy walk to the beautiful beaches of the crystal beach neighborhood off scenic 98. The home was clean, the pool was great for the kids and we loved all the decor and immunities. The keyless door was great, the beach toys and cooler/basket fantastic. Even more, the home came with 2 chairs and umbrella service at the beach and we LOVED that! The huge flat screen tv was suburb for watching the final four games. The wifi and tv/DVRs in every room was great. We loved the washer & dryer too. EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW!!! We hope to come back!!! I would highly recommend this property!

Simply beautiful home. Everything was better than expected. The home was fresh and clean with new furnishings and no details were left out. There was plenty of room for all of us. The backyard pool area was secluded and very well manicured and inviting, perfect for yard games and grilling out. The beach was a short walk to the corner, and to make things easier the owner includes cart to wheel the cooler, chairs and toys they also provide for your use. The home was a short drive to shopping and endless restaurants. We are already planning our next trip back to Destin and will definitely be renting this home. The owners and other contacts for this home were very accommodating and extremely easy to work with.

What an amazing house! Destin has recently become our favorite family beach destination and this house has definitely turned out to be our favorite beach rental! The home is immaculate, with all new furnishings including a new washer and dryer. The layout of the home made it easy for our group to gather together, yet there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the number of people staying. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. However, if you are wanting to experience the variety of restaurants Destin offers, you won’t need to travel very far. The house is close to many eateries and attractions. The home is only a brief walk to the amazing, white sand beaches. The owners have even provided a cart and cooler to easily transport your beach toys and food. This property also boasts a spectacular, private backyard that many rentals do not offer. There is plenty of room for the kids to play in addition to swimming in the beautiful heated pool. The owners have provided plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and a gas grill to use for your evening barbecues. We have rented many homes, and this rental is by far the best. We will be coming back year after year.

Location, Location, LocationThe rented property easily met the needs of our family of ten, ranging in age from 9-years-old to 77- years-old. The only minor disappointment of this rental was the check- in process that was easily corrected by conducting a chat on the rental website. Our younger guests thoroughly enjoyed the pool on the property. The beach was accessed by a short walk of one block. Beach chairs and water toys are available for the use of vacationers, elements not usually associated with vacation rentals. On trash day, a rental employee even moved trash containers to the curb and back to the property after pick-up.

Beautiful! Will stay again!We loved everything about this home! It was clean, kitchen well stocked with all the tools we needed (pots, pans, knives, blender, etc). Walking distance to the beach was not bad at all. The Tarpon beach access which is the closest access, doesn’t allow canopies or tents so we just used the next access one block to the right. They provided a beach cart so we were able to tote our items easily. They thought of everything! Thank you so much! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again.

The house was perfect for our group of 9. We did have issues with the heated pool, but management sent maintenance out immediately after being notified. We were 30 seconds from the beach which was amazing and the 2 beach chairs that come with the house are so convenient!

Overall, the house was perfect for our group, the layout and the location was great. Again, the staff was always so nice and I am impressed how quickly they always responded to my calls.

Beautiful House. It should be noted that there is major construction going on next door. Also: *Need a new toaster. It burns the bottom of the bread and does not toast the top. * The stove needs new knobs to tell the difference between high and low. *Most of the windows seem to be stuck. We were only able to open 2. *The 2 bikes tires are flat. *Need new starter button on grill

Perfect Location! Perfect location a block from the beach. The house has everything we needed. The beach cart and beach chairs worked great. Communication with Compass Resorts was 5 star. We’d definitely stay there again.
