Conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive, Edgewater is just minutes away from Destin's most popular restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Edgewater 301 is the perfect vacation destination for you and the entire family!

The open-concept living area is furnished comfortably in soothing neutrals and is centered around a large flat-screen TV. It's perfect for family and friends to relax and enjoy each other's company after a fun-filled day at the beach. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The living area has splendid beach views through floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door, which leads to the beachfront balcony. The dining area has seating for six at the table and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances, and it comes stocked with all the cookware and dishware you would need to prepare your family’s favorite meals.

The master bedroom has a king bed and private access to the beachfront balcony. The full master bathroom adjoins the bedroom and includes a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two full beds and is just steps away from the guest bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination.

Great place
Our stay was great other than the property manager was crazy about kids in the hot tub. That was not listed on the website when booking either. Other than that we would stay again in the future

Beautiful view and location
The view and balcony are absolutely wonderful!! Seeing the ocean from your bed in the master bedroom was one of the most wonderful things to wake up to! The place is supplied more like a hotel, so for a longer stay come prepared with extra soaps for the kitchen, laundry, and make sure to bring your own coffee. The condo was decently clean but felt like it could have been a bit better, particularly the floors. The resort is a very nice place, and walking to the beach was one of the best things we had with small children!

Loved the stay!! Room was clean, perfect condition
Loved everything about it. Only one comment to the owner, as a possible recommendation. The king mattress has a big hump on the center. Really the only thing that was annoying.

Overall good
We had a great time at Edgewater and Miramar beach for the week. We wished there would have been more descriptions about what was provided in the condo so that we didn’t need to pack as much to bring with us. There was an awesome kurig, fan, cooler and kids things already in the condo which was really nice ! We enjoyed the pool and the funnel fries at the snack shack at the pool ! Thank you for an overall great experience!

The location is very convenient to parking and the beach access as well as to shopping and dine in locations. Great beach front view to watch dolphins during sunrise. The unit was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was right there. My only complaint is about the mattress in the master room, it is clear the mattress started to sag some time ago. It has poor support at least for us.

I have stayed at Edgewater a couple other times and it never disappoints! So nice to be on the beach and close to shopping and dining! This unit was well kept, beds comfortable and everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely recommend this unit!!

Great location. We enjoyed this condo and it's pools. Which we're kept really clean.. Easy walk from the pool area to the beach. Our only complaint was the main door leading from the living room to the patio was broke the entire time. Other than that we enjoyed this condo, looks just like the photos.

This condo is very clean and is well furnished with comfortable beds and seating. The condo is on a lower floor of the building which is easy to access from the stairs. The washer and dryer worked well and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We would stay here again.

301 was the absolute perfect condo for our family. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect - to the elevator, beach, pools, grocery store, CVS, and shops. Beautiful decor and such a homely feel. We’ll be back in 2021 <3

We had everything we needed in this nice condo. Easy to get to the pools and beautiful beach. Nice option having the grill by the pool to get lunch or drinks. Be aware they stop serving around 2:30 even though the sign says they close at 3 and the website says 5. Very nice to be able to walk to the Winn Dixie across the street. Other food options within walking distance and we walked to Starbucks as well.
