We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better host. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the host was always quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had questions. We had Thanksgiving here, plenty of kitchen space, kids (mostly teens) enjoyed the heated pool and the private beach. This home does have 2 fridges which was a life saver for us!

We had a group of friends come with us to Destin for my my husband's birthday and this property was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a bit messy when we arrived due to recent storms and they had someone come to clean it asap, it was ready to go by the next morning when we woke up! Also, the washing machine was not working but communication was great with the host and they sent someone to look at it...ended up having to replace the machine. Other than those 2 small issues, everything was great and communication was quick and easy. Would definitely book again.

We truly enjoyed staying at Bella Luna. I highly recommend this property and definitely plan to return. The checkin process was smooth. The staff was helpful. The house and community is beautiful and very well kept. It looks just like the pictures. Being in a gated community made us feel nice and safe. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach was breathtaking. The white sand was so clean and beautiful. I loved the privacy of the beach. Our family had our own little area to ourselves. There is a wagon in the garage with coolers, floats, and beach/pool toys for kids. We were a party of 4 adults and 4 children (one being a 1 year old) and we were nice and comfortable with plenty of space. The heated pool was amazing. It kept us nice and warm when it was cool and breezy. The wifi worked great. We were able to connect all of our devices including multiple Firesticks and a PlayStation. I also would like to add that the left sliding door at the bottom level leading to the pool could use some attention. It looks as if it will eventually come apart. We didn’t use it. We only used the right sliding door at the bottom level when going out to the pool.

We had a good time. You can tell it's corporate, it lacks the attention to details, for the price they had for each night. There were some issues throughout the house that needed attention fixing that I had to call about. When I did call, they were very responsive and quick to action. The pool was great, love that it was heated, worth the $50/day. Beach was an easy 8-9 minute walk through a gated community. The three levels the kids loved, the grandparents not so much, ha. Balcony doors had PVC pipes to keep shut instead of fixing the locks on them. Bunk bed upstairs was super wobbly and didn't trust putting my 6 and 4 year old in them even after the tighten the bolts up after I called. They had a beach cart that was awesome to travel with to bring to beach and all the towels, and rags inside was a plus to have on hand. Wish there were a bathroom downstairs where pool is so kids didn't have to dry off and then run all the way up to the next floor.

The property was as beautiful as seen on the pictures, it was well maintained and clean. We couldn't get the pool heated as we were told it would take 24 hours to get the pool heated, otherwise it was an awesome experience, there is a lot of room for big groups.

Only recommendation, sofa furniture/living could use some upgrading. However, I would recommend the property and can only imagine how much more beautiful it would look with some upgrades.

The walk to the beach was so quick and being on a private beach was amazing! It was also so nice to use the pool before or after the beach. We did have a problem with the grill, but when we called they came to fix it within 10 minutes. Overall great experience and would stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house was spacious and had everything we could need. The pool was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The access to the beach is a nice walk (not too far, even for my mother 73 year old mother). Very short walk to souvenir shops and restaurants. The only thing needed is a little updating (seats of kitchen chairs could be recovered, couch is tired, rusted shower curtain rod) but overall did not affect our wonderful stay. HOME FOR A WEEK! Bella Luna and every person we interacted with at Compass Resorts met and exceeded expectations. The property became was big enough, furnished well and provided a home away from to our family of 13. The internet was out when we arrived Wed. until 10:30 AM Saturday but I always felt like Compass Resorts was doing everything they could and, to have a Cox Cable repair person on site on a Saturday was such a help. I especially grateful to the Compass property manager who came and met the Cox Cable repair person at the house. She made us feel so comfortable and we appreciate her taking time away from her family on a Saturday.

We are a family of 15 altogether with kids and grandkids. Bella Luna was a nearly perfect fit for us with all the bedrooms and bed arrangements. It was clean and well maintained. Compass Resorts was very responsive to the minor problems that we discovered. It was an amazing location, so easy to get to the beach and the pool was fabulous! We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone. We would definitely come back here.

Fun A short walk to the beach. Pool was great to have and one of the biggest ones we saw on a property during our stay! Communication with manager was good and consistent.

Perfect for a girls trip!We had an incredible time at this property! The pool was perfect, plenty of space for a large group, and the check-in process was seamless. Would definitely recommend and return.
