The fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the cookware and dishware you need to prepare your family's favorite meals, flows into the dining area. Seating for five at the breakfast bar and six at the dining room table ensures everyone has a place to sit to enjoy meals together. On the other side of the kitchen, the spacious living area features a large sectional and a flat-screen TV.

Just off of the dining area, the first Guest Bedroom features a Queen Bed and a flat-screen TV, with access to the back porch. Also on the first floor, the second Guest Bedroom features a Twin over Twin Bunkbed Set.

The Master Bedroom Suite encompasses the second-floor loft of the home. In addition to a King Bed, walk-through closet, and large en-suite bathroom, this Master Suite has a private rooftop balcony.

The private, detached Carriage House makes family getaways a breeze. With a Lofted Bedroom featuring a King Bed, full bathroom, separate living area, and kitchenette - it is a getaway in itself! In the full bathroom of the Carriage House is even a sauna - a great way to unwind and relax after a day of adventure!

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8, including infants, set by the neighborhood association.

This vacation home is decorated in soft pastel colors that enhance the vibrant setting of the sugar-white beaches, emerald green waters, and blue skies just steps away from the condo itself. The living area holds ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the condo’s large balcony with beach views. The dining area has seating for six people, and there's additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware you would need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom holds a king bed, flat-screen TV, and has private access to the beach-facing balcony. The master bathroom features a large vanity and spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom is located within steps of the guest bedroom and the living area and includes a tub/shower combination.

The HOA has notified us that they will be making seasonal repairs and updates to the Edgewater building. The project will begin in November 2023 and continue through Late Spring 2024.
